Alex came out to do my windshield on my Land Rover which are pretty unique, and difficult to do, he finished up ahead of schedule, gave clear instructions on aftercare, and this was the cheapest and quickest quote in Fort Collins. Highly recommend them, and would absolutely use them again.

The passenger window in my Mercedes SL500 shattered in the cold weather recently. I contacted Platinum AutoGlass and spoke with Alex. He said he could fix it for a reasonable price. I waited a couple of days for it to warm up, driving without a window!Brought the car in and Alex had it done in a couple of hours. That s good considering everything on any Mercedes is a puzzle to work with, even the window. He did a great job and everything works great.I d recommend Platinum Auto Glass to any car owner. Alex was a great guy to work with! Thanks!

Alex helped me out with a rock in my windshield and I would highly recommend him. He's very professional, skilled, and a great friendly guy. I got a chance to hang out with him and watch him work at the shop and it was a great experience. The rate is very reasonable and the work is done fast. I'll be back once i25 inevitably destroys my windshield again.

Platinum was fantastic! I have a 79 Bronco I'm restoring and was worried about finding someone who was familiar with older vehicles, but they knew exactly how to do it and were very careful around the new paint. Alex and Darby at Platinum provide excellent customer service, and they made me feel secure in my purchase of a new windshield. They traveled to the location of my car and did the install perfectly without any effort on my end. And when there seemed to be a defect in the first windshield, they provided me a new one on a short schedule at no charge. All this was done with professionalism and speed. I highly recommend.

Had an issue with my window that involved getting a whole new part for my door, I walked in they found where to get the part went to go get it while one went to go get it the other started prepping the door was extremely affordable no random fees just parts and labor. Great duo doing quality work without emptying your pockets. Did I mention I got out within an hour and a half

Awesome service at a great price. Was getting one of my passenger windows replaced after it was broken on the street. All the other quotes I got were conveniently near my $500 insurance deductible. Platinum was more than $200 cheaper. The only downside was their area of operation is north of where I live and they couldn't come all the way to my house. So they met me at a major business parking lot and they did it there. Quicker than their estimated time and super courteous. Will definitely use again.

Working with Platinum Auto Glass and Alex was a great experience. Alex was very responsive in his quotes and able to get me scheduled based on my availability. He showcased his work on his truck, and how my choice of tint would look on mine. It came out very well and I am extremely happy with his service of work. Definitely will call upon Alex and his company for future services, and I highly recommend.

I called around to several places and not only were their prices the lowest (by a LOT, in some cases), but they came to my house within a couple hours of my call, and fixed my chipped windshield quickly. We ve had some extreme temps since then and the repair is holding. I was really pleased and would call them again anytime.It s honestly a bit laughable that Safelite charges the amount that they charge, including extra for coming to your site. Platinum is a MUCH better value and you get excellent service.

I have to say, these guys really saved me after my windshield was shattered. They came out and replaced it next day. Not only are they fast, they're knowledgeable and just all around great at what they do. Alex and Drake, thank you again for being so amazing!

Great customer service! They were ready for my appointment time, I didn't have to wait at all, and I was back on the road quickly. The staff is friendly and the waiting room is comfortable. Definitely my go-to glass shop!

Spent over $300 for a new windshield less than three months ago. There is a crack running all the way across the windshield that appeared over night. When I contacted them about a warranty, I was told they have a 30 day warranty and that they d be happy to replace it at the same price. I m sure they would.I ve never had a windshield crack after three months.I believe in supporting small businesses, but unfortunately, choosing to support a small business cost me this time.

Excellent customer service and quality work performed. Alex came out to repair a chip on my wife's windshield. He fixed her windshield and then repaired a chip on my windshield. He was friendly and professional. I will refer his company to anyone I know who needs either a windshield replacement or windshield repair.

These guys are truly professionals.They came to my residence and replaced my windshield in a quick manner!I barely knew they were at my place! Both of the gentlemen were dressed nice and In gear from the shop so I knew they were legitimate. Great customer service. We were on a family road trip when our windshield shattered while exploring Fort Collins/Loveland, called and they ordered the new windshield immediately had it rush delivered and installed first thing the next morning so we were able to stay on track with our timing to our next destination. Would be willing to drive up there and have every windshield replaced by Platinum Auto Glass.

Great experience. We actually put in a request for a quote on Sunday afternoon and received a call back that day. Much more competitive pricing than Safelite! Came to my wife s work and did the repairs as requested.

I had initially gone to Safelite and after two tries to get my cracked windshield fixed, I contacted Alex. he said he could repair it and do the recalibration of the front camera. It was done fast and professionally. I highly recommend Alex and his company for any windshield replacement.
