This place and staff is top tier! I showed up looking to test drive a triumph Bonneville T120 and left with the bike and a great experience. No pressure to push you into bikes or upgrades but honest motorcycle enthusiasts who just want people to get what they love.I ve since been back a few times to buy a new jacket and most recently to quickly address a recall. And everyone not only remembers me but checks in on how the bike is and just seem to care about my experience even after leaving the dealership.Highly recommended if you just want to test some bikes out or are serious purchaser. They will take solid care of you and never make you feel pressured into anything and will get you the bike you love.

Bought my Tiger through Mihael and also ordered a part and jacket the same day as my bike. They were very busy that day but still made sure I was taken care of. Mihael and the parts team great to talk to and work with. Never felt any pressure other than the fact that I just wanted a Tiger, but that's my own problem.Would buy a bike here again. Will also be coming here for accessories.

These guys were top-shelf from start to finish. They clearly explained possible charges before work started, they did the work quickly and they didn t try to tack on extras. They were even super flexible with my appointment and pick up times. The only real danger we encountered was walking the showroom floor while waiting for a tech the sales team were every bit as cool as the service techs. This has just become my favorite bike shop in the state.

Lots of dealers around, but not many that put prices on the bikes. The staff here is by far the coolest and absolutely willing to help you get on the right bike. Never pressured and they were able to get a lower interest rate than what I was quoted online. They even tried to sell me a cheaper bike, but listened to my wants and set me up on my new bmw. Highly suggest. Don't waste time with "hotel delta" dealers in this region. High pressure and crazy mark ups. Big no thanks.

I have had my Can-Am Spyder serviced at Northern Colorado powersports two times. Both times they've been very professional quick and thorough.The best, is that they love dogs. My pittie, Bella was welcomed and it was nice to be able to get her out of the truck while I waited for my bike.

I recently purchased my BMW R18 from here and I couldn't have more good things to say. Eric in sales way professional, informative, and absolutely great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new motorcycle, atv, sxs, or snowmobile; And I'll definetly be back myself. We had great service with Cadence our salesman and he made the purchase very easy for an almost $25,000 Can Am Maverick X3. We asked all the questions to the finance manager to make sure there wasn t any work that needed to be done outright, assured everything was great we signed paperwork. Upon loading up to take home Cadence and Steve Hanson(service advisor) mentioned how fast our unit was, how great it ran and were so sad to see it go. From 2/24 purchase date to 3/12 it s been sitting in our a garage (we haven t rode it yet at all) sent in pictures of the shocks leaking grease. We contacted Steve to address the nitrogen tanks leaking, he ensured us they weren t leaking when we bought it but he THINKS it s safe to ride. There was old residue from the leak that was cleaned and tried to hide upon further inspection. They picked up our unit, had it for a week, cleaned it up and said it s fine but would try to get in touch with Fox to get the shocks rebuilt. They promised contact for an update no matter what. The shocks are still leaking, it s been almost a month no contact, glad to spend that amount of money to be promised a working toy that we can t even enjoy. Thanks!

I purchased my 2022 BMW R18 B mid fall 2021 from NoCo Powersports, my local dealership. I was pleased with my purchase and will continue to make future purchases. Mike was very forthcoming providing me with up-to-date prognosis on my repairs and service. The store was organized displaying a smorgasbord of cycles.

My bike was in for a warranty repair. When Mike realized the repair part would not be available for a couple of weeks Mike had the motorcycle made ready for me to ride until the part (radiator) arrived. When it came in it was repaired in one day. Dealer loaned me a new Rocket 3 for that day. The experience was stellar.

The place is run by enthusiasts. Eric did a great job for me - he adapted to my preferred communication method and provided transparent, no pressure pricing and guidance. I was in/out of the dealer quickly for pickup ( a great thing ) and am loving the new GS.

I am very pleased with the Annual Service done on my R1200GS. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Service not only did the annual service, they sent me home with a freshly washed bike. AND, without asking, they touched up the paint job on my tank. That paint touchup was unexpected and grately appreciated. Everyone in service was helpful, friendly and curteous.Parts offered, without my asking, great discounts on new Klim gear while i was waiting at the dealership. I left with a serviced bike and new gear.

The entire crew was awesome. Mike checked me in and gave me a realistic time frame for the job. They met that time. Jim made sure I had coffee and a place to relax. John looked up information on additional parts. They also offered a retired military discount.

These guys are the real deal. They are great to work with and don t play the silly games other dealers play (which is refreshing). HIGHLY recommend you check them out. Eric in Sales will take good care of you. I ve bought over 35 bikes in Colorado and find these guys top notch.

Had to take my Ryker in for a recall. They had to replace the fuel pump, but did not have in stock. They ordered the replacement and replaced in a week, keeping me informed all along. They held the bike for an extra week do to me getting covid. When I was able to pick it up it took maybe 10 minutes in and out. The guys are awesome.

I bought two BMW G310Rs from Eric - all over the phone! Had them delivered to me. Eric was great to work with; attentive and knowledgable. The doc prep folks had a few bumps along the process, but Eric got everything straightened out. Overall, I'm happy with my experience. (I can't speak about the dealership location/atmosphere as my entire experience was over the phone...)

This was a bad experience. First of all the cost was exorbitant! Getting a full service and front brake pads replaced should not cost $1,661. I delivered the bike at 10:00 am and at 2:30 pm was called that it was ready for pickup. That is 4 1/2 hours. My bill for labor was 5.25 hours. Secondly I was asked about a brake fluid flush at least seven times despite my repeated decline to this service. Finally I had to wait for 15 minutes at the service counter for someone to show up when I arrived to pick up the cycle. Needless to say I won't be patronizing NOCO Motorsports in the future.

I needed tires on my R1200rt as I was on a cross country motorcycle trip. I called Northern Colorado Powersports and was told they could help me out as soon as I got there. I got there around 12:00 and by 3:00 l was on my way with a set of new tires. I greatly appreciate their great service, knowledge, and can do attitude.

Let me tell you if you are in the market to buy a new can am please go see Eric he is the best. Me and my son had been looking at Can am for awhile. Upon calling Eric he informed us the new 2024 line would be out August 20 so when the new Can am defender limited was unveiled. We were up there that Tuesday.Eric was nice and understanding answering all of our questions. Was so helpful. So when our canam came in we went to pick up on arriving at the dealership, the general manager met us and we spoke ( very polite and professional) took us inside where we found Eric and started the process of getting the Can am . This dealership just doesn t throw your keys and say have fun. They walk you over to their parts department where I met John a very amazing guy helped me get the extra things I needed then they walked us over to their service department and we talked to the head mechanic over there , and he walked through on how to break in the new Can am .So if you are first time buyer this is the dealership for you and if you are a owner I of a can am and are shopping for a new one Please go in and ask for Eric he is amazing.I want to thanks the whole team a northern Colorado power sports for making this so easy and enjoyable.

Miheal was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so focused on making me get on the right bike with the right deal. He hunted for every incentive he could find to make the price go down and get me free paner bags! I really appreciate everything he did. Go buy a bike or side by side from him!

Eric and everyone at Northern Colorado Powersports were amazing! My husband bought a Triumph over the phone speaking to Eric. We arrived and everything was ready, they introduced us to the service department, we bought some really cool shirts, then loaded up his new cycle. The inventory is huge, so many accessories and easy to walk around and look. John took time to tell us about a cycle we noticed- he was full of information and was so excited! Clayton was a pleasure to deal with while chatting and paying! Highly recommend Northern Colorado Powersports!!!

This is the second bike I ve bought from norco. Kind of lost faith in them after I bought the first one, but it s under new management and sales staff now. Everyone was extremely helpful and they gave me a very good deal on my trade in. Mihael gave me a hell of a deal on my dream bike and I m very happy with my purchase so far.

I just picked up my new BMW S1000RR from Northern Colorado Powersports. I couldn t ask for a better experience. My salesman Mihael Calderon was very professional, and made the negotiation process seamless. His manager Clayton went out of his way to call BMW finance to make sure that I got the 0% financing that I needed. I would definitely recommend Northern Colorado Powersports if you re looking for a good deal with no hassles.

I won't buy from these guys again. I've purchased 2 motorcycles and a snowmobile from them in the past, bought my last F850 GSA from BMW of Denver. BMW of Denver went out of their way to make it a great experience both pre and post sale. Seems like NOCO Powersports couldn't care less once I was out the door. Only reason they get 2 stars is their service department. Wish I could rate them separately, I would give them 5 stars. Sorry guys, I don't normally take the time to leave a bad review for anyone, but if someone's going to spend 20k-30k they deserve a better experience.

Great dealership. The purchase of the new BMW gs 1300 was smooth and efficient. The only slight doing was the confusion about the actual features of the bike itself which may have have been due to the fact that it s a new model and BMW made it confusing to know what was actually on the bike.
