5 star across the board! I am very particular and like detail when it comes to my GMC Safari Tiger camper van and this team meets this expectation every time. My experience proves that Lundstedt core value is doing what is BEST FOR THE CLIENT. My projects have included differential replacement, tie rod replacement, brakes, alignment, and oil changes. Took my little Tacoma in here, every single interaction and every person that I talked to was super helpful and and kind. They never once tried to upsell me on anything, they addressed my concerns and communication very well. You don't find honesty at shops but thus place has my trust, I'm staying

I needed a diesel emissions test. The person answering phones was professional and polite. They got me in pretty quickly. Even though they were slammed the day of the inspection, the receptionist was cheery and welcoming. Service was quick and no issues. I'd definitely go back.

For the last couple years, since we moved back to Fort Collins, we have been using Lundstedt's to service our (5) Hummers. Everyone is knowledgeable and engaging; Gary and Shandra are always attentive to our needs. We won't go anywhere else!!!

I took my work truck here, and I've got to say I was left disappointed. I brought my truck in for transmission issues and an off and on grinding noise from the front left hub. I told them to drive the truck before they finish diagnostics. I pick it up after the supposed fix. I find that they replaced the rear brakes and cleared the codes. The transmission issues started back up as I rounded the corner leaving Lundstedt. I called and they admitted to not driving the truck as part of the diagnostic process. The truck later left me stranded at an intersection because it was stuck in 7th gear. Needless to say but I decided to try my luck elsewhere.***After receiving a call from Lundstedt about the review, I was told that they honestly tried to diagnose the issue. I was told that multiple drives took place. After the conversation I got the feeling that Lundstedt truly cares about their customers. Although they missed the mark, I can appreciate the concern given to the situation. I wish all companies held those values.

Had some engine issues in my 2014 F250 Powerstroke and they diagnosed it quickly, made the repairs quickly, and pricing was fair without any type of upsell. From the very first phone call, they were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Brian was very informative and patient as he answered all my questions. Him and Erin kept me updated throughout the process of trying to figure out the electrical issues with my car. No one likes car trouble, but they made it a very pleasant experience and I wholeheartedly trust them with my car. Their prices are extremely fair and you won't be overcharged. Update. They talked my significant other into taking it back too them did work to the front differential saying that was the problem. So we're up to $4800 turns out it's low voltage to the maf sensor which I told them day one. I'm not a mechanic but I diagnosed it.Either incompetent or just like ripping people off to there last dollar. Never bring anything to themOk so brought the vehicle in (08 jeep) it developed a severe oil leak and was jerking while driving and throwing codes for low voltage and mass airflow. Oil leak was a lower end intake gasket ok that'll be a little work. Then start getting calls oh this is your problem. This need fixes it's going to be more and more and more. Asked multiple times if the reasons we brought it in were being addressed. So under the assumption the other stuff was extra and the initial problems were getting taken care of we approved. Nope turns out after 3800 dollars the only thing that was fixes was the oil leak and they completely neglected what we brought it in for. Great salesman but wouldn't recommend to anyone. Car is running no better then when we brought it in. And since they couldn't even put the oil cap back on can we even say they fixed that oil weekService: Engine repair

This family owned business knows diesels! I have never found a general mechanic shop that didn't hate diesel trucks. They know them inside and out and make them perform excellent. They work on gassers too, but for me, finding a great diesel shop is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Honest and committed to quality service. I called about three weeks ahead of my arrival. Explained my situation and Brian Lundstedt was very helpful with upgrades and mods to my Diesel One ton truck. When the initial upgrade was performed we discovered a failing fuel pump and replaced it before any damage was done to the secondary Hi Pressure pump occurred.Everything we had discussed was addressed and My truck is like a whole new truck.I highly recommend this shop.

I spoke with the owner of the shop regarding the install of a turbo on a vehicle of mine and he was extremely rude! I let him know i wanted them to perform all of the work except for the tune. The only reason for my request is because the shop who i take my vehicles for my tunes is the only shop that has gained my trust over the years when it comes to tuning. I let him know he was easily loosing out on 4-6k easily on a 2 week project max. The owner said he didn't care about my project to much because he is currently working a project that is worth a quarter million. Good luck with this shop everyone. Your only important if your paying a quarter million.

I have been going to them for years. Solid experience with older and newer cars. Very experienced with troubleshooting cars with electronic issues that many mechanics will not touch because it's all controlled by a computer. No nonsense, friendly and a great place for you and your car.

Have an older 3500 deisel. Had some problems with transmission and transfer case. dodge dealer said I needed a new trans mission and more. $5k to $6k a weeks time to get it done. Brian and Erin didn't think it sounded right. They replaced a couple U joints and changed fluids and filters ran diagnostic. Runs great. Had it done in a day at fraction of the price. No nonsense and straight forward. No up selling. My new garage of choice.

These guys don t even deserve one star because they re failure to communicate with the customer led to the customer being threatened physically and had to bring the sheriffs to pick up his vehicle when it had no repairs done to it The destroyed the cv axles because the tire rods were broke completely sabotaging the vehicle and then wouldn t let the Owner have a vehicle until He signed a piece paper saying they wasn t liable for nothing a 14-year-old boy was threatened by a tow truck driver. If that aint Bad enough the owners son called repeatedly all night threatening the customer With violence. Listen to the first person to happen to I would highly suggest an recommend Taking it somewhere else anywhere else !!

This is the place to service your diesel powered vehicle. No gimmicks or BS, just the best in the business when it comes to diesels and performance. Prices are good compared to other shops that try and get you in the door and then recommend services you don t need. These guys just do it right when it comes to keeping your vehicle running right and on the road.

So these guys have done work on my Diesel pickup. They are very friendly, and will work with you to get the job done. I gave them four stars only because every time I get my pickup back the problem I took it in for seems to get worse. Now it could be due to old engine, just an odd coincidence. Still a great place, I would trust them

This is the BEST shop in the state!! I don t care if I lived half way across the country from this shop, if I needed a mechanic I would go to them! Their service is phenomenal and their staff is above and beyond! I will only take my vehicles to them and would recommend them to anybody needing vehicle services. This is a family ran business built in America and it shows!! Don t take your vehicle to anybody but the Lundstedt s.

Incredible service!!! Took my truck in for service and pleaded my sob story about having to be on the road out of state ASAP to Erin. They got me in and, when a problem popped up, they stayed 2-hours after closing to get the repairs complete for me. Who does that? I'm not taking my truck anywhere else ever again. Thanks guys.

I was receiving red warning signals from my recently installed Sniper EFI. The mechanic that installed it couldn t figxure it out and acttually retturned my vehicle to me with 2 of the warning lights continuously on.By the next day a 3rd light had appeared. I decided to try a different mechanic, so to the web I went.Search was on the Holley site for a local mechanic with Sniper EFI knowledge. Lundstedt Automotive popped up located in Ft. Collins. I decided to make the drive. Upon my arrival the place looked clean and organized. I entered the building and was greeted by one of the front counter employees. I asked him if I could get some idea of the cost to have someone take a look at my truck and program the computer to fixthe warning signals I was receiving. He said to hold on for a minute so he could talk to another person whowas on a phone call at the time. A short time later that person joined me and asked me what was going on.After explaining the.warnings that I was receiving he said let s go take a look.I fired it up, he saw the warnings, took the monitor and started making some changes. Within 10 minutes my problems were solved. I was impressed with his knowledge and familiarity of the system. I was also impressed by his willingness to help me with my problem on the spot. It is this kind of customer service that is missing in many businesses today, but after this visit to Lundstedt s and the service they provided they have certainly gained a customer.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

These guys are top notch!!! We got recommended to come here and they surpassed our expectations!! Fixed up our deisel truck along with our emissions and out the door in no time. We will keep them in mind as needed and totally recommend them to anyone needing deisel expertise!!
