Our experience at Ken Garff Ford was fantastic from the beginning. We did weeks of truck shopping at many different dealerships and we are so happy they had the truck we were looking for because it is such a pleasure working with this dealership vs others. We bought a certified preowned F250 Lariat from our salesman Tyler and he was so great to work with. He never pressured us and was very knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond supporting us to quickly fix an issue with the truck. Feel confident buying and servicing a vehicle here, new or used!

Chandler was a fantastic salesman. Attentive, polite, knowledgeable. Kelly as a manager was absolutely helpful and understanding of our needs. Picked up a pristine F150 Lariat Powerboost. My sales rep, Tyler, showed me all the models I wanted to see and presented all associated pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the features, and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase. You could tell that his primary motivation was to get me into something that made me happy at a price point that I felt comfortable with. I even got his number for any additional support I may need or questions about the vehicle I may have in the future. I can tell that organization really values strong relationships. Tyler s manager, Rich, was also very easy-going and great to chat with. He was extremely transparent regarding pricing, and I felt confident that he gave me the absolute best deal and value on this premium light duty pick up. Great experience, great vehicle and I would highly recommend this Ford location.

Found the exact 2024 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2-door in Eruption Green via search. Set appointment online. Met Jazzmine Suydam at the dealership to view and test-drive. She greeted us with a smile. She was very pleasant and professional...not at all pushy or high-pressure. We took the Bronco for a test drive and fell in love with everything about it before we even returned to the dealership.The only haggling came in regard to my 2015 Porsche Macan S trade-in. Of course, you never get what you hope for with a trade-in....a minimal amount of negotiation occurred and Richard (forgot his last name) was very professional throughout.Jason Gordon, Finance Manager, was able to meet the loan terms from my Credit Union. The final financing and paperwork went very smoothly. Jason did a great job explaining the extended service options available to me without any pressure.From start to finish, I must say this was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have had.

Like many others, we'd had and heard about less that good interactions with the previous Ford store, Spradley Barr. Wow, has Ken Garff ever turned that around for the better! Last week we purchased an F-150 from them and had a very pleasant experience. Salesman Nate was a joy to deal with, being friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Manager Kelly was open, honest, and helpful as well. If there was any downside to the whole transaction it would be the "passion" with which the F&I folks try to sell their pricey warranties. That said, we enjoyed working with the Ken Garff team and congratulate them on what we consider a big, big turnaround!

Chris in sales goes above and beyond to make sure that you leave happy! Due to weather constraints and my job, it took almost a month of talking to him through text before I was able to make it down there! He is easily the most genuine car salesman I ve ever met! To top it all of, I spoke with the sales manager Kelly a couple times while in the store and he was fantastic to work with and was willing to negotiate to make me feel like I was leaving with everything I wanted at the price I wanted to! I would highly highly highly recommend Chris and his team to help get you in your next vehicle! And no, they didn t pay me to say that

What an easy experience - Between Richard the sales manager, Victoria in sales and HUGE PROPS to Jason in finance for making this the easiest experience yet. Ask for those names specifically - not your typical car dealers. All three were personable and took care of me. Jason especially was the most patient person on the planet. Highly recommend! Others helped in this 5-star review; the techs that dropped everything to ensure the truck was in tip top shape before driving off were a help. Best car buying experience yet! I was at a different Ford dealer and felt I was getting the typical "let me ask the manager" responses that was taking forever. I got tired of that and drove to Ken Garff and made the purchase with no hassle/no games.

Great service. They took great care of my vehicle, the service was done on time and with great professionalism. We always have a great experience at Ken Garff. I bought my ordered Bronco from Ken Garff and I paid the agreed price with no Additional Dealer Markup, it was a very straightforward and easy transaction.

I wish there was a zero star option. If you are looking for a dealership to actually give you what your trade is worth, I d recommend to keep shopping. We ve bought several cars from Ken Garff and this time we were placed with Shad, used car manager. He gave us an insulting offer for our trade (which is almost brand new) and was incredibly rude when asked how he even came up with numbers. I hope not everyone has this same experience!

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. Bought a used truck from them and started having problems with the vehicle within a week. Called the service department and asked for inspection records of what was done to the truck. They said there were none except for an oil change. Brought the vehicle back and talked to the salesman about what s going on and he said there s nothing we can do and that I bought the vehicle as is . Went in again to talk with a manager, who told me the truck went through a ford safety inspection which included the windshield, lights and brakes. However I have witness proof the windshield was damaged at the time of sale and delivery. Dropped off the vehicle for repair (after buying a warranty for $2k) and the next day I was told there were no problems found. Took the truck to an independent mechanic the same day and they found 6 major problems. Called for service records again and they told me something completely different. Managers then told me the vehicle did not have a cracked windshield and it happened after I drove it from the lot, which is a lie. Finally after sending the managers, CEO and CFO an email outlining the situation and including the inspection report that was actually done, got my money back. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Wow! Beyond impressed with Christoph! My son and I had just driven 14 hours from Wisconsin to Fort Collins when we noticed a fluid leak. Christoph got us right in. It ended up being nothing but an issue from a recent oil change (not at a Ford dealership). Christoph not only tightened what was loose, but even washed my son s car. I am so thankful for Christoph getting us right in and setting our mind at ease. Thanks Christoph and Ken Garff Ford!

The service department is constantly behind, sometimes 40+ cars. So be warned that if you chose to have service done here, it would take up to a day or two, even for a simple oil change. They also tried to up charge me on an engine air filter, thankfully I caught it and they straightened it out.They severely lack time management and customer service skills. Choose another Ford dealer for your services.

Just bought a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport last week from this dealer and was so happy with the service and help! Jake was super professional and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and answered all my questions. For my first big car purchase, I am really happy I came here. Mike (sales manager) was courteous, friendly, and great to work with. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of us. We will be going back when it's time for another purchase.

They have truly terrible service and customer service. THE POOR REVIEWS DO NOT LIE. I scheduled brake service for my vehicle and had to wait nearly a month because they were booked up (which is possible). However, after I brought my vehicle in, I called a couple days later to check on the status, only to find out they had PERFORMED THE WRONG SERVICE on my vehicle. The service advisor Kristoff, was horrible. He proceeded to argue with me, yell at me and blame me for his mistake rather than accepting responsibility and apologizing. Then in the middle of the phone conversation, he just hung up on me because I caught him in a lie and pointed out his mistake. I called back and it took me forever to get a hold of someone after that, and now I question the quality of the work they ddi on my vehicle as well. THESE ARE THE ACTUAL FACTS, but, I am sure they will craft some response to this review, in an attempt to twist it into a positive spin for them rather than stepping up to the plate, accepting responsibility. The bottom line is, there is no call for that kind of behavior, no respect for the customers needs, or the understanding of doing a good job. If you are considering bringing your car here for Service or Repair, I would Strongly suggest that you find another place.

John is a thoughtful, courteous, and straight-forward salesman. He streamlined the trade of my 2020 Raptor into a 2023 Bronco Outlander Sasquatch. He was professional, respected my time, was efficient, and facilitated every step of the process seamlessly. I highly recommend John for any first-time or seasoned car buyer. Truly, the best car buying experience I've had from any dealership over the last few decades of buying vehicles.

If you are expecting the same service as Spradley Barr - you will be mistaken. This car dealership acts like they are doing YOU a huge favor by selling you a car. This is a prime example of "shady" car dealership. Richard, sales manager- is the worst - he talked down to me like I was just some dumb women who did not understand anything. He flat out threw his sales rep under the bus and said all the communication problems and everything was his fault - what kind of manager does that?!?!?! I left 2 messages for the GM Steven Phelps and never received a call back. I would have walked on this deal but my daughter was in love with the car we bought and we were tired of looking. The communication here is unbelievably horrible. We worked a few repairs into the sale that needed to be completed before we got the car - we were told the car would be ready 3 different times - they service department needed a part and they acted like getting the part was such a huge a favor to me and I should be grateful . The car was in the shop waiting on parts and I asked for the PlaidTech warranty appearance and window coating (that we paid for) to be done while the car was there. When I picked up the car - they said everything was done. Now - they do not know if it has been done. Please save yourself and move on to a different car dealership. If you MUST buy a car here - then use Jake in sales and Ryan in finance - these guys will at least call you back and try to help.

Just want to say thanks for the hard work on trying to get me a loan but unfortunately we can't get that done. And would like to let people know if you work at a temp service and have bad credit chances of getting a loan for a vehicle or slim or impossible is my situation I work for a temp service and have a credit score below 500 so when shopping for a vehicle any of those two things is there chances of getting a loan are slim or impossible other than that the dealership is okay and if I'm in a position where I can a loan for a vehicle to the dealership I'll try again thank you

Like others, if I could give a No-Star rating- I would for their service department.Brought my 2018 F150 in for frozen door latch recall/ repair.Was told by service it would be done that day. That was a Tuesday but when I called they said they needed the vehicle for three days and maybe it would be done by Friday.That was attempt 1.We then scheduled for a four day time where I was going to be away and not need the truck (I have only this vehicle).When I called on day 4 I came to find out the vehicle never got into a repair Bay and sat in their lot outside the entire time I was away.Bubbled up to headquarters in Salt Lake City for Ken Garff.Now it I d scheduled for next Monday 12/3 after having to go there in person and verify all the parts needed are here and a tech is assigned and a loaner vehicle is available.I ll change my score if this actually goes as planned on attempt 3.

I purchased my truck from Ken Garff two years ago. I recently had an issue and made an appointment to drop it off to have it looked at. I knew they had a shuttle service and asked if I could hitch a ride back my house. The said the shuttle was out and wouldn t be back for a while so they call me a Lyft. The communication while my truck was in the shop was awesome. Once my truck was done they provided me with a link to pay on line and dropped my truck off at my house. I had a great buying experience two years ago and with this service issue being addressed and remedied the way it was, you can bet I will be back when the time comes to buy another vehicle. Thanks for great customer service!!

Bought two cars here with lots of empty promises and issues and mistakes costing me lots of time. Don't worry about buying those oil changes that seem like a great deal. After multiple calls to multiple Ken Garff dealers, I have yet to talk to anybody, or have anybody call me back so I can get an oil change. If they can't do that, I wouldn't expect much else...

I bought an SUV at this location 2 years ago. I thought I'd made a review, but am not finding it today. My salesman was rude when reviewing my gross yearly income. He belittled how much I made and added comments that made me feel small and unimportant. I felt pressured into buying a vehicle l could not afford through the psychological techniques employed by the dealership. Once you "agree" to purchase a car [BUT before any official conversations with finance or signatures are acquired] the dealership has you "ring a loud bell" to signify your audible agreement to purchase a car. I HONESTLY wish I'd listened to my instincts and walked out after that off-putting experience. However, I didn't and now have a burden I can not afford that I have to deal with. The car is fine... but I won't return to ANY Ken Garff ANYWHERE due to how EXTREMELY negative this experience was. And I tell everyone to avoid Ken Garff.

All I did was click "calculate monthly payments" on a used SUV online while browsing as we will soon be in the market for a new vehicle, not even 6 hours later and I'm receiving phone calls, email la text messages even when I've replied "STOP!!!!" I work in sales and marketing and pushy salesman is not a good look, it's a sign of desperation and it completely turned me away from giving them my business when I am ready to make a purchase.

I am beyond disappointed with this dealership and it feels very dishonest.Purchased a truck and it's warranty from this location in September, had a clean bill of health for the truck originally.December rolls around and the truck didn't start, bring my truck in and they can't find out why it wont start, but tell me there are several other decent problems, about $5,000 of work that the warranty doesn't cover.

I've had amazing experiences the past two times I've taken my vehicle to Ford. Love the pick up and drop off service. Super convenient. Not to mention the video walk through of my vehicle, never had that experience without having to ask. I appreciate it more than they know!

Kept my car for a long time waiting for parts without communicating with me about process or when it would be complete at all. Picked it up Tuesday two hours before I was scheduled, didn t communicate with me again until Thursday, and I finally got ahold of someone on Saturday to find they were planning to keep it in to the next week. Was supposed to be in a day or two for break lights. Half the time I couldn t get ahold of anyone. I ve had to call in to work, spend money lifting around town while my fully functional car sat there for days while no one gave me status updates. They offered no transportation. No rental. They picked my vehicle up and couldn t even drop it off I had to Lyft to go get it without the repairs being complete because I am a person who has a life and do not want my time and money wasted as they have done all week long. Absolutely deplorable service.Their solution? Blame corporate, be patronizing, and make excuses. Ken Graff is not a leader and trained no one. The tech tried to blame corporate but if it was corporate, I would ve had bad experiences everywhere else yet Ken Garaff is the only place that has so many reviews with my exact experience.

Good service, Niccolo was great he deserve 10 stars. He did not pressure us, knew a lot about the car we wanted and was very friendly. He made the whole process to buy the car fast and easily. Niccolo is a great sales person to get and the rest of the staff was very friendly too. We recomend the place to get a car.

Very pleased with my buying experience from Ken Garff. They worked with me, my credit and made sure the entire process was as easy as could be. Highly efficient contract signing.
