Very friendly and professional. Took my concerns to heart and fixed my car immediately! It looks new again!! Not only did I get a speedy and professional results, but they had me take a part back to have Parts double check that it wasn't flawed. They washed my car when it was done just to top off exceptional service! I was also given some advice on some other spots on my car, which I will be following up on. I can't thank Ken Garff Collision enough and highly recommend them!!

So disappointed. They did. Great job. But... communication about when it would be ready constantly reschedule. Then when trying to tell them there was glue all over the back inside from. Fixing the bumper etc from wreck. Manager argued me. Like " "Hello" I detail my vehicle like a professional. Saying we don't use glue. Whatever. I will never take it back here for anything. Caliber Collison in Thornton and Loveland will be the best place "Highly Recommend." To argued with me, when I know and see my vehicle daily, is WOW! UNBELIEVABLE.

Most of my troubles are actually with Ken Garff Service; Alyssa at Collision was good to work with but, unfortunately, KG-Collission is yoked to KG-Service (out of the dealer). KG-Service gets the 1 star...My vehicle was towed to KG-Service in Fort Collins the night of October 11th. This was an error as it should have been towed to KG-Collision. However, the car was delivered in the typical manner a vehicle would be delivered to a service shop outside of hours - with keys dropped in the appropriate spot, etc.I called on October 12th and was told they did not have the vehicle. It took several hours to locate the vehicle (which was there all along). After having established they had the vehicle, it became apparent the vehicle should have been towed to KG-Collision, not Service - so it needed to be moved. However, Service couldn t move it because they couldn t find the keys.At this point I spoke with Gary, the Service manager, and expressed some concern; first they lost the vehicle, now they have the vehicle but lost the keys? He tried to dismissively play this off as though it was a reasonable result of the vehicle having been towed to the wrong place. This is a Service shop for vehicles; keeping track of a vehicle and its keys and moving it to the Collision shop, with whom the Service shop deals regularly, should not have been a challenge. The keys were located the next day - an employee had taken them home. The vehicle was moved to Collision, an estimate was performed, a claim started, and I was able to get to KG-Collision to sign paperwork early the following week - at that time I was given an estimate of about two weeks for repairs to be completed. On 10/26, I received a text updating the estimated completion date to 11/6. Over the next 5 weeks, I got a series of formulaic text updating the estimated completion time - the last of which was received on 11/30, saying completion would be on 12/8. A chunk of this portion of the delay was due to them waiting for a part.On 12/4 I spoke with Alyssa at the Collision Center. Collision had completed most of its work but some work needed to be done by Service; she let me know the vehicle was being sent to Service (I later confirmed Service, indeed, had the vehicle on 12/5). The vehicle was expected to be at Service for about 2 days and, once done, the vehicle would be brought back to Collision so the bumper could be put back on, then I could pick it up - we hoped it would be back at Collision by Thursday (12/7). I was told I d receive a call on Thursday either way.On 12/7, I did not receive a call; I did, however, receive another of the formulaic texts updating the estimated completion date to 12/14. On 12/14, I received a text updating the estimated completion date to 12/22On 12/19 Alyssa called and indicated they did not have the car but that Gary had told her they d have the car no later than Monday, 12/18 - she was inquiring as to whether Gary had communicated with me (he had not). I called Gary. He said he had expected it to be at Collision by Monday as well and would check on it and get back to me. He called back an hour later with an incoherent explanation and a new estimate that Service would have the car done by Thursday (12/21) and get it to Collision by Friday (12/22).On 12/26 I was told the car was being transported from Service back to Collision so the bumper could be put back on - 22 days after it first arrived at Service, for a job which was supposed to take 2-3 days for them to complete (with no explanation given for the delay). On 12/27 I received confirmation that the car was back at Collision. I was told the reassembly of the bumper was less than a day s work and I should expect to pick up the car on 12/28.On 12/28, I received a voicemail from Alyssa. When they began to reassemble the vehicle they noticed a chrome piece on the bumper was broken, as was one of the fog lights. They would need to order those parts, put them in place and complete reassembly. On 12/29 I picked up the vehicle.

I took my car in for minor cosmetic damage and a broken side view mirror. I was told 4-5 days. It took 4 weeks. Then when I got it back there were more problems that didn't exist when I brought it in. The door handle fell off and the left speakers didn't work.To the owner- I wasn't going to leave a Google review but at the end of your survey you sent, you ASKED me to. :)Service: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle to Ken Garff Collision Center to obtain an estimate on August 26, 2022. I received my estimate while I waited. The estimate was lower than I expected and stated to the appraiser to schedule the repair. They never bothered to contact me about anything. No call or texts. I contacted them by phone and email six times. Not once did they ever bother to call or text back even when they said they would. Very annoying experience. I do not understand why the shop manager won't lift a finger to reach out. I do not recommend anyone to use this business for auto body repairs. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of potential clientele. They deserve zero stars. They get one star otherwise I could not post my review.

Terrible shop! I brought my car to them the first of January for front end damage caused by a deer. After almost 3 and a half months I got the car back with a check engine light and a bunch of loose hardware. They took it back for a week before returning. Two weeks ago I took it in because the new headlight burnt out. They had since fired misty their office and told me they had ZERO info on my car being worked on. Now they can t figure out one headlight and the paint job they did on the entire driver side looks bad. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING KEN GARFFServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Went in for a quote, got pictures taken. Was told to expect a quote about 24 hours later. Going on about 10 days and they have not responded despite me calling a few times. I suppose I'd much rather find the unprofessional behavior prior to dropping my car off and having them ignore me at that point. People I interacted with were really nice but just generally unprofessional behavior. If you are too busy just say so and don't string someone along.

After not having my car for 2 months I received it back with a valve stem leak on a tire, and the toe of my front left and front right tires are currently 0.39 and -0.16, respectively. Tires are going to be destroyed now because every single ford dealership is booked out 2+ months.Thanks.

I took my truck in for repairs to the passenger side rear door which I had bent in and scraped after sliding into a metal pole. The customer service was outstanding. I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs. Ken Garf even painted some chipped spots which were not part of the damage (okayed with insurance). My truck was done a day early and was super clean.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely thrilled with the service from these guys. Natasha and Jerry were excellent! Got my truck in on schedule. Finished the work way ahead of schedule and the total charges even came in a little under the insurance estimate saving me a couple $$. Not to mention my truck looks brand new again. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!

The customer service at at Spradley Barr's Body Shop was great! Natasha was very friendly and gave me an accurate estimate, and Jerry (also friendly) got me scheduled quickly when I decided on using them. The techs did good work as well, and my job was done in less than 2 days as opposed to the expected 3 days and the predicted 3-5 days (and $300+ more) at another shop. Thanks, guys!

Went in for an estimate for some body work, was told I had to make an appointment, and the next available was 2 months away. Went to Artistic Auto Body had a estimate in a hour and car fixed before Ken would even look at it.

These guys are amazing! I've taken my Speed 6 here twice (once for hail damage) and my baby always comes out looking brand new. They are great at communicating throughout the process as well, as well as communicating with insurance companies. I only had to pay my deductible. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you so very much! Your work is superb!!

They did an estimate quickly. They communicated promptly with my insurance company and me. The work was done and everything fixed in one week, even though there were extra issues that popped up once they took it apart. So happy with Tim and the entire experience!

I had these guys paint a front bumper on a BMW. It was painted so thick that the paint cracked in two places. It also chipped very easily and was completely covered in chips after less than 20k miles. We don't even drive this car in the winter, so most of the chips were from hitting bugs. That's not a good paint job. I complained enough that they agreed to re-paint the bumper if I paid them $150. They re-painted the bumper, but left the lower engine cover missing 12 bolts, so it started to fall off the car. It also leaked washer fluid all over my garage until I fixed the seal that they ripped apart. All this on top of them being rude, left a really sour taste in my mouth. There are better collision shops in town, trust me.Service: Painting

I had a deer run out in front of me the week before Christmas. BMW recommended Spradley Barr as their preferred body shop. I took it in for an estimate, Jerry told me to bring it in the next day. I was told it would be ready by January 11th, it was actually finished by January 9th. The paint finish is excellent and the accessories damaged in the crash are all functioning correctly. In my book this is great service. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I've used them twice on the same car. They did a great job the first time. The second time, not so much. Wire harness was pulled apart on the passenger side and only fixed half the problem.. guess they are under new management or something

First rate. The quote was accurate. The work was impeccable. (Go ahead - just TRY to find where my car was dented!!!). They were done early. No better place in town.

The area is clean, employees are helpful, service is very clear. The employees all also seem to be suffering under a lack of comprehension when it comes to wearing masks and wearing them correctly, showing flippancy in regards to the law and protocol. Masks are worn inside out, partially, or not at all inside the public spaces and while near each other, refusing to even follow the social distancing aspect while not wearing aforementioned masks. They also have coffee and restrooms though I am unsure of their sanitization process and would like to stress that anyone coming here be careful.

You always hear horror stories about the dealerships but I have to say this was one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. Salesman was Alex Johnson and he even went to the Cheyenne store to pick up the vehicle I was interested in so I didn't have to make the trip. I was very happy overall. Thanks!!

Terrible communication and updates. They promised the repairs to be done in two weeks and it took them three weeks. There was absolutely NO communication that this would take an extra week.
