The Kaizen Fort Collins staff and the whole experience from estimate appointment to picking up our car were just fantastic! Kim, the estimater was prompt, accurate, and very caring that we were getting what we needed. We were kept informed about the estimate status and actual repairs throughout the process. And the repairs were completed 3 weeks earlier than estimated! The quality of the work was just excellent. Good as new! And we believe the cost was very reasonable. I have recommended Kaizen Fort Collins to friends and told my State Farm Agency how satisfied I am with the service we received. Great job!

Do NOT take your vehicle here! Someone hit me and had repairs done and my car was there for a month and on top of it once I picked up my vehicle there was a large crack in my windshield that they said happened cause I had a chip there which is untrue and they are refusing to fix it. Poor customer service and shady company! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are located on Mason in Fort Collins Kaizen Collision. They get 0 stars!!! Had to put 1 star cause there were no other options.

Kim and the Kaizen team did an excellent job repairing my car in record time! They are super responsive and made it really easy to work with my insurance to get my repair done on a short timeframe. I highly recommend Kaizen and will go to them again in the future. Thank you!!

Kaizen Collision Center did a great job on my Acura MDX. This was an insurance claim and said that they wouldn't be able to repair the step plate on the bumper because it was discontinued. They searched for aftermarket and could not find one. Picking up the vehicle they informed me that they searched further and were able to find one and fix that as well. Time-line for the repair was not met, the body work looks good, but dings and scratches in repair area, hatchback gasket is torn which was not before, but and something is rattling in the hatchback door which was replaced and was not making noise before.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Called to get a quote for small paint work done. Their immediate response was my entire tailgate needed to be repainted. They didn't even see the damage yet. Started off on the wrong money hungry foot.
