They have been so nice and professional! They are super quick to help you with what you need! Any time I need an oil change I ll go there! They were even able to change my blinker bulb! They explain everything very well! Amazing service!

I d like to give five stars to this place for how easy they made it to check the fluids of my car! Got my tires pumped while they were at it. Steven is a very nice person who showed special attention to me and answered all my questions. Keep on with the great work !

Great service from Colton to get a rock chip repaired. I just came in for a Lyft check and did not know that windshield chips are a fail. I m glad they were able to knock out a repair quick.

Oil change was super quick and easy! They go ahead and check for any other issues your car has and makes sure you fully understand pricing before doing any work.Maddie went above and beyond to even repair rock chips in my windshield. As well as replaced my windshield wipers. All of this was done within a half hour!

These guys here are hands down the best in town! Being a woman, getting taken advantage of at car repair shops happens frequently. These guys always talk me through everything, explain everything thoroughly, and let me know what needs to be done urgently, and what can wait to be fixed, instead of taking advantage of me and making me pay for everything at once. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!

I am giving a five star review to this particular jiffy lube because I traveled an extra fifteen miles to get their free chip repair for the windshield. However after I asked if was still free and confirmed that it was and asked for an oil change for over a hundred dollars they wanted to draw against insurance unless I gave them a five star review. An insurance claim is never free affects your premium for years. So here is your five stars

Very fast efficient and decent on price. I want to give a huge shout out to whoever is working on the 6th of April, not only did I show up an hour before they closed but they went ahead and had no problem with getting my oil changed right then and there!!!

Pulled in without appointment early Tuesday morning and they took me right away. Staff was friendly and effrcient, tech performed an assessment within 10 minutes and provided options.I'm not that car savvy so was nice to just ask for best recommendations and not feel like I'm getting taken advantage of.Highly recommend!

I just want to give thanks to Madison, kallie, and Tony for getting me in quickly and letting me know vital information about my vehicle. I also want to give thanks to the lower bay technician for being quick and very educated in his work. I highly recommend this location if you want a very friendly, professional experience with very mindful technicians plus great service.

Highly recommend this location. By far the best in the Loveland/Fort Collins area. I came in to get my brakes serviced and not only did they inform me of some other minor issues with my car, Kallie and Madison explained in detail what needed to be done to fix each of the issues. They also had everything completed in a timely manner. By far one of the best experiences I've had.

I moved here a couple of months ago and have been having oil issues with my car since. This has been my go to place for oil changes and let me tell you my boy Steven is the absolute best! He keeps it honest, applies no pressure, and most of all has always made sure to take great care of me and my car and I am so grateful for him and this Jiffy Lube! Easy, fast, and efficient. This five star rating is not for the service I initially received. In fact, I was quite dissatisfied for several reasons. The five star rating is for how Jerry, this Jiffy Lube station's manager, handled the matter. Jerry was diplomatic, responsive, and constructive.Jerry wanted me to leave fully satisfied with the outcome, and he sincerely expressed his intention to use my experience to improve the consistency and quality of his station's customer interaction and vehicle service. Generally, employees tend to become like their bosses in terms of attitude and performance. Jerry treated me fairly, and he was "hands-on" in resolving my complaints. Given this, I am inclined to think that most customers at his station are already receiving excellent service from Jerry's employees, and that Jerry will work hard with his employees towards achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

The workers are always so kind. They clearly tell you if there s other issues and give you the option to fix it. As a college student not knowing much about how to take care of my car they are super helpful in understanding and being honest with repairs. Called ahead to ask (specifically about my make and model) if they could replace a bulb for me. Told me to bring it in. Sat in the lobby for 1 hr 15 mins with no communication to then be told they couldn't do it and good luck. Actually super irritating - should have just taken it to a local shop to begin with rather than sit around for that long for literally no benefit.
