Great staff and they've never not had batteries in stock that I've needed. They also take in old batteries and will come out to your vehicle to get them if necessary.There's also a decent selection of odds and ends in the lobby. Things like phone lines, flashlights and other accessories.Parking can be tough at certain times of day but that's the way it is on that end of town.This is where I get all my batteries for cars, trucks, boats, etc.

I ll have to say, Scott made my day! He took my call this morning and took the time to verify that they had the exact Interstate battery I asked about sure nough he had it and so I went to pick it up down on Willow St here in Ft. Collins, and he was just as pleasant!! Helped me with it to the car and wow! What customer service! If you want the Best Battery in the world and service deal w/ these guys! Easy pleasey! So lucky to have this source in Ft. Collins! Thanks! c

I needed two new batteries for my diesel truck. I went to this store to purchase them in May of 2021. I had trouble with the batteries from the start. I even brought them back in after a year to get them checked out and they said they were fine. Two years after purchasing the batteries, the batteries would no longer hold a charge. I brought them back to the store and explained the problem I ve had with the batteries. The guy at the counter looked at the first battery I brought in. He said after looking at the date code that battery is 8 years old. I told him I bought them two years ago. He said that s impossible and they wouldn t have batteries that old. I know I purchased the batteries in May of 2021 because I went on a big trip and wanted new batteries before the trip. When I purchased the batteries new, they were already six years old. They were already past their life expectancy when I bought them!! Since I payed cash and didn t save my receipt, there was nothing they could do. Bottom line is .KNOW YOUR DATE CODES!!! Don t let them hide that from you. Make sure you know when that battery was made before you buy it!! Put your receipt in your glove box because they can t look it up in their system.

My Account Rep TJ Salvatore has always been very helpful and made sure that I had access to the many different types of batteries that we utilize at our hospital. He delivers them to me when possible, otherwise he has them waiting on the counter for me to pick up. No annyoing upsells.I was impressed, by the fact that when I went to get a new battery, the guy really tried to make sure that it actually WAS the battery failing, before selling me a new one.Once it was established that it was in fact the battery, sold me a new one, and had me driving away in 10 minutes. It might have taken longer to pay, than to actually install the battery, and I'm good with that.My mom's been going here for years, and while we can argue about Kyle Busch (GREAT driver, just not a nice PERSON)... I'll be back for my next battery, when it's time.

Always friendly staff and even when they are busy they will b take care of you quickly plus have some of the best batteries around. They do sell some other brands depending what type you're looking for. They also have chargers and some high quality jump boxes.

I ve always understood Interstate batteries to be the highest quality when it comes to car batteries, though I ve never purchased another manufacturer, so I can t comment further on the product itself. The rating here is primarily for the excellent customer service I received. I called ahead to inquire about costs and install process. They clearly explained the cost and charges (which were reasonable) and helped verify the type of battery I d need and how long install would take. When I arrived the next day, they were true to what they d said on the phone - no surprise charges and in & out in 10-15 minutes. Tyson tested my current battery just to make sure and offered his genuine opinion on how to proceed. He even knew about a Subaru battery recall and provided the slightly larger battery at no extra cost. This high quality experience makes me trust these guys and I ll definitely use them again.

I've been an Interstate Battery customer for years, as I've always had good experiences here, but recently I had a truly stand-out experience I wanted to share.My Honda Fit's battery died, so after getting a jump-start to limp downtown, the gentleman who helped me, Scott, determined that the battery needed to be replaced.Scott quickly disconnected my old battery, grabbed a new one, and got the new one connected. WHEE! WHEE! WHEE! the car's alarm started to blare. This is an after-market system that had not worked in over a decade... I have no idea why it chose this moment to spring into life. I also didn't have the fob with me, or any information about the system (brand, etc. that might have told us who to call). So Scott disconnected the new battery and came up with a plan.My dad was able to bring an old fob to the shop, to try to use that to shut off the alarm. But the fob didn't work either (even with a new battery installed in IT.) Fortunately, one thing the fob DID have was an 800 number. I called that, and even though it was after hours, I managed to speak with someone who mentioned a special button under the dash, and a procedure that would allow us to shut off the alarm.So you guessed it: Scott felt around until he found the button, and together we managed to shut off the alarm system (which once again allowed the car to be turned on and functional). He was SUCH a great sport about the whole thing, which took up more than an hour of his time.I was already a dedicated customer, having had prior good experiences here. But Scott's patience and creativity were so wonderful and definitely made it clear, we are never going anywhere else for our batteries!!

Fixed my battery connection while traveling. Tested my battery and alternator as well and sent us on our way. Super nice guy and great service.

It was very very short notice.I have a 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid and Auto Zone checked my battery yesterday and Saud it was bad. It is the original battery in the vehicle. I got over 67000 miles in 5 years and 4 months out the battery. I think it did well. Chris at Interstate Batteries said usually you get about 3 years on a model. So it served me very well. Chris checked my battery and it was a wet cell. And then proceeded to see if he had a battery in stock.He had one took out the old, and put in the new. She runs like a champ. Thank you Chris, and Interstate Batteries for such a great job !

They had the car battery I needed in stock and installed it within 10 minutes or less of my arrival. The prices were comparable to Advanced Auto, but a better battery and better warranty! I Will definitely shop here again when I am in need of another battery!

Battery ended up going out this morning and ended up showing up to get a new one in a rush. Was greeted at the door and they were able to get my battery replaced, installed and payed for in 10 minutes. They gave me honest options for different batteries and were extremely friendly. On top of that they have the best batteries in the industry. Trademark Customer Service!!

Turns out I didn't even need batteries for my diesel..but the gentleman working the counter came out, tested, and let me know. The amazing honesty and customer service has made me a customer for life. I will not stop telling EVERYONE how amazing these guys are. Thank you for being decent!!!!

I always buy Interstate batteries and am reminded why every time I go back. A great product and customer service! Today Chris helped me and had knowledgeable answers for all my questions about batteries and how to get the most out of them. Thank you again, Chris, for such great customer service!

The staff at Interstate do great work. Their service is always kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and quick. I even came in at one point with an old car battery, thinking it was long gone and in need of replacement, and they even offered to try and recover it at no charge to me. I came back, picked it up fully-charged, and it ran like a champ. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied coming here for all of my car battery needs.

Checked Google Maps and the hours said till 5pm. Didn t know they changed the hours due to the virus. Showed up a bit after 4pm and found they were closed. The employees were walking out to leave. When they found out the issue, they apologized and went back in to sell me the battery I needed for my vehicle.That is great commitment to service!I edited their hours so no one else makes that mistake, and would encourage anyone to go get your battery here. It was same price as the auto-parts store, but their service was second to none.EDIT: Google is taking forever to approve the hours change. It closes at 4pm.

This is my favorite store to spend money at. They always have an answer to my weird battery questions and tell me when something isn't possible or a bad idea. Everytime I have a project involving a battery I look forward to it because I know it will be the simplest part of the project and I have no need to shop around. This place is the best.

Customers stop please read and look no more you have just found the best battery company in northern Colorado.I am a traffic control supervisor working on Willow and Linden and I have to say Interstate All Battery has the best owner the best staff members who are very professional very kind to everybody that walks through their doors especially when it comes to me and our contractors working diligently to improve the streets. They have great prices and they stop at nothing in helping their customers with their needs and wants.Thank you interstate All Batteries for your professional skills for your kindness. The guys at interstate all batteries treated me with respect and compassion. I went in with a battery I thought was dead and rather than try to sell me another one they charged mine over the weekend free of cost. Its great in this dog eat dog world to see a business that knows how to put their customers over the all mighty dollar!
