We've dealt with this company a couple times and they are shadyyyyyy. When dealing with them I've heard of them purposely damaging cars as well as trying to force you to show up late in the day so they can charge more fees (the latter happened to several people I know). If you are towed by this company, please arrive as soon as possible and if you need to wait, wait. I would also take a look at towing regulations by the Public Utilities Commission so you know what you can and can't do. And before they reply, no we were never towed from an apartment complex.

trashy place at an impossible to find location. they will up charge you as much as possible, the fine was ridiculous so expect to spend a lot of money picking up your car. my car was towed and wasn t even there for 12 hours and got almost $50 added to my $250 bill. but don t have an attitude about it! they have 2 signs on their trailer that say leave your bad attitude at the door, it s not our fault u got towed :) am i supposed to have a good attitude about charging an impossible price? that is your fault, a straight up scam.Service: Car towing

Awful. Answers the phone with just a dragged out "hello" ?? If you run a business you should probably let people they did call the right number and not some random cranky man. They then refused to tow a massive van parked right in front of the emergency exit to our building because we need the owners to sign off on the papers and they are out of town. So, will not help you, even if they are the ones with the tow sign in front of the building. To each their own I guess, the fire department likes fining people and they'll know exactly who to come for with some hefty fines seeing as the company who willingly said they would take the job keeping the fire exit safe but are now refusing to. Trash company & trash people honestly, to take on a responsibility like that and not follow through

Ive had my Truck towed by a few places for mechanical problems, and not once in my life have i found a towing agency so unproffecianal as this one. They called the authorities on me for coming to pick up my car. No reason at all, i had cash in hand and a smile on my face. When i finally got in there, all of these people looked like they were on drugs. I had to pay $200+ for a misunderstanding, unfriendliest people ive ever encountered. If i could rate a half star, i would.

Awful human beings own and operate this place will lie and THREATEN you for no reason at all. AVOID AT ALL COST. Edit: Oh would you look at that another lie in your response I was not towed from an apartment complex if you re running a business maybe you should get your stories straight.

They seemed distant an uncaring. Then meet them and seemed reasonable and understanding. Then call and backthe other way. Best to deal with them face to face.
