Great service and very pleased with our shower! Originally we ordered a u-channel shower but last minute changed our order to frameless. This was a personal preference choice for us and the team was incredibly accommodating. Chris set things up and allowed me to see what the shower would look like before final install. I would definitely recommend!

Very happy with Glass Doctor of Ft.Collins. they repaired my window exactly as I wanted it for 1/4th the cost 3 others had quoted. Friendly knowledgeable, courteous timely service from beginning to end. Actually above and beyond good service. Highly recommend

I was referred here by my insurance company and I am very glad I was. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. It was easy to see from the moment I walked into the office why they have 5 stars on here. The service was quick and clean. They did a fantastic job on my windshield. When they called to set up my appointment I was expecting to have it set out for a couple of weeks but I was able to get an appointment in a couple of days. I will certainly be returning and recommending them to everyone. Thank you for the great service.

I called 5 other places about a hard to change windshield and none of them would even touch it. Glass Doctor did the job, and even discounted the labor because it wasn t as bad as they thought it would be. Customer service and their work are amazing!

Great service quick easy scheduling. Worked with my insurance took all the hassle out of getting my windshield replaced. Fast turnaround time high quality of work. Would definitely recommend using Glass Doctor

Easy to schedule, friendly staff, got a free can of glass cleaner. I didn't really check too much on pricing but my total windshield replacement was competitive with the couple other quotes I got or slightly better. I mean it's auto glass so you can do the work if you wanna get the best price but yeah this place is good.

Chris and his helper came to our home to install our new shower glass. They very professionally prepared the area, being careful with placing their tools, etc. Once they determined that there was an issue with the glass not fitting quite right, they informed us of the problem and explained what had to be done to make it right. After reordering a section of the glass, they promptly came and installed the remaining section very professionally. Even Joel came out to check on the project when there were a few little issues with the "seal" of the shower door. A seal was ordered and Joel himself came out to do the final installation. All of this was done on a very professional manner with care and concern for our satisfaction. Pleased beyond......Thank you very much. Del & Stevie

I ve used the Ft.Collin s Glass Doctor many times for chip repairs. I had them replace a windshield yesterday. They ALWAYS do outstanding work! The staff is very helpful & friendly. Give them a try, you ll be very happy with the results!

Glass Doctor is amazing! I had to get a sudden car window replacement and they were able to get me in for a next day repair. They gave me an estimate and time frame right up front, which was incredibly helpful. The staff are so friendly and kind and I couldn't be happier with my new window!

Easy peasy. Had an insurance claim. Quick scheduling, good availability, friendly employees, and everything appears to be good quality from an install perspective. All the billing was between them and my insurance. I will definitely use them again.

Our car was broken into and Glass Doctor got us in the very next day to fix our window. They cleaned up all the glass in the car, and made everything very smooth and easy for us. They made a bad situation a lot better and were very kind.

Best experience ever. Made the claim for chip repair super simple. In and out fast. Had a great waiting room with WiFi and a little desk, which was very convenient for eating the delicious birria tacos from the taco truck next door. Everyone was very friendly. 10/10

I live in Colorado so I've had a LOT of windshields replaced. Glass Doctor was very professional, friendly, and most importantly, quick. I've used other places that took forever to get the glass in, made mistakes and took a whole day to get the work done. Glass Doctor was done with my car in a couple of hours. I'll also add that the Subaru dealership told me they're the only shop in town that has the correct equipment to reset the Subaru eyesight system. Great work and super cordial.

We were so happy to work with Glass Doctor on our shower after a bad experience with Rams Glass. Glass Doctor was able to fix their mistakes in a cost effective and professional way. We went to the Glass Doctor looking to replace our shower door. Joel at the Glass Doctor was great. We met with him at his office and in a few words he knew exactly what we wanted. He came to our home, measured and confirmed all was good to go. The installation technicians arrived and were very professional. When they were done you didn t even know they were there except for our new doors. I would hire Glass Doctor again and will recommend them to everyone!

I had a chip in my windshield on my vehicle that they were able to patch up without an appointment. They handled my insurance for me and got everything done in about 20 minutes. Very professional, customer friendly staff!

Glass doctor replaced the glass in three windows that had developed a haziness between the panes in the 25 years since they were initially installed.I am just as happy as if I had replaced the entire window structure, but I am even happier that this approach cost a fraction of complete replacement.They came out and checked to be sure it would be possible to replace just the glass, and gave me a very reasonable quote.They ordered the glass sections, which came in on schedule, and installed them within a matter of hours; and then cleaned up the area as if they hadn't been there.I am more than satisfied on all counts.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Fort Collins! Julia and Lonnie are amazing. They went above and beyond to help and they were upfront and honest about what they could or couldn't do. I found them after a previous glass company wanted to charge me 2.5x more than what the tech told me for "cleaning", which was not what the tech originally told me was needed. When Lonnie from Glass Doctor came out, he told me that the tech's "solution" and "cleaning" wouldn't have even worked. Lonnie tried out a couple of things and then came up with a fix that worked and that I could even do myself. When I needed to replace some of my weather stripping, Julia found me the replacement and gave me the link so that I could order it myself. I will certainly be using them for all of my window and glass needs in the future and sharing how great they are with everyone I know!

Our brand-new Kia EV6 developed a crack in the windshield just a few weeks after we bought it. Glass Doctor did a great job with the replacement, they were fast and very professional and they offer free chip repair on the new windshield.

I have been putting off the new windshield all year and needed to just bite the bullet and get it done. Cost was the factor. I had budgeted for a greater cost and was pleased when it was less. Glass Doctor was recommended and did a great job and even saved the stickers from the old windshield. Complementary glass cleaner. Complementary ride, although probably not the norm but I appreciated it. And even moved my car to the next service next door at Kia. Great job and service and now my new go to glass people. Thanks Butch and company!

Thanks to Glass Doctor the rear window of my brand new Toyota Sienna was repaired the very next day at the lowest price around town! Not only was the window replaced but also the window wiper mount was repaired. The technicians were able to bend the wiper motor back into shape and saved me from having to abandon the motor and rear door! I am so grateful for Joel and his team for going above and beyond!
