Sean and Josh were extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. I blew out my tire on the way back from work. They got me fixed up and back on the road super quick. Sean even gave me a ride to work as I was going to have walk on a messed up leg. These are good people doing good work. Pricing was really reasonable. I will be back with any auto related needs. I appreciate your professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

This place is amazing.My daughter's car decided die while on a road trip (split radiator).The crew at Fry's Auto was able to get her in the same morning, replace the radiator, gave an inspection, and got her back on the road that afternoon. All at a reasonable price which the "Bank of Dad" appreciated.Very professional team and a positive experience.

Absolutely amazing! My dad came in from Florida visiting for the holidays and his steering went out. I took it to a different mechanic down the street from these guys and got taken advantage of. They kept the vehicle for a long time without and I will say again WITHOUT fixing it. They Charged my disabled veteran father who is also elderly a bunch of money and the vehicle was worse than when I took it. I called Fry's, a man named Josh answered and listened to my horror story. He told me to "relax Jason we have a guy who can take care of my problems. I got not just my car back better than ever, but I now have a good place to take all my vehicles. God bless you Josh and the crew @Fry's who helped a disabled veteran who is an old man and fought for our freedom and is also my Dad. I definitely recommend

Fry s Auto is the best experience I ve had overall in the entire automotive auto care industry I came in with a bunch of problems with my truck and they weren t 100% sure what the problem was they replaced the part they thought was causing my vehicle problems and allowed me to drive with it a week to see if the check engine light came back on, which it did, and they kept my old part just to see if it fixed the problem and it didn t and I didn t get charged for the part because Frye didn t want me to pay for the unfixed solution and I was refunded for the part and he was able to put the other part he kept back into the engine free of charge. Frye and his very experienced crew were able to find a cheaper solution that fixed the original problem to begin with. Frye is the most honest mechanic you could ask for

Recommended SEVERAL items to be replaced in my highlander. including brakes and CV axles. Said brakes were at a dangerous level. Took it to a certified dealer and they are both very good- do not need replaced anytime soon. Fry also made new rattles after the oil change. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! Stay far away!!!!

Can't say enough great things about these guys! Josh was absolutely beyond professional, and all of his guys were knowledgeable and informative. They didn't just tell me what was wrong, they took the extra time to show me what was wrong and how they would go about fixing it. I finally felt assured I wasn't losing my mind.I will be using their services from now on! I know when they give me that quote it is going to be a reasonable cost for excellent work and any question I have will be answered and explained thoroughly. No scare tactics here, no upcharges and no gaslighting. I recommend!

Showed up and asked for help fixing a problem with my Toyota RAV4 rear differential. Wrote all my details and even took a picture of car's ID plate (for what?) and said they will call me back. Never did.

So I have to say this place is amazing they went out of their way to make sure that my truck was taken of and I was able get back on the road safely and efficiently. I will recommend them to anyone. If my truck ever had any other issues and I'm back in their area, I will definitely take my truck back to them. Josh and janee made my day better. I was super frustrated being 4 hrs away from home. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent guest service.

UPDATE !! AFTER 2 WEEKS THE ALTERNATOR LOCKED UP AND SMOKE STARTED COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE HOOD ... IM GETTING A NEW ALTERNATOR SOMEWHERE ELSE NOW!!!Was quoted an amount then when I towed my car there ( $130 they towed my car ) the price changed by $230 . When I picked up my car I was hit w a $38 " supplies fee " and when I got my receipt there was a $30 " credit card fee ... I don't mind paying but I should be aware of what I'm being charged for. I would have stop at an ATM and gotten cash of I knew I was gonna be charged $30 for paying w a credit card.... I'd suggest you get a written estimate before you do any work.

Saved mining trip to close season and owner came to house personally to fix leak one of techs missed 2days within letting them know there was oil leak after getting home he drove from ftc to denver and charged nothing and took my junk car for free off property!

Exceptional service. I purchased a truck on auction, picked it up and broke down 6 miles out of Fort Collins. Monday morning Sean the owner dropped what he was doing and asked 2 other shop mechanics to assist him. In 2 hours they had all new filters and fluids and did the brakes. Only wish there was a spot like that where I lived. Couldn t give Fry s a better review.

Not only did they know what was wrong with our vehicle in less than two days, (regardless of it being to much to fix for it to be worth it), but she also provided multiple solution s, and had a quick game plan for each one . They use extreme situational awareness to preform customer service, and words don t even depict how well that works. They go above and beyond, and want to help YOU, not their pockets. My family will be returning to Fry s, for every auto repair and I ll recommend them to ANYONE!!

These guys are awesome! Their super knowledgeable staff does a fabulous job of laying out all of their findings along with quotes and suggestions of how to tackle any issues without making you feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. I had a great experience with Fry's Auto care, they went above and beyond on the repair for my mother's car!It was repaired in half the time other shops were quoting, and I feel they did everything possible to save me money.Makayla is an absolute pleasure to work with, and made the whole thing as easy as possible.I have found my new shop in FtC for auto repairs! A friend referred us to Fry's Auto Care after moving across the country to Fort Collins. We have been impressed with the speed of service and friendliness of staff. The lobby is newly renovated and is comfortable to wait in. Fry's has acknowledged and corrected issues under warranty which has been great! We also appreciate that they print out quotes and allow you to think about services instead of pressuring you to make decisions right away.

These guys are fantastic! Insanely trustworthy, super friendly and fair. We take all of our company vehicles to Fry's and I bring my personal cars here as well. I like that they do a thorough vehicle check to catch problems before they get worse. Thanks for the great service guys

The staff at Fry's is always friendly and professional. I have had a great experience there with routine oil changes, as well as bigger service work. Their pricing is always very competitive, and typically less than other shops in the area. Highly recommend their services

This place has a great staff and the best customer service you will find in Ft Collins. Sean Fry is one of the best mechanics I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. His mechanics are top notch as well. I dislike anything to do with fixing broken vehicles or even knowing about what is wrong with them. Sean has kept all my old junk, new vehicle and everything in between working for years and I greatly appreciate that. I highly recommend this auto repair service business!! Ladies, you will not be ripped off at this place and neither will old dudes like myself. If you are a younger motor head you will really like this place.

Great people work here! Half the price of the other shop I went to get a estimate. Had the job done within a couple days. Had to redo my diesels injectors and glow plugs. Runs great once again. Thank you Miss Makayla and Mr Shaun! Highly suggest them for your mechanical needs!

I have brought my Audi and Subaru to this shop several times whether it was for an oil change or some other maintenance work and they are always genuine, honest, and provide excellent work! They are reasonable and timely. I would highly recommend Frys! They go above and beyond. Always so friendly!

For the second time in as many years, I must strongly rate and review this business. Just had a tow and major repairs done on my vehicle and they were professional, honest, and thorough. Vehicle runs perfectly now. I recommend this mechanic to anyone living in Fort Collins, and I personally refer my friends and family to them. We will definitely take our vehicles here for service in the future.

I have had a lot of work done on My Ford f150 here, as well as a travel trailer and an RV. They are the best in town! They are honest, have fair prices, and have great customer service. I have had them replace transmission fluid, front and rear dif fluid, diagnose check engine lights, replace tires, rebuild a radiator, and fix a number of other issues. At one point my engine was dying after starting and they traced in back to a loose ground wire and saved me a lot of money and a headache. They have repacked bearings and done breaks on a travel trailer and got an old 1973 RV back up and running and safe to drive, which was no small task. Can t say enough good things about them. I went here to get my alternator replaced in July its was done quick and reasonably good price. But I'm back again 4 months later because my alternator is in need of replacement again. I assumed they put in a new one but now I'm questioning. They did replace it for free but my car is shaky and doesn't feel like it's normal self. I am currently trying to get a tune up and will update this review. I do oil changes regularly so I hope the tune up will fix the other problem.
