Caleb was wonderful and his personality was awesome! These guys are not pushy at all and Caleb helped me look at different bikes and determine what I wanted. He took the time with going over everything with me and was so kind!! I will be returning and truly recommend these guys!!

Took our 1999 Polaris Sportsman 335 for repairs on a Saturday and everyone there was over-the-top polite. When I got out of my truck, I was looking at another Polaris Sportsman that they had on the lot and one of their salesman approached me & my wife to make sure we were being taken care of. He guided us inside to the service area and we dealt with Danielle from there on. She was fantastic and knowledgeable and was able to work with us on what the issue was. She got the part ordered that day.When leaving, I got turned around in their parking lot and one of their employees asked if I needed help with anything. I let him know I was good. It was so refreshing to see a business still knows what good customer is.

As a female rider i dont typically have the best experiences at other bike shops but Ryan was great! I went in for a helmet and he took the time to move my cardo from my old helmet to the new one. He also went over to my bike to tighten up my mirrors and plate on the back. Honestly, if I had cash I would have tipped him for going above and beyond. So the least I could do is give him a shout out! And I'm going to kick myself in the butt if I got his name wrong!

Tyler and Tom are awesome. They worked with me, even through text, gave me a decent offer on my current bike and sold me a 2013 gsx-r. I was impatient and didn't want to wait for the bike to go through the shop. I ended up finding a couple missing fasteners. Called up Tyler and asked about it. He even replaced the fasteners for free and also the front tire. Mind you this is AFTER the sale. I would highly recommend Tyler and Tom and fort Collins motorsports to anyone. They have taken great care of me and treated me right. Thanks guys!

If you re looking for a motorcycle this is your place! As a new biker I was warmly welcomed to the lifestyle. Dan (sales rep) was absolutely amazing personable and knowledgeable. I came In looking at a 650 and left with a beautiful 400. Dan was very accommodating! Ryan in accessories was great and David ( parts) was very knowledgeable. From start to finish my experience was amazing! Highly recommend

Excellent service today at Fort Collins Motorsports. My wife took the MSF course and it was time to get her the first bike! Having said that, we were going in with started bike in mind, which of course means budget friendly. They treated us as if we were buying a huge touring bike @ 30k. That s how it should be. Thank you Rebecca & Tyler and the rest of the crew. See you when it s time to upgrade!-Carl & Melanie Randolph-For those curious, she went with a Kawasaki Vulcan S! Killer

We purchased our Ranger Crew XP1000 Northstar a year ago. Extremely happy with it and its performanance. Had a couple of "Polaris issues" that were handled beautifully by Danielle and Scott.Do not hesitate to seal your purchase from this company.

I purchased a used Indian Scout, my first motorcycle purchase ever. Having been a sales trainer for years, I definitely appreciated Steve's (my salesman) approach. 6 months ago Steve could tell I wasn't ready to commit to a purchase and backed off, no stereotypical sales person tactics or pressure. When I decided to finally buy, I sought Steve out specifically. This time he knew when to apply the "salesmanship" and a gentle push to commit. I'm glad he did. If he hadn't, I'd have walked again and missed out on a sweet bike.Fort Collins Motorsports is a top notch outfit, from sales, to parts, to sales management, to the maintenance department. (Yes, I think I dealt with about every employee during the sale.)My son is ready to buy and once my neighbor saw my bike he's ready too. Wanna guess where they'll go and who they'll ask for?

Just bought a Big Dog chopper from these guys. First time to this dealership and bought a bike same day! Super cool staff. No high pressure, just a friendly environment. Everyone was accommodating and knowledgeable about their products and inventory. Big shout out to Brian Draksler my salesman!!! Awesome Dude!!! Definitely the salesperson you want helping you. Thanks to everyone there. I will be back. I highly recommend them. They have a great inventory selection!

It's never a good sign when a dealer won't list ANY prices on their website. Forcing potential customers into a pressured showroom. Old predatory tactics, listing years old models as "new" simply because they didn't sell(and I bet they are still priced ABOVE msrp). I'd avoid unless they've got something you absolutely must have.

Bought a new RZR XP Pro Sport and love it. Fort Collins Motorsports helped to make the purchase as seamless as possible. We had help from 3 associates very quickly. Derek Dalton helped us through the full process and did a great job to assure all our needs were met. He was attentive and has contacted us after purchase just to make sure we are happy. We are very happy overall!

Bought a Ranger here years ago and had a great experience with Ryan. Started looking at the Polaris rs.1. After Chasing some Closeouts around Denver and getting completely jerked around I ended up talking to Ryan.I should have just started here first. He remembered our experience before and my personal details.After a short conversation on the telephone, he got me where I wanted to be on the numbers. I arrived and was in and out quickly with paperwork and delivery process. Stay local and see these guys.

I went to Fort Collins Motorsports to browse their inventory looking for my first motorcycle. They have a lot of great options, new and used, and I had the opportunity to work with Robert who was absolutely fantastic. I gave him a brief description of the type of riding I was looking to do and he showed me several options. Long story short, after discussing some different options, I ended up taking home the first bike he pointed me to, Royal Enfield Himalayan. He was knowledgable about the brand, features, and specs of the bike. Anything he didn't know he took me right over to the service department, accessories, or sales to get the right answer. The purchase process was straightforward and went smoothly. All in all I had a great experience at Fort Collins Motorsports, and have enjoyed my new bike on and off road so far.

Probably my best vehicle purchasing experience so far, every staff member was courteous and professional. Steve K. is an outstanding sales consultant who was very informative and helped me get a good deal on a used HD Road Glide I had spent nearly a year looking for. Also, Aaron was extremely patient and transparent in regards to the title transfer process; I became a little paranoid after 27 days and no title...I received it on day 28. I highly recommend Fort Collins Motorsports.

All of the staff that work at Fort Collins Motorsports are incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and do the very best they can when those of us who are unable to get loans, come to them to get financed. Thank you to JT and all of the fellas at Fort Collins Motorsports. If you intend to purchase a motorcycle or any accessories, I would suggest that you give them a call. I would not be on the bike today if it was not for all of their efforts. Thank you

Mostly perfect experience here. The sales staff was pretty honest and upfront with me about all aspects of my purchase. Negotiations were legitimate and in the end paid exactly what we agreed upon. Overall I absolutely love my new bike and will continue to do business with these guys in the future!Only complaints (minor complaints): after my purchase was completed it took them a long time to prep the bike to ride home. Thankfully I had the piece of mind that my purchase was ready to do some spirited riding though. Bike fuel was on empty at the time of delivery and was happy to make it to the nearest gas station. Overall not terrible things to complain about though. Would highly recommend to them that they start fully fueling bikes as it s just good business.

Called and talked to Tom about a used CRF230. I drove an hour north to see the bike. Tom was very patient with me and answered all my questions about the Honda and also a Suzuki that had caught my eye. I ended up with the Suzuki, only because I felt more comfortable on it than I did with the Honda.I got there near closing time, but Tom and the rest of the staff was nice enough to help me with paperwork, loading the bike, and strapping the bike down onto a bike carrier. I didn't get out of there until after 7PM on a Friday, and these guys made sure I was taken care of before I left. Great group of people!I'll gladly drive an hour for great customer service and no pressure sales any time! I will defiantly be back once I am comfortable enough to upgrade from the Suzuki.

Thanks Brian!! He helped me picking out my first bike and went above and beyond with showing/explaining all the features. Brain also gave me lots of tips for riding as a new rider which helped tremendously. Shout out to Ed as well for assisting me with gear and overall riding tips. Overall am excellent experience at Fort Collins motorsports.

THANK YOU Robert! Had a great experience shopping for the right side by side to meet my work, recreation, and snow removal needs. With all of the issues in shipping, Robert was communicative, helpful and provided great customer service to get me my machine right before the first snow. Appreciated his honesty. Highly recommend. My first ice fishing trip on the mountain was a success thanks to this machine.

FC Motorsports is fantastic! My first time into this dealer and I was treated like an old customer. Sales staff (Taylor) was great and made buying my first bike a fantastic experience. Parts and service staff seem knowledgeable without being pushy.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable especially my salesman Tyler very friendly guy knows what he s doing. You ll get you a great deal. Come see him. Definitely will be coming back to get another toy.

I ordered tracks for my 4 wheeler. They showed up damaged and with the mounting bracket missing. Ryan got on fast and had new brackets and the damaged one fixed in less than a week. I am super happy wit the customer service provided by Fort Collins Motorsports

Brought my 2015 Victory Vegas in to get tires. After dealing with multiple power sports dealerships in Colorado and southern Wyoming, I can say hands down this dealership was great. David Ross was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and Steve at the Indian dealership was great conversation while I waited. Rusty checked in with me to let me know about a rebate Pirelli was doing with their tires as well. Overall, I would most definitely come back here for any service needs, I m even considering bringing my other bike in when it s time for tires on it. 5 stars all the way around!

Excellent Experience buying my Indian Roadmaster Classic. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. The Sales staff was not pushy at all, but were very responsive to my requests. Accessories and service have been easy and very informative. I will definitely be back to add to my two wheel addiction.

I posted my bike up for sale on Facebook market place and Zachary reached out to me. Not only did he work very hard get my business he gave me a great deal on a sweet road glide and gave me what I asked for on my trade in. Would definitely recommend stopping in here if you are looking for a new or used bike. The whole team was great and very professional.
