The service was outstanding! A bit of backstory I fell into a giant pothole heading south on I-25 and destroyed two Firestone Fuel Fighter tires on the passenger side. I eventually found my way to the Firestone in the town of Firestone (gotta love that irony!) and the manager there made some calls to area shops to try and find me a replacement tire, and Irvin at the Firestone in Ft Collins answered the SOS. He found the exact tire I needed (just one left!). The tire was a low-profile model that Firestone had discontinued, so it was a miraculous find. When I got to Ft Collins, Irvin assessed the tire situation, took tread measurements, and pro-rated my Road Hazard insurance toward the new tire. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable through the whole process. He answered all my questions with clarity and ease, and got me in and out and rolling again in no time. What a great shop! Irvin is the best!

These poor sales people. I'm giving 5 stars based on all the crud they have to deal with. Not one of them said anything rude or made anyone feel bad. They were all calm, cool, and collected when customers came in with a chip on their shoulder.I personally had a great experience. I'm happy with the product, price, and customer service entirely.

Nathan, Sean, and Meaghan did a great job of communicating very clearly what was needed and how long it would take. The technicians also thoroughly and professionally provided services to my vehicles over the past two weeks. My ONLY complaint was the grease on the seats, steering wheels, door handles, and gear shifts when the vehicles were returned to us. Nonetheless, I will continue to bring my vehicles to this specific Firestone due to the great leadership team and significant experience of the technicians.

I always have the best service at this location. The staff are friendly, eager to answer all questions, and do their absolute best to get you the best prices. Irvin has helped me multiple times here, and is consistently incredible. These men work hard!! 10/10 recommend this Firestone.

I needed a simple tire road Hazard plug for a nail in one of my tires, also got a tire rotation done. The Team at this particular Location are super fantastic! I am one very pleased Firestone customer! This store is Professional, Knowledgeable, they got me back on the road in a snap, and I do trust them with my Vehicle and they are very gentle with the Customer! I appreciate this Store & Team so much!

The Fort Collins firestone store has provided me with excellent service for over 5 years now. My last visit went very well. Nathan is an excellent store manager. and his crew is skilled and precise in their work. My daughter's car check engine light came on and it also needed an oil change. They diagnosed the engine problem and where able to fix it quickly and accurately. They also discovered that the front brake pads where down to the metal and that the caliper was frozen up. This too was repaired quickly and accurately. The explanation and overall communication was great. The issues where explained in detail so I understood the severity and cost. I was able to decide to fix what was urgent and made aware of some other issues to keep an eye on. This is not the first time I left the this store feeling very satisfied!

I had recently purchased a truck from Carvana that was leaking oil. They got the truck in within a few days. They did an inspection of the entire vehicle and found quite a few things that needed to be repaired. They dealt directly with the Carvana Warranty department for all of the repairs and what they were not able to handle themselves they have helped me with the process for how to get the situation handled. Nathan, Cody and Meghan were very pleasant and great to work with. I am grateful that they did the inspection, otherwise I would not have known about all the things that were wrong.

This place and it's employees are amazing. When I bring my car in, it's all very professional. They are kind and curious. I always get a detailed report, updates and recommendations. I've always been treated with professionalism at this shop...never rudely. Not once. I'm really surprised to see comments about rude treatment.For those that are upset about issues not getting fixed the first time, I can assure you that growing up with a mechanic dad, sometimes it takes several tries to diagnose a problem correctly. I have no doubt these guys want to fix it in one shot, but life (and cars) are complicated.As for their attempts to upsell, have you ever been to a shop that didn't try? I've bought some upsells there a few times, and turned them down many times. There was never any pushback after a simple "No" from me.I'll keep coming back.

Buyer beware, this place will try to rip you off with up-selling for services you do not need. I bought tires here and was offered a "free" alignment inspection, which (shocking) stated that I needed an alignment. I was told that if I didn't get it within 30 days, they would not warranty the tires I was purchasing. Considering the degree to which they damaged the rims on my car while installing the tires, I didn't trust their assessment, and took my car to the dealership, where it was quickly confirmed that my car did not need the alignment they tried to sell me. These predators will never get another dime from me.

They messed with stuff inside of my car. They turned off the auto headlights, jacked the seat position to an impossible angle, turned off the interior lights, Etc. They gave me a quote and then charged me more. They told me I needed new calipers while another more experienced mechanic told me that the calipers were fine and that part of a normal brake job was lubricating the pins and freeing up the calipers. They wanted to charge me another $889 to do what another mechanic would have done for free. If I had known that I would have gone to another mechanic.

Be wary of this place. I took my car in a total of 3x for the same power steering issue over the past year. The first time, they charged me for a new pump and hose. The second time, they serviced those again in addition to my engine gaskets/valve covers/whatever else they tacked on unnecessarily (where they thought the issue was originating). The third and now last time, they said nothing was wrong and blamed my car s stiff wheel on my low-pressure front tires instead of doing an inspection and sent me off!The very next day, I took it in to another shop in town and they immediately found that my steering rack has been deteriorating for a while now, which makes me believe this Firestone has been manipulating me into spending thousands of dollars on an issue that would never end without addressing the rack and pinion first. I m not sure if they noticed this and decided to ignore it, or if they just genuinely didn t do a full inspection.I really trusted them and thought I was doing the best for my car but unfortunately, I was wrong. Save yourself the time, and more importantly the MONEY, and do not come here without doing some homework first - or perhaps at all.

The team at Firestone on Mason St were helpful, informative and honest. I've owned more than 15 cars in my life and do a lot less of the maintenance work myself at my age. I've been to multiple car repair places in several cities and know most often when I should and should not trust the people at the shop. The team at Firestone on Mason St are in the small group of people I would trust.

I just came from my appointment and left feeling very upset.I've always come to this Firestone location since moving to Fort Collins a few years ago.But my loyalty didn't matter today as the service was poor to say the least.For starters, I came in for a standard oil change. Not a big job of course, especially early in the morning, but there was a lack of staff available to help upon my arrival and this location is very busy.When I did get helped, I asked the associate to make sure the fluids were topped off.Spoiler alert - they were not.I only found this out because they said my cabin filter and air filter needed replacing, so I did it myself after the appointment when I discovered the fluids hadn't been touched.Btw, they were trying to charge me $50 for just the air filter (smh). I replaced both filters for only $38.They also tried to charge me $25 for a tire rotation when their car care package is only $9.99.Last but not least - the mechanic must've broken my air filter latches because when I went to change it they were busted.

I want to start by saying I really love this Firestone and typically they are amazing and always honest and fix my car great! This time unfortunately was not the case and they were unable to fix the problem due to a bolt being broken off in my engine which I don t know how in hell that happened! They said they don t do engine work if something were to go wrong when attempting to get the bolt out so now I m stuck with a $300 bill for labor just for them to take my car apart and put it back together and now I have to take it somewhere else and spend more money on getting it actually fixed!! Soooooo disappointing :/

I always receive great service from Firestone, but the Fort Collins location and their personnel are exceptional! They really care about your needs, while making an effort to get you on the road, as soon as possible.

I took my vehicle into this place some time back, told them I had issues with my brakes not working, told them I already replaced the master cylinder three times, and the guy proceeded to argue with me that my master cylinder was the problem before even looking at it and insisted I didn't know what I was talking about. After they looked at the brake system, he insisted it was the master cylinder. I took my vehicle to a different mechanic and my master cylinder was fine. Turns out my break system was completely ceased due to rust and I shouldn't even been allowed to drive away. These people have no idea what they are doing and by taking your vehicle to them, you are risking your life and safety

This place is amazing, taken my car there twice , always honest and upfront about pricing , never given me the run around and took time to explain. Also never suggested I repair stuff that isn t broken, goes above and beyond. Shawn is the best! Won t ever be taking my car anywhere else .

DO NOT GO HERE!I had my rear brake pads replaced and they broke the clips that connected the electronics to the rear brakes.They allowed me to drive away on faulty brakes without my knowledge.I was told to go to another Firestone closer to my house in Arvada to get these clips fixed and that Firestone fixed them with ZIP TIES causing $700 worth of damages!I have demanded money back from corporate, but have yet receive a dime in almost 1.5 months since noticing the issue even though I have called this shop every week for the past 3 weeks.I will NEVER go to any Firestone again!

Nathan and the staff at Fort Collins Firestone complete auto care are excellent. They fixed the problem caused by a different Firestone dealer. They listened to our request for check out this mysterious annoying sound/noise coming from the wheels after installing new tires on a different Firestone tire dealer. The previous two dealers denied any problem, couldn't find anything and ignored our request. Finally this time went to Fort Collins Firestone auto care for the routine tire rotation and Nathan and his team found the problem. I even installed new brake pads unnecessary to correct the problem because the two other tire dealers said the problem was "the car" but Nathan and his team found loose balance weights inside the wheels which were left there who knows why when we installed brand new tires for the first time and now the car is nice and quiet just like when it was new before changing tires for the first time. Highly recommend Fort Collins Firestone complete auto care, they are professionals and will listen to you, the customer. Thanks Fort Collins Firestone auto care and keep up the excellent work!!!

They have helped us change tires when we had got totally demaged ones in AVIS - on AVIS recommendation. They are able to solve it same day. But they work very very slow - we saw our car with new tires around it and takes 30 min to put it on and next hour to solve computer and papers finally they helped us but I wish they can work quicker. One guy smoking around building every 15 min, a lot of guys just walking and calling somewhere like in call center for the whole time.Service: Tires

Don t go there unless you want to waste hours of your life. Everytime I go there they say not too long and it s always a lie. They say the appointments waiting are priority well it s been two hours. So doesn t seem like a priority. Don t schedule that many appointments it s that simple. Keep to a realistic schedule. Never satisfied with this place
