Twice they've not completed work that they said they had completed and charged me for. I was able to prove it this time and catch them in a lie. The front desk guys are awesome and they were understanding and even glad we brought it to their attention because they Said it had happened before to other customers. Manager told me if I wanted to see that the vehicle was serviced correctly, I could watch at the window myself. I explained that's not my job to make sure they do the repairs/servicing. I would take my vehicle elsewhere. I don't ever leave one star reviews but when a business lies to me and has zero excuse for it, I'm done.

Fast and convenient service for my ProMaster - completed oil change, fluid checks, tire rotation in 45 minutes at the time I chose. Not easy to find places that can accomodate my 9 ft 6 in high, 8500 lb camper close to home - appreciate the professionalism.

I didn t know the grade of oil I needed and told them right off the bat that if it was the high-priced synthetic not to do anything. Cue me getting a text about my 90 dollar bill for a simple oil change. I was also told I could come by after they closed at six to pick up my vehicle all the way up to 8:30 if needed. I took an Uber in the snow only to be dropped off with no way of getting my car back. Had to Uber back home and then back again the next day. The employee I met did try to help me and gave me a 10% discount for my troubles, but that didn t even cover the cost of one Uber ride and only took my price down by 9 dollars.

They were no nice and helpful. Definitely going to keep bringing the car back for service.
