Ashton was of great help. He was very patient and I felt he truly cared about my concern. Left me with a great quote lower than the leading mechanic in town. The manager Steve was very friendly and ensured I was completely satisfied before anything. Overall a had great experience doing business with European motor cars and I plan on going back the next time I need service.

Wonderful experience! I had brought my Mercedes in which I had been having issues with from the start! This team did an excellent job at taking care of me and my car! Had a wonderful experience at the front desk and got all my questions answered by the guy working there, big thanks to Ashton! I would definitely recommend!!

Love this place. They've taken care of my 2022 Range Rover Sport SVR UE from the start. They did an awesome job upgrading the pulleys and setting the tune. They are also much better to go to than the dealership for oil changes and items that are outside of warranty. There's not a lot that needs to be said. Just drive by and see the vehicles parked outside. They will take care of you a lot better than most places.

We had been having issues with a BMW we purchased used and not much luck finding the issue at another shop in town. We brought it to European Motor Cars and they took good care of us, determining the issues and working with our third party warranty company to get it covered. We worked primarily with Steve and felt he really had our best interest at heart as we talked through other items that will soon need attention. We are happy customers and highly recommend!

We towed my Range Rover Evoque to European Motor Cars from another mechanic shop. The other shop had my vehicle for almost 3 months and was still not able to fix it. European Motor Cars was able to fix my car within a week and a half. I was thoroughly impressed with their communication and professionalism. Steve made sure to keep us in the loop regarding the whole process. We truly appreciate the kindness European Motor Cars showed to us after the horrible experience we had with the other mechanic shop. Thank you so much!

Our daughter took our old BMW to college and it certainly has had its issues. I am so grateful that we have found European Motors, they are knowledgeable, professional, reliable and trustworthy! They have communicated every detail and use genuine BMW parts! I would highly recommend them!

European Motors did an excellent job on our BMW 535ix, replacing the right front axle assembly. Better yet, they promptly got me scheduled, answered my questions, turned this around in half a day and are extremely competitive on price. They have a great deal of experience with anything German and I d highly recommend them to anyone.

I ve been bringing my 08 MCS to these guys for as long as I ve lived in foco. the shop manager Steve is a great guy, and he always gets me penciled in fast and keeps me well updated. Mikey and the guys do great work in the back too, and I have some serious appreciation for their results, whether the job is OEM or requires some aftermarket experience. SOLID experience overall. Heavily recommend.

Steve and Ashton at European Motor Cars are the best in the business. I was in town for 6 days only to visit familiy for the holidays, and Ed Carroll Volkswagen couldn't see me until Feb 3rd, which is insane. I called Steve on the 28th and explained my situation, and he told me I could drop it off the next day. Ashton had my car diagnosed the following day (29th), and despite being the New Years holiday weekend, had it fixed on Tuesday (2nd) so I could leave on Wednesday morning. Unfortunately I do not live in Fort Collins, otherwise I would be a lifetime customer. Next time I am in town and in need of service, I will not even consider another team.

John Is responsible for me owning this vehicle. 16 years ago he inspected and advised my purchase. EMC has done several things for me (admittedly it has been a great car). It just went thru a 77,000 mile service and John took care of the major issue. I started bringing my car to European Motor Cars after stopping in for a second opinion on a repair and being thoroughly impressed with the care and recommendations I received. John set my customer experience bar to a whole new level that day, and I've been a very happy return client! The staff are courteous, informative, and really know their stuff. At this point I've brought my car to them for a number of different routine service items as well as repairs. For all, I've found their pricing to be fair, service to be on time, and work done to be reliable. I have never dealt with such an irresponsible disorganized business. I have tried to speak with Me. Mitchell and have never received a call back. They have had my car for 3 months and their employee backed my car into another customer s car and expect me to pay for labor. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Steve, Mikey, and Jonah are truly the best in the business. They not only have the skills to fix any car issue, but they're also super friendly and helpful. It's great to have mechanics like them who go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend them for any car repairs or maintenance you need they got it all

I had an AMAZING experience here. I was road-tripping from Denver to Glacier in my Eurovan camper, when the power steering fluid started literally pouring out the bottom of my van. I called every single shop in Fort Collins and no one could help me. This shop not only took me in last minute, but they fixed my car in 3 hours (and it s not an easy car to fix). This got me on the road in time to make it to my next stop in WY. So thankful for their help and expertise.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If you have a European car (that isn't crazy exotic, like a Ferrari), this is the shop for you. The owner, John, has been in the business for a very long time and has an incredible wealth of knowledge, amazing customer service, and a very strong moral compass. And when it comes to his employees, he expects the same of them. The prices are fair, given the general complexity of many Euro cars, the work is solid and timely, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop, overall, is extremely trustworthy. If they run into a problem that needs to be outsourced (think programming that only a dealer is allowed to do), they help get it done, keep you informed, and will strongly advocate for you. I do feel it needs to be said that I had the pleasure of working here for over two years before having to move on for unrelated reasons. You may think that makes me a bit biased, which is probably true, but I prefer to think of it as having been able to truly see how the business works and how they interact with customers and respond to problems. As with pretty much any shop, there will always be the chance of some of something going wrong (be it a parts issue, an unexpected and, possibly, unrelated problem that is uncovered while doing other work, etc.), but the way they respond is what really sets them apart. In the unlikely event that you have a bad experience here, just really try to understand that some things are just out of one's control, give them a chance to make it right, and you won't be disappoonted. I know having to take a car into a shop is something many people stress out over, but at European, 99% of the time, you'll have nothing but a positive experience and peace of mind knowing that you and your vehicle are well taken care of.

Everyone here was incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the full inspection and report they did on my car and that they prioritize everything with a Red/Yellow/Green system so you know what needs to be done now and what to keep in the back of your mind for later. They also provided written explanations for any recommended services/repairs which was very helpful and extremely thorough.What I had done definitely wasn t cheap, but as far as I know everything seemed priced fairly. They gave me a very detailed itemized estimate so there were no surprises.I love my 04 XC90 and look forward to working with these guys in the future to keep it going as long as possible :)

I always have a great experience at European motor cars, the service writers are friendly, and help me to understand what my car needs to keep running!The techs are also awesome and seem to really know their stuff.I have been bringing my car here for a few years now, and they always find a way to get me in the schedule and explain all the costs upfront. I had a wonderful experience and I'm back on the road again! My Discovery had some issues with the lights and they were able to turn it around really quickly and I was back on the road again. Steve was extremely helpful and even gave me a ride to my gym down the road so that I could make use of the day without a vehicle and it was ready for pick up when I was done. On top of all of it, the final price came in quite a bit under what was originally quoted. Everyone else in Norther Colorado is terrified to work on Land Rovers and these guys are absolute pros. I wouldn't even think about taking my rig anywhere else.

I don't necessarily like taking my car in to get repaired, especially when it is unexpected repairs that have to take place. But everyone at EMC is friendly and super helpful. I've had to take it in twice this month due to various repairs and each time everyone was super friendly. This last time some critter decided to chew some wires and so I messaged them, and despite being busy Steve and Oliver managed to get me in and get my car fixed quickly. Hopefully my car decides to stay in one piece and it will only be regular maintenance going forwards, but I will definitely be using EMC going forward.Service: General repairs & maintenance

2013 VW Passat TDI SEScheduled an appointment for next day service, front desk staff was friendly, informative, and forthcoming with any information I asked about pricing.Next day- my hour appointment for a front splashguard repair was only about 35 minutes long, they reduced the price from $170 to $135 due to the speed of the repair. They also checked on another concern for me with no extra cost since it didn't end up being an issueCouldn't think of better service than this!Shout out Ashton at the front. Steve and John were very friendly to me and the EMC staff quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue I was having with my Audi. I live more than 30 miles away from EMC but will continue to bring my Audi to them when needed. I have a Porsche Cayenne SUV, and I always depend on the team at EMC to take care of it.The service advisors are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the times I have spoken with the owner John, he has been very pleasant and patient while explaining my vehicle's needs.I don't waste my time and money going to the dealer anymore, because these guys have been able to handle anything that comes up.Highly recommended, 5 Star Service!

Steve Cox fit me in for a minor repair. It was finished within 30 minutes! This was my first time here and won't be my last for future service. Very professional, informative and honest! I hate to leave bad reviews, but wow we had a negative experience here.We have a 2016 Mini Countryman that we brought in with an "Engine Malfunction" warning. They had us replace:1. The solenoids2. The timing chain (despite only having ~35k miles on it)3. The tubochargerand several other repairs for a total cost of >10k. The turbocharger, when I asked to inspect it, had no visible damage, but they insisted that it was somehow broken. Finally, my wife was unable to get up to highway speeds due to the vehicle going into limp mode and nearly got into several bad accidents (they also broke the tire pressure monitoring).I called them up to ask what the hell was going on as we could've replaced the engine, and the head mechanic said they'd file a report with Mini--that was in December 2022. It's now March and we've heard nothing back from them. It's hard to know if they were just bilking us for repairs or if the repairs were legitimately needed. In any case, handing them $10k in repairs did nothing to fix our problems, and they made specific commitments to help and never got back to us.I would avoid this place in the future--I don't feel like they're very trustworthy.
