Worked with Derek who was so knowledgeable and was very genuine in his desire to help you know everything about the car you are looking to purchase! He made sure all of the information he gave us was correct and went out of his way to verify details on a car we were looking at. He wasn t pushy just honest, upfront and didn t pretend to know the answer to a question that had stumped many other dealers! We were VERY thankful for his help!

They were able to get us in and worked with us every step of the way. I love that they keep communication the repairs and share a video of any repairs they'll need to perform. The service center is top notch and they do an incredible job!

Friendly, efficient and capable service. Vehicle was serviced right the first time. Both the service writer and the tech who worked with me get an A+.

Had an incredible experience with Derek! He helped me pick out my new Tiguan. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his career. He is not the stereotypical car salesman, but instead a very genuine nice person. He will take care of you I promise!

Ed Carroll was unable to see me 2 times when I have been in town visiting family. The first time my dealership in Houston had previously diagnosed a check engine light with potentially needing new fuel injectors. They cleared the code and cleaned them and let me know if there is an issue the light would come back on and they would need to be replaced. While I was here visiting family, my CEL came back on and I called Ed Carroll hoping to get the CEL checked to make sure it was still the fuel injectors. They were unable to see me at all for several weeks, even to do something as simple as check the engine light. This time I was in town for the New Year visiting family, and I had the EPC light and CEL light come on right as we came into town. When I talked to the service advisor I was told that the earliest I could schedule something was Feb 3rd (I called on 12/27) and the best they could do is have me drop off the car and potentially check it after they got to the other emergency maintenance drop offs. I ended up calling European Motor Cars and they had me drop off the car the next day, diagnosed it the day after, and had it fixed on Tuesday. The issue ended up being a totally blown out spark plug causing my misfires, that's it. It is unacceptable to me that the only VW dealership in the Northern Colorado area cannot accommodate someone with an emergency need for 5 entire weeks. If you need service on your VW (or other brands sold by Ed Carroll) go to European Motor Cars instead, they will treat you right.

BLUF: Do NOT go here. Most disrespectful VW dealership I have been to.I just moved to the area and I was looking to do service with my VW. In the past I have had positive experiences with VW dealerships, however this one was completely different. There is no other way of putting it - each person I interacted with was a scumbag. Literally just horrible human beings. They only care about their bottom line without consideration of the customer. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly and taken advantage of, do not go to this VW dealership.

My recent appointment at your dealership was for an oil change, and my car's ''yearly wellness visit.'' I cant even think of anythingthat could be done to improve the customer experience. As soon as I entered the VW Service center, I was greeted by the serviceadvisor who worked with me, Joel Sarantos. The environment there is very calm, relaxed, and professional. Like many of yourcustomers, I've owned VWs, and Audis, for years, and the whole experience was what you come to expect from one of theirdealerships, including outstanding service on the vehicle.

After meeting with the sales staff at other dealerships, it was nice to come back to Ed Carroll. The id.4 is the fifth vehicle we have purchased at Ed Carroll. We appreciated the straight forward approach and the products available. I think they made us a good deal.

The folks at Ed Carroll Volkswagen have always been super forthcoming and thorough with me and my Golf, which I have taken to them multiple times for repairs. They are friendly, and offer loaner vehicles under certain circumstances, which was an absolute lifesaver for me. I'm sure you've all heard dealer horror stories before but let me assure you, this place is not like that at all. HUGE thanks to Joel and the service staff. :)

I cold called the dealership to ask about a 2023 Atlas I saw listed online. Mark answered and addressed my questions, confirmed the vehicle was still available, etc. He let us know the vehicle has 700 miles on it, which he attributed to a trade with another dealership. Agreeing to purchase the Atlas was completely fine, I felt like we got to a good price and finance rate quickly and easily. When we arrived to complete the purchase, that process took longer than expected, even though we submitted credit in advance. Further, as I was looking through the vehicle, I found a temporary registration. I brought it in and asked Mark if this was truly a "new" car. He hedged and said that because the mileage is below 2,500, yes. My guess is that someone bought the Atlas and then returned it, their financing fell through, or something like that before it was fully titled. We went ahead with the purchase because a VIN search did not return any prior sales and we get the full manufacturer warranty. But I feel lied to. Lastly, Mark could only locate one of the vehicle key fobs at the time of purchase. It took 3 weeks and multiple follow-up calls/texts from us before Mark unearthed the key. It felt like we had to stay on top of him to get our second key. One brighter spot: our interaction with Roy to complete our financing was seamless and easy. He was clear, straightforward, and did not give us a hard sell on additional warranty product. We really appreciated his efficiency.

My experience at Ed Carroll was amazing. Was helped right away at the front desk, by a very friendly staff. I was looking in their used audi selection and even with the pandemic we are currently in, I found a car I have been looking all around the market for, and at a really good price as well. I was then walked over to Phillip Mayer, and right away he assisted me, and showed me the car I was interested in, and set me up for an automatic test drive with no hassle. I was happy to see how clean the vehicle was when I entered, looked brand new! When I finished my test drive we scheduled a time for me to return the next day and finish the deal, and came in, bought the car due to a lot of hard work from the main finance manager, Roy Gulledge, and a very fun chat while creating the deal. I most definitely would recommend to anybody looking for new or used Audi, VW, Porsche, and or any other in their used selection!

The Ed Carroll team is always amazing. Phil (sales) listened to what my needs were and helped me select the right vehicle. Roy (finance) went the extra mile to process the deal, staying after hours to complete the paperwork. Zach and Ric (sales managers) are kind and attentive to customer needs. I have leased & purchased numerous vehicles from Ed Carroll over the past 20+years and will continue to be a loyal customer for the next 20+years because they treat their customers like family.

Outstanding experience purchasing my VW ID.4. I was coming in from out of town (2.5 hours), so good communication/coordinating my visit was key. Dealership was very busy on an end-of-the-month Friday, but I was neither ignored nor rushed. I received the "full delivery" experience, which meant as much time as needed to walk through key features of the car (even though I had done a fair amount of research beforehand), help from "Electric Principal" on setting up some apps, charging station wisdom, and more. Darren was responsive and kept me moving through the process and went through not only the praises but a few "gripes" about specific features of the car--appreciated the honesty/transparency. Although my trade didn't work out (older vehicle), they were gracious enough to let me park it on their lot for a week while I arranged to drive back/retrieve it. Highly recommended!

I called your dealership in a panic as my car just broke down. I was told that there were not any appointments until mid September! I almost cried on the phone. Joel told me I could bring my car in and leave it there ans as soon as they had an opening they would diagnose it and we could go from there. I got my car there left it and a week later Joel called me let me know that they squeezed my car in and it was a recall which they had the part on the shelf and could get it repaired. He also told me he was sending me a video with quote for other repairs that should be done. Later that day I got a text my car was ready to be picked up! I was so happy and when I arrived they had washed my car too! Top notch service!

I had a wonderful experience working with Mark Lamere! This was the first time I leased a car and first car transaction by myself. It was peaceful car buying experiences. Definitely recommend!

The texted video run down is great. While I was not happy to send my vehicle in for oil change-service and get a list of problems amounting to $3500, that is not part of how I would rate the service.

Bought a dodge challenger demon for 129k soon as I drove off lot I noticed the infotainment system was damaged. Reached out to salesman Mark Lamere who called me everyday up until the purchase, just to say I need to purchase a 3500.00 dollar warranty. The Money is no issue just the service I received, I m beyond disappointed.

I had a dead car battery and needed a replacement same day on a Saturday. Joel was very professional and demonstrated great willingness to help although they were booked and with limited crew. He was able to fit me in the day and get me on my way all fixed up!. The front desk person was super welcoming and cordial. Please keep this up!!

I generally dislike the business of purchasing a new car but Phil Meyer at Ed Carroll was fantastic. I had previously gone to a few large national dealerships in Denver that I ve used before and everyone was really pushy about financing and their process takes so long. This week I called Phil, looked at the car the next day and was out of there in record time! He never once pushed about warranty packages or in house financing and then I saw and talked to their finance manager like we were old friends. I mentioned a chip in the windshield and they had it repaired, detailed the car and filled the tank before I picked it up! Highly recommend, 10/10.

John and Darren made purchasing our new car an enjoyable experience. They even went out of their way to help my husband surprise me on valentines today. Darren also took time out of his day to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the vehicle, showing me all its features. Their excellent customer service will make me come back to Ed Carrol for future vehicles.

Everything was good. My initial appointment time needed to be changed because of parts for the recall (ID.4 door handles). They were able to schedule the new appointment the following week. Vehicle was completed sooner than expected.

Everyone was friendly, service representative kept me informed throughout the repair process, I was scared because upon my initial visit to the service department scheduling was three weeks out, but you were able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered a loaner once you were able to verify a warranty claim would be necessary. It was unfortunate that the car had to be returned after the repair was said to be complete to be reprogrammed...again. Also, please inform customers when repairs to electronics require a re-enabling of safety features. Blind spot detection was disabled when my vehicle was returned and i didn't know. If hadn't done a double check before a lane change I could have caused an accident.

J Holder kept me informed since 9/2020 regarding supply chain issues, possible price changes, Volkswagen production priorities and finally, in March 2023 he told me an accurate build date with a late July/early August arrival in 2023. We both shared even more excitement when we learned that the Golf was in Houston. The big day was the July 28 phone call informing me of the Golf's arrival.Jeff has been there, digging for answers and passing news about my car to me, faithfully , for almost 3 years. But he was not done, as he told me I might find the financing part of my purchase very favorable. See L. Trujillo belowD. Sussman described the Golf's attributes and many, many functions followed by my first test drive when I picked the Golf up the following week. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the car and he invited me to have one more driving experience to gain more experience about the car.L. Trujillo took me through the final phase of buying the car that day. The big surprise was the APR he got for financing my final balance. I had sought out 10 auto loan rates and his rate was .5% better than the closest one. Lastly he explained all of the servicesVW America and Ed Carroll could provide and I came away satisfied with the additional protection I purchased.

Awhile back I took my daughters car in for scheduled maintence she had a bad wiper on the passenger side as well. Which we had them replace After waiting for a long long while they were finally finished. When we got in the car the passenger side windshield was scratched . I sat in the passenger seat the whike way to fr collins so i know that scratch wasn't there. One of the techs must have turned on the wipers and it must have ran for a few cause it was pretty badly scratched.when we brought it to thier attention they hinted that it was there when we bought it in for service. the service manager said he would look at the camera in the garage to see if he could see it when it was brought through the door and called and said there was a "glare" and he couldn't see if it was or not. At first he said he would split the cost of a new windshield with us then later that day called and we were told that the original quote for the new windshield was not correct and the new price was basically the cost of the whole new glass. When my daughter called the "service" manager Patrick to talk about this he was very rude and basically told my daughter that he didn't like doing business with dishonest people and we were trying to scam them. We left messages for the general manager and never got a return call Horrible way to treat a customer. We will now take our volkswagen to another dealer for service in the future and we will buy a new one somewhere else when this lease is up. Hope a windshield was worth the business you lost.we will never buy or recommend ed carroll to anyone
