This is my second review and for good reason. I have some 8 wide wheels and I took them in to get some 175 wide tires stretched on. That is a pretty extreme stretch! They gladly took them and got it done for me as per usual! thanks again big O

Went in for a nail in my tire. I had just gotten new ones while visiting family in Denver a month prior and let them know the tire was under the 3 year warranty. They were able to order a replacement tire for me and get my damaged one fixed the next day in under an hour. They were super nice and very accommodating! Thanks for your service friends :)

I am so happy with how these tires look on my Jeep! Thank you Brad and all the guys who did this for me. I ordered on Monday and had appointment Wednesday at 10am. Was out of there in 35 minutes. Time to play!

These guys are absolutely amazing. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, everything is clean and well organized. The communication is at an elite level. I would drive an hour to take my car here. I had an issue with my truck that 3 other auto shops could not even get close to finding and these guys found it on a routine brake inspection with minimal explanation from me. Tim and Anthony were very kind. I'll send my kids to them in the future. If your looking for a quality family friendly place that really CARES about its customers look no further than Big O Tires and Grease Monkey on north college. Shout out to Drake at Grease Monkey. Wow

The customer relation was great. I rescheduled my appointment several times on phone, I thought they would mad, but they were very friendly both on phone and when I finally got to make a purchase. There services is fast and efficient. They are the best in town. Keep up the good work.

Service was great! Hit a road hazard tire was under warranty so I brought the 2nd to have new pair. The tech noticed I bent the rim and remounted one of the rear tire on the bent one and put it on the rear of car to have a better ride. Smart man! Thanks

Needed new tires for my 2016 Avalon. Brad recommended 3 options but gave me his best recommendation, Toyo All-weather tires. Tires were ordered on Wednesday and installed on Friday. I had an appointment at 1:00p and I was out the door in 30 minutes.Once again great service!

My vehicle sat for a bit, so I brought it in before doing emissions. I wasn't sure it would make the drive in, but Brad and the crew did an alignment, rotation, and replaced the brakes, etc., and it hasn't driven better.Everyone was friendly, the communication was quick, and the service was faster than initially thought, all being budget-friendly!

Our blazer had a tire that was losing air. We took it to Big O on North College. They were great! Replaced the valve stem, aired up all 4 tires and didn t charge us anything!! Thank You!!

Made an appointment for today and I ve been sitting here for over an hour and a half because they told me it should be a Quick Look. They just came to inform me that no one has even looked at my car and now their mechanic is on lunch. Absolute waste of my time.

Not many honest tire shops left out there including other big o tires, but these guys did an amazing job and treated me with a great deal of respect despite not being a huge sale for them. They beat Sam s club and Costco and gave the same warranty too. Thank you guys for being fair and honest.

Really nice people, and they got the job done in less than the time they estimated. Great price, too. After rebates it will be about $75 cheaper than Costco for the same tires. The service at Costco was horrible, so I walked out and went to Big O. It was also very easy to get the correct tires and an appointment within a couple of days. Excellent service all the way!

I came in for a new battery, and the service I was given was incredible. The man who helped me, Brad, told me that the battery my car needed would have to be picked up from another store, and one of the employees did it for me for no extra charge. I highly recommend Big O Tires, and I will be using it for all of my car needs in the future.

When having my snow tires put on my Ford E 250 van, there was an unexpected problem with one of my wheel studs that needed to be replaced. It turned out that they were able to get a new stud pretty quickly & finished the project very well! Thanks to a very trustworthy crew no doubt! Best, KJ

Best experience I have ever had with a tire shop. My tire had a few small holes causing air to escape. We were camping near by and we decided to bring the truck in for repair. Tim went above and beyond with my tire as some of the holes were very hard to find. Elias worked hard on getting the tire plugged and fixed. We highly recommend Big O and make sure you ask for Tim! Thank you!!

This is one of my favorite stores! They were able to do a huge job in less than a full day with no notice on the weekend! Amazing definitely worth the visit, they are very helpful and courteous! I always come here for car repairs and maintenance, this team is awesome they always provide updates and take great care of my car! I went in to have something checked out today and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and assured me that everything looked fine but if I had any other concerns to bring it right back in!
