My transmission went out, and I'm new to the area. A friend suggested this business, and I'm glad he did because it could have been a lot higher price than here. I called around just to check, and they gave me the best price. It's was done in a timely manner, too.I thank these for taking great care of my car while traveling.

Was referred to Best Western Tranmission after Grease Monkey discovered my CV joints cracked. Called on a Thursday, got in the next Tuesday. Super friendly staff. Awesome, reasonable prices.

Never got the work that WAS paid for. Only having to go back THREE times and a month and a half of time with them having my keys the work is STILL not done. What was requested (AND PAID FOR) was the rear end REPLACED and to have my emergency brake redone but only got excuses. Verbatim; sorry, my guys have gone hunting and I only have one person here 6 MONTHS LATER after I paid for the work, not to mention my vehicle leaving this shop with new noises and my axle loose.. HA! Now my jeep drives awful, rear end still loose and having to go to another shop to fix the mess this joke of a shop did to my 2000 jeep GC, not even a newer one. Will be reporting this business to the BBB AND be having a lawyer reach out after I paid almost 600 dollars over what another shop quoted me after this was all said and done. WAS A RELIABLE SHOP 15 years ago. GO ELSE WHERE. AWFUL WORK. Good thing Bernie is a nice guy who makes you believe him.

We were recommended Best Western Transmission by Houska auto in ft Collins because they couldn t get us in soon enough. Bernard and mechanic was so helpful and troubleshooted our problem last minute and got us in to fix it the very next day. We are traveling from out of state and also pulling a camper. They were understanding and as accommodating as they could be. There was a couple of different scenarios our problem could have been. One of which was more expensive than the other. After they got a good look they let us know it was the cheaper problem but there was something else we should get fixed when we get home. They did not try and milk us for more than we needed and my impression was that they really cared about getting us fixed up so we would be safe on the road. I would not have a problem or any fear taking my vehicle to best western transmission ever in the future. You will be in good hands!!!!

Phenomenal! Highly recommended. We had them look at my daughter's car thinking the transmission was slipping. It turned out to be an easy fix and they did it free of charge! We were very impressed and will be back. Highly recommended!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Ok I want to start out by saying we have loved this shop they are great with transmissions and have always stood behind their work . And I will use them again, but I do want to say after what happened today I hope by putting this out there this doesn't happen again. When I picked up my truck today, I got in it and there were no brakes, so they put some fluid in it and me being me I went to leave because I am always in a hurry. Still no brakes. Went to a safe place to park and got under it to see the front driver side caliper is dumping fluid. It's my luck, no big deal, we will get it fixed. But when my wife tells me that they were under the hood before they pulled it out and the kid that brought the fluid out was rude saying I shouldn't be doing this. It makes me think why are you under the hood on a manual transmission? Not checking fluid, so it makes me think were you putting brake fluid in it. Again they are the best around for transmissions. But as a firefighter who sees a lot of accidents, please don't let people leave with vehicles that are not safe for them or others on the road. I know I was bugging you about the truck being ready, but I understand if it is not safe or ready.Service: Transmission

This is by far the best place to take your vehicle. They are very reasonable with pricing and do fabulous work. My torque converter and pumps went and every other shop wanted to replace the whole transmission, Best Western took my transmission apart and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. It took a little less than 2 weeks to get the car back!! 10/10 would recommend you take your vehicle here.Service: Transmission

This place is the best transmission shop. I have a very outspoken wife and she can get crazy and this place took care of my wife and treated her with the upmost respect. God bless you guys and keep up the good work. Love from Cheyenne Wyoming.

Best Western has been absolutely awesome to work with. Bernie is pleasure to work with and his team is stellar. We are a family that needs vehicles and when one goes down, Best Western has been there for us. They get us back on the road as fast as possible. These guys are solid. I have a lot of love for my old van that s causing me some pain. They helped me diagnose transmission issue, searched for available parts and advised me on options. The news they delivered wasn t ideal, but I sincerely appreciate their care and detailed help throughout. Wouldn t hesitate to go back to Best Western in the future.Service: Transmission

Bernie was very polite & professional. I went into the shop fully expecting to be told I needed a new transmission. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me it was a minor fix. I am relatively new to the area and i do my own repairs on my own vehicles and have been an automotive technician for a very long time. I was in need of a bench rebuild for a transmission so i called them and explained what i had and what the symptoms were. Bernie was very informative and polite, he gave me an estimate that was very competitive so i pulled the transmission and brought it to them for the rebuild. They completed the job on time and even included a can of cooler cleaner. Price was as quoted and i installed the transmission. The transmission worked perfect and no leaks. These guys are the best and i will be using them for all my transmission needs from now on.Service: Transmission

It is not often that a business does well or excels at all aspects of service but Best Western Transmission did for me. Don t waste your time on these liars. I tend to do most my car work but decided this was out my realm. Took my car here and called and told them before i came all i needed was a solenoid and they go on talking about we need a diagnosis to see what s going on. I figured sure whatever when all i knew is that it needed a new shift solenoid. They don t work on the car the day they said so i waited a day. Mechanic calls me asking what all has been done to the car. As if he s not a mechanic he should know what looks new etc. thought it was weird but again thought nothing of it. They say they replaced the solenoid and a new code came up stating that the car needed a whole new transmission. I figured i would cut my losses and sell the car instead of paying them to fix. A month later i figured i would give it a swing and replace my solenoid myself. Replaced it in 15 mins and my car is running as good as new. Don t use these crooks ESPECIALLY around winter time. Most car shops slow down in the winter until spring and i know for a fact the mechanic there had little to no work and was trying to get a pay day to make up for all their hard times. I had to stop here cuz of my car. They did look at my car but didn't tell me until they looked at it that it was going to be almost $64 to look at it. They changed me for 30 mins labor fee when it took less than 5 mins to know it was the alternator and then quote me $750 for parts and labor. Maybe if I have to use them for something else it won't be so bad. The guys were very friendly and professional. I understand shops charge for a diagnostic but my thing was he didn't say that there was a price until after he did the work and then the charge me $60 for a 5-minute job was a bit much I'm just saying next time maybe he should have said the price of just doing the diagnostic before they touch the vehicle

This is an honest shop to take your vehicle. I have been using them for about four years for fluid and filter changes on my transmission as well as other fluids they service. Their prices are affordable and I have never been told anything after inspections to get unnecessary work done. Bernie is friendly and customer service orientated. One of the best shops I have experienced (out of a lot).

Hands down the best transmission shop this side of the Mississippi. If you are looking for honest, hard working and a knowledgeable shop look no further. Bernie and Chris have helped me countless times on many cars and trucks I've had over the past few years. Not only do the have a vast mechanical knowledge and experiance on all things cars, they are straight shooters. They tell you how it is truthfully and give you options not ultimatums. Never there to nickle and dime you only give quality advice and fantastic transmission service. Highly recommended.

I had been getting the run around from a couple shops including Ford that were not able to tell me why my transmission was running considerably hotter than it should be. Telling me that 250 degree operating temp was normal with out towing which is ridiculous. Bernie at Best Western had my truck for a few days and was having a hard time getting to the root of the problem. They didn't give, figured it out and sent me with the truck to make sure the problem was solved before settling up. Excellent service, very detailed and friendly and a more than fair price.

Came here for an oil pan gasket and a new rear main seal. Spoke to Bernie on a Friday and they had me in there the following Monday. Excellent customer service, fast and proper repairs all at a very reasonable price. Hard to find honest good hearted mechanics. Hands down THE BEST!!! I was traveling across the state with a very sick horse in an urgent attempt to get him to the veterinary hospital when my clutch went out. They fit me in immediate the next morning and had me on the road in less than 24hours.They made a stressful situation easy , took care of the truck repair, kept the trailer safe all with professionalism, kindness and courtesy!THE BEST! I almost forgot that people like this exist!

Best Western transmission has helped me with several cars over the years and I keep going back there because I can trust them. This time they were able to get my car done right away even though I found a specific flywheel myself and caught some issues with overnight delivery that transpired into several days, they still kept my car up in the rack which probably kept them tied up for several days and then when I finally did get the part, I brought it to them and they dropped everything to rush the job for me even though I told them they didn't need to. They ended up charging me less than they quoted me and less than I would have spent doing in myself and I know because I have done it myself before. I'm very grateful of their service and Bernie and everyone there is so nice.

Last week my truck left me stranded and I had it towed in to best western. I thought it was for sure the transmission but turns out the transfer case blew up. I just want to say thank you to Bernie and his team at Best Western Transmission for perfect service! Saved me a lot of money and my truck is back on the road! I recommend this shop to anyone that needs help, fast service and they get the job done right!!

My Dakota had a failing transmission and it needed to be replaced or rebuilt. I spent a lot of time looking for the best way to do it. I finally landed on getting it rebuilt and was going to have Bernine and his team take the transmission out for me and then I was going to transport the transmission to another shop to have it rebuilt. When Bernie heard this story he matched the price so that I could get it all done at once. Not only was this the most efficient way it also came with their great service and warranty. I love keeping it local. Thanks Bernie you came through on time and under budget.

I just wanted to say Thank You to all the guys at Best Western Transmission. We have taken several vehicles to them in the past and were very satisfied with the service we received! Most recently about a month ago the transmission went out in our Lincoln Navigator, and Best Western did an awesome job getting us back on the road quickly! The prices are very fair & customer service is great! This is one of the few places anymore that you feel like they actually care about your situation and helping get you back on the road!
