Needed a wheel bearing change and Mike was able to schedule me in quickly (Open on Saturday unlike most auto shops in town). He was quick and professional and answers the phone quickly. Other shops I called in to request a quote wanted to charge $100-300 more than what Best Automotive was charging. Also, mike is a one man shop, so you're always going to know who worked on your car. I'm pleased with his work and I'll be taking my car back to him when it needs work. I'd recommend 10/10.

Finally, a mechanic that we can truly trust!I've brought my car to Mike at Best Automotive a couple times now, once for a full break pads and rotors job, and the other for an alternator change, and each visit was an exceptional experience that got my car back to being fully functional. With affordable prices, Mike is a truly honest mechanic who understands the climate that major corporations have created that leaves most of us feeling like we're being incredibly overcharged by them. He also understands that the workers of those corporations aren't seeing an increase in their wages as an effect of higher cost; as most of us see in many other industries, all of that excess is just going to the top instead.This climate however, gives Mike the opportunity to rise to the occasion and provide a very unique personal and friendly experience with a professional that you can trust. He goes the extra mile when it comes to providing solutions to the problems that your car's experiencing. If you're looking for a truly honest mechanic who will take care of your vehicle, Mike really is the best choice, just as the name implies. When my car has issues in the future, thank heaven, I know exactly who to call now.

Mike is amazing. I have been using him for close to 2 years now and he doesn t disappoint. I use him for all my repairs and maintenance on my car. He even replaced my whole engine and sway bar links in less than 3 days. Pricing is affordable, he does quality work , and backs his work. Highly recommend to everyone.

Small shop with big service. A lot of knowledge and good savings from avoiding unnecessary fixes. I'm glad I stopped by to get a second opinion. I've stopped by before and had some great savings on comparable work, I'm extremely satisfied with the work, will be my go-to mechanic, though it is a bit out of my way. The budget set up doesn't have the amenities of larger shops, but those savings seem to go to the customer, so no complaints here. Support this small business and get taken care of on a personal level. Best is Best!

UntrustworthyI took my car there to get fixed about 2 weeks ago and I had $300 in cash missing from my car when i went to go pick up my car. He Still charged me full price making no compromise. The next day I wrote a review about the situation. He proceeded to call me saying he would pay me back the $300 I was missing if I took down the review. We made plans so I would meet up with him after I got off work. Then he ended up blocking my number and I still have not heard anything from him.

Answered early Saturday morning. Diagnosis was quick.it was Fairly lengthy repair to do, but Had my truck back same day! Great experience, highly recommend!...same truck transmission went out. Mike has been super helpful, keeping my work truck rolling. Less than two business days later, I had my truck back. It was affordable, hassle free experience. I will continue to trust my mechanical needs to Best automotive.

UNTRUSTWORTHYI want to share my experience with this place, I took my car to get the struts fixed the owner would not give me an exact price of the total. I asked if he would call me before he did any work and tell me what he was exactly fixing and the total price wich he failed to do and proceeded to work on my car WITHOUT my approval. . When I went to pick up my car I checked and there was $300 of $500 cash I was going to pay him MISSING from my car . He Still proceeded to charge me full price making no compromise

I want to share my first experience with Best Automotive. I have a 2003 Toyota 4 Runner that needed lots of love. I had another shop look at my vehicle and they gave me a laundry list of items that needed to be repaired. They told me I had to replace all of the components with Toyota brand parts and the overall cost was almost what the car is worth. Luckily I found out about Mike at Best Automotive. He informed me that he could replace most parts with more affordable options that will work as well as the the Toyota parts. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and picked it up after work the next day. All I can say is I was blown away. Not only did Mike make my Toyota ride like new, he saved me thousands of dollars in parts and labor. His knowledge is unparalleled and he is an honest and diligent mechanic. He was able to get me in for a next-day pre-purchase inspection on a weekend, which was very impressive. Not only that, the second I brought the car by he started working on it and performed such a thorough inspection he was able to chip past all the built up dirt on the RAV4's differential to check the oil level in there and see there was a leak. Saved me from buying a lemon. Very impressed, very thorough and knowledgable - would recommend!Service: Vehicle Inspection

By far the BEST customer service! Especially dealing with a mechanic. I had no A/C in my vehicle. After 45 mins I can drive comfortably!!!! Definitely recommend!!! Thank you!!!

This is the Best shop! Hes worked on my 1998 Tahoe, engine swap in 1 day, the next day front differential seal, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel relay, exhaust repair, and he's also worked on my 2004 BMW, alternator, breaks, check engine light, oil changes, and tires. Always fast and exceeds expectations at every job. I am so happy that good mechanics Do exist!
