My truck had a transmission problem in November of 2022 and asked Ben s Diesel if they could look at it and hopefully fix it. I stopped by numerous times to see if they looked at it yet but nothing. Finally after a year and four months I called a tow truck to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Also a $1000 bill for some oil and and a solenoid they supposedly put on the truck. I will never do business with them ever and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Had a load of cattle I dropped in ft collins. My alternator went out, called to see if he could get me in to change it and he did right away. This is by far the best and fastest service I ve had at a repair shop. My wife called a couple other ones and they didn t seem like they even wanted to talk.

These guys are great. The jumped in to diagnosing the issues as soon as I arrived. They are not much for conversation but they found the issues and fixed them quickly. Clearly I could see the season experience while working on the F250. I was able to drive 1,000 miles back to San Antonio with no issue.
