BUYER BEWARE-These guys have done my mothers Mercedes, my Audi, and a Kia telluride.We liked them because of how affordable they are, but you get exactly what you pay for. PLEASE, spend the extra dollars and go elsewhere.My Audi was cancelled the first time, the new windshield was broken. Whatever, no biggie, completely understand.Reschedule and get my car back with a massive 4 scratch right next to the corner of the windshield, on my hood. I am not a Karen- I hate even putting a bad review. But please, read the other reviews.Upon calling and letting them know there s a massive deep scratch, the owner, delightful Tammy, offered me to come in and review security footage.I sat and watched, and as I watched- I noticed the tech literally took a moment to wipe over the scratch and pat his hand on it, almost as if to be completely wear that was not there. So yes, in the 2 megapixel security footage, the tech is in the area multiple times with tools that can scratch a car, as well as a corner of the windshield.Upon telling her I m not going to pursue anything and just disappointed about this, as I send multiple vehicles in, and will just have to do business elsewhere. She tries manipulating me saying clearly the windshield didn t touch the car; but the prybars; cutting tools; and the fact that my car was just recently paint corrected- tells what happened.Here s the BEST PART-As Tammy asks me to exit her office, I am on my way out where her little girl is standing at the door, holding her holster with a handgun in it- telling me to leave big boy.This place is a joke and bottom barrel humans, please, please go elsewhere.Reply to Tammy-Oh Tammy, another response trying to manipulate people who read this.I showed you the video of my car, I will gladly email pictures and videos of my car before I took it in- please don t tell people these things. As for not having my car today, I literally told you I will happily bring it in tomorrow as I am in my work truck. Don t lie, again.I was on my phone taking videos of the footage, as well as pulling up previous pictures of my car.Let s be very clear about something as well, hopefully you have office cameras- your son (thought it was your daughter), was standing in the doorway as I was exiting- staring me down with their hand on their handgun. There was nothing beforehand, no threats of you and I, no nothing- other than agreeing this is going nowhere and I ll be leaving.I hope your daughter can learn to control their emotions, especially carrying around a handgun glaring down customers when they re arguing with their mommy about how he/she put a massive scratch in a customers car. They ve done 4 windshields for me on 4 different cars, new and old. All of them were perfect the first time, except my 1976 Cadillac. There were a couple of small issues with the chrome trim, but they fixed it within 15 minutes of me bringing the car back. Prices are very reasonable, they get stock almost immediately, and the labor is fast as well. No complaints here.Service: Auto windshield repair

Had a shattered rear window, they fit me in at 4 right before the weekend and did an excellent job. Whole staff was super friendly, only took 45 minutes and they're the most affordable in town. Highly recommend

Anders always does a great job. They re friendly and fast. For rock chip repairs they work for tips. At Safelight it was a minimum of $150. I d much rather spend my money at a locally owned and friendly place!Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

These guys saved me hundreds of dollars. They are mobile and contactless with payment if you are seeking that. They were able to replace my windshield for half the cost of what I was getting quoted elsewhere. Exceptional work and I was very happy with my replacement. It is nice to be able to see out of my windshield again.

After getting several quotes for a windshield replacement I made the drive to the Windsor/Ft. Collins area. The drive was worth it. Not only was the work done quickly, it was more reasonable than anything else I found.

If you need a windshield for your vehicle,Alder's Auto Glass is extremely cheaper than Glass Doctor inFort Collins, I was quoted $350 to replace my windshield for my Van & then I called Alder's Auto Glass in Fort Collins, they told me $180 so I went ahead & booked them & they came the next day.Excellent Service & Quality Work by Josh & Levi!The next time I need anything to do with Glass repair, I'll call Alder's Auto Glass

STAY AWAY FROM ANDERS AUTO GLASSI dropped my vehicle off for a windshield repair and back window repair, appointment was from 9am - 5pm. I was eager for the opportunity to support a small business as I received some good reviews from neighbors and friends. After I paid my bill, I hopped in my truck and went to pull out of the lot when I noticed damage to my defrost vents right below my windshield. I had my elbow on the middle console and when I pulled away I had shards of glass in my arm and was bleeding. I went inside and spoke with Tammy, and she said she would review camera footage as she did not believe that they damaged it. No apology for glass in my arm.When I arrived home, I found GLASS all over the inside of the truck and the truck bed was full of glass and rubber seals.The following afternoon I get a call from Tammy stating that they didn t see any of their equipment damage my dashboard(big surprise), then went on to tell me that it was my duty to clean up the glass from their repair job because they are not a detail shop. The lack of accountability that this woman exhibits is disturbing and a direct reflection of how she runs her business. Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication throughout the front office. Tammy/KAREN is one of the owners and is setting a disappointing example of leadership .DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VEHICLETHE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THECUSTOMERS OR THEIR VEHICLESTammy - Again, with the complete lack of accountability and ownership that one would like to see from a small business owner. I never once raised my voice, demanded anything, or delay any future customers. Your response today and phone call yesterday is a testament to how you handle your business and run your company. Sifting through your reviews, it s apparent that you have a habit of not living up to your promises or owning up to your mistakes.DO NOT TRUST ANDERS AUTO GLASS WITH PERSONAL/FLEET VEHICLES. Reasonable prices and quick turn-around time but sub-par work. Had to take a truck in twice to get the job done right. Went to pick it up and the lights had been left on and the battery was dead. Overall got the job done but not the greatest work.

I had my windshield replaced by Ander's Auto Glass 2 years ago and they gave me a warranty for a whole year.I still have that windshield on, not a scratch on it. I highly recommend this place. Stuff is very kind and professional.And they had the best price in area of FC, Loveland and Greeley.

Had my Honda civic windshield replaced all the way back in 2014. I was a broke college student at the time and they gave me a great price. I remember the glass being great quality. Fast forward almost 10 years later and the car has the same windshield. Still No cracks! They did an excellent job repairing chip in my windshield. They do chips for tips. I tipped $23 they seemed happy and so was I! I will be back for new windshield in my wife s Hurst Olds. I had a windshield replaced in another vehicle last year/ very good price and only waited about 45 minutes for install. I will continue to recommend Anders auto glass!!

I had a crack in my windshield and needed a new one. The replacement service is quick and not a big hit to the pocket book. I have a 2015 Toyota 4runner with heat pads for the wipers. I spent $285 on a new windshield. Great quality and service!!!!

Great service from a small-town shop. They were highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. They offer low-cost options and direct OEM replacements (which is what I chose) with excellent service and quality. They are also genuinely nice people to deal with.

My window was busted out on Friday, they had a replacement for it INSTALLED by Tuesday. Given the make and model of my car, that was no easy feat. Shout out to Nicole for being a real Rockstar!
