I met Pat in a networking group. I liked him immediately. He is kind, genuine, a man of great character and I knew I could trust him to care for my vehicle and be honest. Pat and his crew are highly skilled technicians. They show integrity in their work and are thorough in explaining everything to me. I feel very confident in them a will always use them for all maintenance and repairs. I love that they have a loaner car for the day too. I will always refer them to my single lady friends or whom ever else that needs a mechanic they can trust. I highly recommend.Jill- Om Shanti Healing

This is the only shop in town I trust.I am a car guy and never like letting other people work on my cars but I have full faith in Michael, Margo, Dane, and the whole team. Pat the owner is awesome too.They have put up with my odd requests - fixed things I broke and didn't have the right tools for, and were INVALUABLE to an insurance situation I dealt with on a stolen vehicle. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Highly recommended! Took my older Lincoln Navigator in for some much needed suspension work. Check-in was friendly and quick and they even let me use a nice little loaner car for the week. They emailed me a detailed list of what needed doing along with pictures and videos of the problem areas and the cost to fix it all. Work was done on time and for a reasonable price. Drives like a dream now so thanks to Pat and all the gang at Performance Tune for a great experience!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I would stay away from this shop. Quoted me 11,000$ repair and knew they were a red flag I know a thing or 2 about engines and the stuff they were saying made absolutely no sense. They are just out to get your hard earned cash by the way I ve put 15,000 miles on the vehicle after they said it urgently needed a complete top end replaced of the Motor. Edit: Truck now has 80,000 miles no failure so far. Also Aftermarket parts were an intake and exhaust not something that will drastically change the way the engine functions. Will keep editing right up until they don t oil pressure light has never came on and truck idles at over 30 psi oil pressure. Plenty considering the lowest oil pressure at 1000 rpm is 22 psi. 30 psi at 2000, ect. Nice name change by the way..Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have taken a few of my vehicles that I ve owned to performance auto tune. What I like most about them is that they make your situation personal to them. I am a college student and do not have a lot of money. I recently brought in my Honda pilot to get a full inspection as it s old, has been sitting for a long time, and I have no previous known history of the vehicle.Not only did I get a FULL report (with pictures and notes) but was able to talk to Michael for 30 min on the phone about everything on the list; about repair options, breaking down cost analysis, feeling comfortable to ask all the questions I needed to ask even if I need them to explain more than once. They knew my name and my situation every time I ve called, even included a separate report for my dad (who he remembered by name) to look at if he had questions.The reports they send are easy to approve over the phone and are not easy to accidentally approve (You have to sign your name before approval).I like going here because they make me feel like I matter and I ve never had a bad experience. They are professional, personal, experienced, and helpful.

I have used the here a few times with wonderful results. They are prompt, communicative, transparent, helpful, and have informed me if services to my car are needed and not needed at the time. Via an easy text system, they let me know what is up with my car and how urgent each thing is, how much each service with parts and labor would cost, then I select which services I'd like them to complete. Each time, there has been an availability that works with my schedule within 1 week, if not the same day. My family has been loyal Performance Tune customers for well over 10 years now and they continue to take great care of our very needy Jeep Wranglers (2012 and 2016), as well as vehicles prior to our current ones. Performance Tune has taken on any issues big or small, including after-market modification repairs. We do a fair bit of offroading in the backcountry and as such need our vehicles to be in tip-top shape. Performance Tune never fails to deliver on-time repairs and maintenance, with great communication about issues and cost via their text app, which we are able to review and approve in advance of work completion. Just had my vehicle in to check out some issues and a tune up. The whole process was easy and painless. Mike was a big help to me as the battery I was having them put in (and bought 2 days prior from autozone) was totally defective. They called autozone and had them replace, saving me time and stress. The car works great, the price I thought was fair, and overall it was a good experience. Took my 2011 Prius in for diagnostic analysis on brake issues. They came up with the same recommendation as the Toyota dealership shop in town but were able to explain the problems and why these parts needed to be replaced. They used Toyota OEM parts and did the work at considerably less cost than I was quoted at the dealership. The work was done in a timely manner and on schedule. I will take my Prius back there for service.

So grateful for a speedy diagnosis and repair. The drive shaft of my car was very damaged and they were able to identify the issue and fix it in no time! This was after going to another mechanic in town who weren t able to find the issue- I thought the problem would be hard to identify but not for performance tune! I love the online scheduling and communication Performance Tune Auto uses. They will let me know via text/email the services they recommend, I can think about it for a bit and accept or decline the service. It's convenient and takes pressure off of me, who is not a car savy person. Additionally, the front office is always friendly and helpful. We were bringing in our vehicles to Performance Tune for work needed to be done. They seemed really nice and fair. However, there were some issues with finishing out their work and putting things back together. This wasn't an issue as we addressed them and they fixed it immediately. The big issue we had was when we brought in a new vehicle with low miles and they quoted us over 3000 for suspension parts and the work. This seemed excessive so we sent the quote over to another shop that was recommended to us and they had a much lower quote. We took it to that shop and they told us that none of those parts needed to be changed, we just needed new tires and an alignment.

Awesome shop, super nice crew, fast service at a fair price. Appointment was scheduled about 3 days out for an oil leak. I got a detailed quote with explanations and pictures at what I thought was a fair price. When the part was going to take a few days to arrive, they managed to get me in a loaner (though I would check availability if that's needed). Performance Tune Auto Repair couldn't have been an easier mechanic to work with! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and the my car maintenance was performed really well. The absolute best part was the way the car diagnostics were provided. I received an email with all of the suggested maintenance with pricing for each item. Being someone who isn't knowledgeable about cars myself, I really appreciated being able to review and digest each suggestion so I could ask informed questions. They are a very helpful and low pressure car repair shop and I will be definitely take my car there again.

I have been bringing my vehicle to Pat's place for 6+ months. Pat's level of integrity supersedes any auto shop I ve been to over the years. The customer service is top notch with service managers who have the level of expertise needed to explain things. You also get a very detailed report of repair items completed and estimates with the ability to accept or decline. I've always been a bit trepidatious when it comes to auto mechanics but Performance Tune Auto Repair came highly recommended by a friend. So, I checked them out online and started with an oil change. I found the mechanics and owners to be extremely knowledgeable and even more honest. Since, I have taken both my vehicles here for any and all work needed. I remember. time when I was certain I needed new breaks - took it in and I said, "I need new back breaks". They took it in, checked it out and said I didn't need them - had 20 k miles left! That to me was great to hear - a mechanic being honest to the customer. Do not go here, they quoted me over $4800 in power steering repairs - I took it to another shop and they said I had some minor leak and minor issues but nothing that needs to be fixed right now.

I typically work on my own vehicles but if i need a mechanic, performance tune is my new go to. I needed a diagnostic done for a warranty claim and mike was great. theyre honest everyday people that know vehicles.

Do not recommend them to anyone not my worst enemy. They charged me for thing's I told them not to do. My truck got damaged because they didn't latch my hood. My transmission is stuck in drive and don't shift. All they had to do was the fuel pump like I told them it was. My truck is far worse since taking it to them. Worst shop in foco. Do not , let me repeat DO NOT ever take your vehicle to this shop even if you just need a window washing. Couldn't get that right either. I left my truck there for them to check and fix my fuel pump and nothing else. They did a diagnostic on my truck after I told them just check the fuel pump because everything else was already checked out. They did it anyway just to charge me $189.00 that it didn't need. After all that I've had nothing but problems with my truck with the transmission they said was going out with only 134000 on a 1999 Dodge. Was a very good running truck to where I've had many offers on this truck for what it's equipped with and the miles from several dealers. Plus I ended up with a new broken windshield and badly dented hood because they don't know how too latch a hood. Just leave it open. Just don't take my word for it look at ALL the bad reviews this business has had with other customers with them saying there's more wrong with they're vehicle than what it was taken in for. Keep looking until you find a good honest mechanic who knows what there doing and will get the job done right. Thank you and good luck
