ABRA Cooper Auto Body was absolutely wonderful to work with! They took very good care of us while we were awaiting the insurance company's decision on how they were going to proceed after our daughter's car was hit by one of their insured drivers. Unfortunately, the car was deemed "totaled" so we didn't actually get to work with Cooper Auto Body on any repairs, but I'm confident it would have been a great experience if we had. Cody answered the phone every time I called, and Scott was awesome at describing what he anticipated repair costs would have been if the car hadn't been totaled. Scott even made sure EVERYTHING had been removed from the car (including spare change and a garage door opener), and coordinated a way for us to pick up the items outside of business hours, since we live about 80 miles south of their shop. Based on our experience with their high level of customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend ABRA Cooper Auto Body!

This was our second time using ABRA cooper Auto Body. As usual, they did an outstanding job! Customer service was excellent. Good communication with us about the status of our repair and good coordination with our insurance. The repair was done very well ( our car looks new!) and the work was completed earlier than initially expected. We were very pleased.We highly recommend this shop!

While I don t typically write reviews, ABRA deserves a shout out for such a great experience . I could not have been happier with both the work that was completed on my vehicle, as well as the customer service experience. Scott made this process painless and went above and beyond to keep me informed. I will definitely return for any future auto body repair and highly recommend this business. Thank you!

Great experience with the team at ABRA. I had a basketball hoop fall onto my car during a windstorm. They were able to get the car in quickly, worked directly with State Farm on my insurance claim. Scott was very friendly, professional and provided updates along the way. Best of all it looks like nothing ever happened to it. There was concern working on it being an EV, but all the electronics are working great. They even let me leave my rental car from Hertz with them when I picked up.

Very communicative and timely. Work (paint and replace quarter panel) was done to apparent high quality and they took care of the annoying insurance stuff. Cody is great. Would go back although hopefully wont have to anytime soon

Professional service here! Our car was side swiped, $4,000 worth of damage. Cody at Abra gave me a very detailed itemization for the insurance company. Dropped the car off and it was quickly repaired. Abra did a fantastic job, thanks!

I ve had the pleasure of using Cooper Auto body twice in recent years. Despite my vehicles being older and not highly valuable, they have always treated me and my vehicles incredibly well. The quality of their craftsmanship is top notch. Most recently I had some ugly, deep dents in the rear quarter panel of my 20 year old work truck. The truck has 53k on it, so I wanted repairs to be done properly as I plan to keep it long-term. Other shops wanted to just pull the dents and use body filler. Cooper felt that the entire outer panel needed to be replaced and I felt the same way. Upon picking it up I noticed that not only had they done a flawless job on the outer panel, but they also took it upon themselves to fix my previously broken tailgate handle and even steam cleaned 20 years of filth out of my interior carpeting as well as cleaning up the rest of the interior! I can t express how valued I feel as a customer. Their team is definitely worth more than what they charge in my view. I really hope that I won t need to go back anytime soon, but it s comforting to know where to go when accidents happen and you want things made right. I also appreciate their fast estimates without the need for an appointment. They are highly competent and seem to have things dialed in really well with the operation of their business.

Pickup is freshly clean and the front door and fender that was painted does not match at ALL. Cody was in charge of it and mentioned they repainted it many times.

ABRA was very transparent and kind when working with their shop on our totaled vehicle. They made me feel heard and walked me through the process of getting our truck evaluated. Really impressed with this shop and will recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys did an awesome job. They went over and above dealing with a stubborn insurance company to get the job done right. The body work was excellent with a perfect paint match. The car looks brand new again, can t tell it was ever damaged!

Remember the days when you were treated like an individual customer by small businesses and not just just like a cog in the wheel of corporate nonsense. That's how you will feel if you come here. Cody and Scott kept me informed throughout the whole process, I never had to call them- they always called me immediately and gave me ALL the info I needed without having to hassle them. Awesome Place with Awesome People.. they rook a difficult process for me and made it entirely their responsibiblity. Huge Respect!

Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and GREAT pricing.I brought my car to Cooper after receiving several quotes from other Auto Body shops. Not only did Copper's offer a fair quote, but they were SO KIND when it came to understanding the situation I was in paying out of pocket for my repair... laid off of work... expecting a child... and a full-time student.But the real kicker? Cooper actually LOWERED their estimate after being able to find a door that perfectly matched my SUV rather than having to purchase a brand new door. That lowered the cost significantly along with the care they took to look after me as mentioned above.The staff? Top NotchThe quality of work? ExcellentMy experience? AmazingHighly recommended company for any collision repair you need. And they also fixed my gas cap that I've been procrastinating on for the past year!!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Cody and Scott did an amazing job! From communication, to getting done ahead of schedule! Dealing with the insurance, they made everything seamless. Then when I picked up my vehicle it was amazing! Perfect can t even tell I was in a wreck! They did an outstanding job repairing my car; it looks brand new. Not only did they handle the insurance seamlessly, but their communication was also exceptional. Scott kept me informed through the whole process. They got me in right away, when other body shops had a 2 month wait list. ABRA took care of all the insurance claims. Work was outstanding. Very smooth process. Definitely would recommend.

The Cooper Auto Body legend lives on with the new owners Abra. We took our vehicle in for front end damage. The repairs and customer service were excellent and the work was completed in the time promised. They went above and beyond; the car was not only repaired and clean but meticulously detailed inside and out. Thank you Scott, Cody, Wendy and the entire crew. I ve used ABRA Cooper Auto in the past. Did not hesitate when I needed them again! Cody was very knowledgable about claims process and Wendy, bless her heart, listened to all my problems. Abra was very helpful in getting us through the situation. Cody regularly texted to let us know where he was as far as parts and repair etc. He was always willing to spend time to talk to us about it. Then when insurance company changed their mind and decided to total out the car. He was also very helpful. The shop is very neat and clean and organized. we will definitely use them if needed in the future and will recommend them as well.

We had used Cooper for many years and was surprised when ABRA took over, however, the quality of work that Abra has done on my vehicle exceeded our expectations!! The communication they provide through texts and calls is awesome and keeps you informed on all steps!! This will remain the shop we go to for all our repairs!

After a LONG battle with Shelter insurance, (our vehicle was hit while parked by a snow plow, it was caught on camera, and they still wanted to contest it But that is another review), we were left with very few shops to choose from and chose ABRA as a friend had great experiences with a location in Denver. We were told FOUR days for our repair, dropped it off on Monday and continued to get texts that our car was on track to be completed on Friday, (which is FIVE days, but okay). Then Friday came, and we were informed that it would be Monday. Here we sit and it s Monday and it now won t be done until POSSIBLY Tuesday or Wednesday. We have not been informed of any extra damage, have not been given any reason why it s not even PUT BACK TOGETHER YET ON DAY SIX But we have been told that the company that does the calibrations for the sensors that has to be replaced is not working today, so why did they promised Monday then anyway????Poor time management on their part and each person I talked to didn t seem to have complete information about the progress of the vehicle.I guess it is irritating me more because I am disabled, and the rental vehicle they gave us is not one I can drive, my wheelchair fits in it, with my service dogs, but we have to pay to have the car cleaned to return it, if there is hair it is spring and they are SHEDDING!!!Point is if you can t get it done in four days, don t promise it, you ll have much happier customers!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had some body work done here after an accident. Nathan was incredibly helpful - he was super thorough from the estimate through completion. Great work and fair price. What I really appreciated was the time he took to go through everything with me and make sure I understood exactly what was being done and why, and explain any potential gray areas that may or may not require more work. Hopefully won't need them again, but definitely returning here if I do!Service: Body & Trim
