Simon was very helpful and Jeff was awesome. The vehicle was making a noise ever time we went over a bump on our test drive. Informed Jeff of this so he took it for a test drive confirmed there was an issue with the sway bar lineage. Ordered the part and installed it resolving the problem within a hour. We bought the vehicle and it just passed emissions. Thank u guys for honesty and ensuring our satisfaction.

I was in the wrong car and the owner of this place helped me sort it all out. Calvin, Simon, and the dog Besos took excellent care of me. They had a wonderful inventory of used cars and the car that was meant for me. It is an amazing machine I am lucky they curated it! Everyone here is honest and enthusiastic about you and your vehicle. Car people for real. They offer outstanding pricing on repairs. Warmth and integrity all the way. Thanks you guys!

Jeff and Calvin just earned business on all 4 of my vehicles. These guys took in my Audi A7 with a terrible fuel leak done by the previous shop I was sending my vehicles into, and they were the reason it happened in the first place. They walked me through what is PRIORITY, what is to look out for next; and what is in good shape. They didn t pressure me into anything, and they even graciously offered valve cleaning at a heavy discount as I didn t have it in the budget but they felt they would be doing me a disservice if they didn t. These guys are awesome, I will not be taking my Europeans anywhere else!

I moved here from out of state and took my Lexus down to Stevenson ONCE and that was enough. A friend recommended these guys to me and they've been nothing but great! It was icy and 28 degrees when I picked up my car today and one of the guys came out to scrape the ice off my windshield before I left the parking lot. I'm glad to know they are here! Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla Matrix from A&B Imports in October 2023.There were a few bumps due to clerical errors on the county's part when I went to transfer the title. Simon and Calvin were able to help me get everything sorted out. I am overall happy with my purchase.Plus I got to meet the shop dog, Besos. She is such a great mascot!

This place is a scam. Spent nearly $4k on maintenance and my vehicle suddenly had a leak the same day I picked it up. They said there was a problem with this and that and wanted to charge another couple thousand to repair. Took my vehicle somewhere else and it ended up being a $50 fix. It was simply some hardware A&B failed to replace in doing the original maintenance.

I am so impressed with A & B Import Auto! My former mechanic recommended them specifically, rather than the dealership, for speciality VW service. I took my Tiguan there for 80,000 mile maintenance. Ben did an excellent job of keeping me informed and explaining his recommendations in detail. He helped me prioritize what needed doing immediately and what could wait, and went above and beyond to make sure even small requests were taken care of. There was no pressure and I felt confident in his knowledge and integrity. I will definitely be returning to A & B and recommending them to friends!

These guys are amazing!! My dad has always worked on my cars but do to the fact this one needs a new tool for everything its not as easy for him. These guys walked me through the process, were super knowledgable and didn t try and charge me for things my car doesn t need. I highly recommend them!! I'm amazed I haven't reviewed yet with how much I have relied on A&B Import Auto. I was struggling finding a mechanic that could fix my very picky Jetta. I had paid other mechanics to fix what other mechanics couldn't fix or tried to blah blah blah until I went to A&B. There was crazy electrical problems tiny little things that would be so hard to find that would cause major problems. If there's a problem they will find the source of it. It was like taking my car in for autoimmune disorders and they figured it out. Anything big or small I sent to them to fix they did it the first time the right way and it stayed fixed. They worked with me financially and they would tell me the truth about my car. Even the last few times when they said you really should just sell it and they were right. So much so I panicked needing yet another car repair, a new thing of course, and I joked when I asked if they take trade-ins. Well guess what they do because they are also a sister company to a dealership Imports of Fort Collins just next door that they just partnered with. Couldn't feel better about needing a car knowing they are right there. The new fresh management is nothing to worry about they are just as capable what A&B has been the whole time and have upgraded to better fit newer Vehicles such as hybrids and full Electric. The old owner just retired after doing a really good job and they left it with really good people too.

We have a Smart car and its engine light was on. A&B got us an appt and diagnosis right away, was very communicative about the timeline and cost estimate, and fixed it the next day after getting the parts. Car repairs aren t fun, but this was a pleasure doing business with A&B. Highly recommend! Kelly & Laurie (and Joel, the Smart car.)

Had our '04 Acura MDX towed here after something broke stopping it in it's tracks. After a quick diagnosis, they determined our CV axle failed and put a new one in. Quick service and very kind and helpful folks. I'll be back if we have problems in the future.

Honest and super helpful. They came right away and towed my vehicle and let me know that it wasn't my starter but my battery after being able to jump, start my car. They were fifteen dollars cheaper than Shaun's Towing And so much less complicated and easier to work with. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Great job, and thanks for the help.

On a road trip and my car breaks down. I had no idea where to get serviced. My niece from Utah looked up best VW mechanics in Ft. Collins, and A&B Import Auto had the best reviews. While staying at the Marriott, the concierge recommended them as well.I could not be more impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. My car is now running beautifully and I ll get to meet up with my Colorado family right away! Thank you, thank you thank you A&B. Unbelievably impressed (and happy).

We have been loyal customers for over a decade. For years, Mark and Ben gave us expert advice and trusted, affordable service. And, even under new ownership (congrats on your retirement, Mark!), we are experiencing the same excellent service with a few added benefits. Now I get text reminders and full reports emailed to me.Our cars are old, so we always question whether to keep them going or sell. A&B is great. I have been a customer for years. The recent change in ownership hasn't changed the service at all. It is very friendly and honest. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, and give great advice. Their rates are very good. The entire A&B import team was great! Ben and Calvin got the 4Runner in much faster than I expected. All repairs completed with a full inspection/report. Great place in so many ways. Took vehicle in for second opinion after going to the dealer. A&B were open, honest, and fair. I ended up taking our vehicle to them and it was turned around quickly. We liked them so much, we immediately took another car in for diagnostics. They provided a fair assessment and diagnosed a potentially complicated/ expensive issue with much simpler solution. I had a great experience buying a used Honda from A&B. Calvin was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The car was (and still is) in great shape and was exactly how it was described in the ad. As a first time car buyer I was very happy with A&B. I would definitely recommend A&B to friends or family in the area.

I wish I had the same experience as others but I definitely did not. I really wanted to support local business and somewhere someone recommended. Thought about not posting but I can't wrap my brain around the money lost and an owner who didn't have the decency to discuss with me before charging.Customer service was wonderful, everything else not so much. Paid a relatively large, but can understand, diagnostic fee for them to miss a huge portion of the work (however even with the work they wanted to do they charged almost double than other mechanics). After receiving original quote agreed to do work for them to come back and state actually its way more and there was a lot more issues. Opted not to do the work as after researching the part felt like they were almost 2x cost to fix and they charged for things separately when you can buy the part together and they ended up still charging me a full set of labor to actually not work on the vehicle. If the owner needed to pay his technicians time they should have used the original diagnostic fee that I was charged and spent their due diligence actually diagnosing the issue. If something was missed, that is on the technician that they pride themselves in being qualified.Already scheduled another place to work on the part that needs fixed and with labor and the full part to do the work, I am paying less than the diagnostic fees that a&b charged me, and their time for labor to not actually fix things.Disappointed to eat costs for their negligence and upcharging.

We had great ( not timely) service at reasonable prices. Luckily we didn t need our car back quickly, but every effort was made to make the repairs as inexpensive as possible. I went to another repair shop 1st and those repairs would have been almost double what we were charged at A and B. A&B will be my go-to guys to work on my family s cars from now on! They treated us well, gave thorough explanation of what was needed for my car and did a fantastic, quick job of fixing the problem. They found some things that will be problematic on my car in the future and gave me a rating for how I should make plans for those issues. I had an amazing mechanic in Fort Collins. I bought an Audi, and he doesn't like to service them. I did some searching and went with A and B from their reviews. I needed an exhaust leak looked at. They beyond exceeded my expectations. They gave me an incredibly thorough vehicle inspection. As well as, a detailed explanation of immediate repairs needed vs. ones that could wait. I have a hard time trusting mechanics, but this company is extremely professional and take pride in their work. I am quite pleased with A&B Import Auto. I originally called when I was overdue for an oil change on my Audi A5 and they were able to get me in for 2 days later. Seeing as I usually had to wait upwards of 30 days at the Dealership, they were already scoring pretty high. I was able to wait onsite while they performed the oil change and inspection and it was done very quickly.A few weeks later, I called to schedule the repair work that was recommended during the inspection. Everything was done in a timely matter and the final invoice was very close to the original estimate, which was pleasing. Everybody I dealt with at this business were friendly, professional and communicative. This will be my go-to repair shop for anything I need from here on out! I highly recommend A&B for all of your import repair and maintenance needs.Thanks guys!!

Mark and his team have been servicing our family vehicles, both foreign and domestic for nearly 18 years. Not only have they done a great job on our modern vehicles, but have also been able to work on our classic 60's muscle cars when we've been in a pinch. There is a reason A&B has been in business so long. Everything their website says is true. They know what they are doing, they are priced fairly and always check with the customer if there are budget concerns. They are honest and have integrity throughout the entire maintenance and repair process. We can't recommend them highly enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

First time using this garage. I m pretty picky as to who works on my car and after a couple hours of digging I decided on A&B. The entire experience from first contact to picking my car up was seamless and easy. Should it matter, it was a C6 A6 3.2. They did some work on engine-timing chain gasket replacement and solenoid seals. Anyway Calvin and Ben were great. The price was what it was. but you get what you pay for. An additional nice touch was the folding chair in the back of the loaner. I had the Undertaker tailgating me and when enough was enough, it sure came in handy. 10/10. Would use again.
