I ve gone into this store twice now, and was completely ignored by the staff. I called the store, and the young man that answered the phone advised that they could not turn my brake rotors if they were slightly warped. I asked him why they would ever return brake rotors, unless they were warped, and he didn t have an answer. Not the kind of expertise that anyone wants from their auto parts store.

Use to love Napa, The personal is not there any more. I felt like a burden. Then didn t get my calipers and they wouldn t even answer the phone a few min before close to set them outside. I ll order online and have it shipped here on out. One guy was angry about getting my order together. I placed orders in store and lost out on savings for the personal service.

I bought struts and springs from here in another town. Start hearing something went in asked if they could see if there was something off. They looked but referred me to their car center. The care center was amazing. We went in a test drive. Got me right in looked at my car, the spring was off. Reset it. Did not charge me and told me to have a safe trip and wonderful vacation.

Awful service! My wife and I were the only customers in the store and no one tried to help us. We walked in, all the way through the store and all 5-7 employees just stood behind the counter chatting (non-work related talk) or on the computer. Finally, I interrupted the chatting to ask where the heated seat covers were (someone told me on the phone that they had them). I was laughed at over my request. When I told the employee, "someone here just told me over the phone that you carry them," I was shown the covers they do have. This was followed by the employee asking the others if they had ever heard of heated seat covers, and everyone laughing like my request was crazy. I left the store to find what I was looking for in minutes on-line. I will never use Napa again. This isn't the first time I've received rotten service at Napa, but it is certainly the last!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a part for pick up. Covid-19 safe protocols were followed which was appreciated. Although they were busy you could tell your business was important to them and you weren't treated like you were just a number in a sea of people. Was nice to be treated like I mattered in such a busy place!

Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service, and competent, but unfortunately half the employees don t wear their masks or they have them under their noses, which is completely useless. And no one was enforcing customers to wear masks either. Two men were in the store without masks and not respecting social distancing. At the end of the day, great service doesn t offset safety.

What can you say it's Napa, the only bad thing that I don't care for is they had a sign that was up that said the marked prices were not the correct prices due to inflation but they were working on repricing everything. I don't care much for this strategy if you don't have time to Mark the prices to the correct price then it looks like you will have to lose some money in lieu of being honest with your customer until you make time.

I tried to return a defective product today. I was told by the manager that I installed it wrong and it wasn't defective. I politely explained that I have this exact product on several different vehicles and change them all once or twice a year. I'm very familiar with the installation of this product. At this point the manager turned his back on me, walked away, and told me again that I installed it wrong. I don't have a problem with them refusing to return the product. It's only $15.00 so no big deal. What is a big deal is that I walked out of the store feeling like I had just been treated as an idiot and a liar.Just to clarify, the sales clerk that helped me with my other two transactions this morning was awesome. He went out of his way to help me and make sure I had all the parts I needed for my project. So, I don't want to dissuade anybody from shopping here. I just hope the manager sees this so maybe he won't treat the next customer this way.

Paul and Bunny are some of the most amazing people I have met. I broke down in town and needed a relay. They drove me in their personal vehicle to their store and helped me find the relay I needed. It was 20 degrees and snowing out. After purchasing relay, I went to walk the few miles back to my vehicle. Bunny again offered to drive me there?!? Wow! I am so blessed to have run into them. Amazing people.

We stayed in Pagosa Springs. On the way to Durango to ride the Silverton Train, we got a notice that the train was cancelled due to weather. We forged through to Durango and called the Napa store there to see if they had some tire chains so we could make it back to Pagosa and up to Wolf Creek Ski Area. When we got there they had the tire chains saved for us, the young lady behind the counter had an installation video for me to watch, and one of the guys there gave me and my son a cool Napa hat. We were having a rough trip seeing how our train and snow mobile trips had both been canceled that week. Your employees in that store were very welcoming and courteous and I left the store in a little better mood than I had been in, considering our luck up to this point. I just wanted to say to everyone there thank you for your hospitality and service. You have a great team of folks there and I would not hesitate to go back there next time we travel. That kind of friendliness and excellent service should not go unnoticed. Thanks again.Shelby BrownRobinson, Texas

Rescued My Motorcycle TripWheel bearing went out on my pull behind motorcycle trailer on a Saturday. I went to 5 different places and no one would lend a hand until Monday. Roger and company lent me some basic tools, and advice to complete the repair. I ended up replacing both hub assemblies for about what it would have cost to have someone else do just one. The bearing and shrunk and seized itself to the axle. I had no way of getting it off. Roger called his wife who then drove 20 miles to bring me a bearing puller. I was there of 3 hours and the entire staff did all they could to see me and my party off on our trip. Forever grateful!

I went here to get a new battery in my key fob, and the worker broke my key. They are inexperienced and not trustworthy. When he broke my key, I asked him what he was going to do to fix it, and he said I m sorry I can t do anything. I helped you to the best of my ability . Don t trust NAPA Auto Parts with your car! Especially if you drive a foreign car! Theydon t know how to fix it!

Rude service, if they pay attention to you at all. Bearded guy the worst! Far better service at O Reilly or Autozone in town.

Shame on the hack job sales associate who sold my wife tire chains. Just before driving over the San Juan mountain passes with road closures all over the state I advised her to stop by the trusted guys at Napa for chains. Being a native to Colorado I know my wife growing up in California never experienced driveing in blizzard conditions. When she arrived there she was confronted by snarky, rude and judgmental older associate. She purchased what she thought was the proper chains and I assumed that my trusted friends at Napa would give her the proper chains. I'm sure anyone who reads this knows what happened on top of the mountain with blizzard conditions. My heart sank when I found out from a generous stranger who was about to install the newly bought chains that they were the wrong size. The best part of this story is they don't exchange tire chains.

I don't envy them their job dealing with wannabe mechanics with no clue. A YouTube video can help but it does not make you or me a mechanic. They cannot stock every part for every vehicle so you might have to wait . This is durango not Denver. And how do you lunch an engine with the wrong spark plug????? Didn't you pull the old ones for comparison? I guess anything is possible..

Very knowledgeable staff. Most of the employees have been in the store for years. These guys know vehicles and it will be tough to stump them or need a part they can't get.

Best place in town for auto parts! Knowledgeable personal service to pinpoint the part you need. Plus they are the main source for parts by the mechanic shops in town so they have more parts in stock.

After awful service from some other stores in town, coming to NAPA really turned my day around. These guys helped me so much and answered any questions I had about any parts. Thank you so much!

Napa sold me the wrong size sparkplug and the motor in my work truck and sole source of transportation is now lost which will have me in a real bad way . They said they could sell me a motor , maybe if I can find my receipt . Thank you Napa .

Some of the guys in here are real nice, and some are incredibly rude and sexist. Also their computer system is not up to date whatsoever.
