Great service!! There is a comfortable waiting room with Wifi so as. you wait you can work and enjoy a cup of coffee. They also solved my back window wash spray that hasn't worked in a couple of years. The flowers on the dashboard is a nice touch too!

Great spot for service! Always friendly, quick and they leave a flower on my dashboard :). I also appreciate the voucher for a car wash! Highly recommend!

These guys are gentlemen. They were up front with all pricing (all lower than other quick oil changes), got me in and out in less than an hour at midday on a Friday, didn t try to sell me anything, and included a car wash in the cost. They even have comfy seats in the lobby. I ll gladly drive from Cortez any time I can use this shop.

I love these guys! They don't try to over sell you on filters, wipers, etc. They are always fast, efficient, and friendly. You get in and out in no time. Plus, a clean waiting area and a free car wash!

This was by far the best oil change experience I've had in my 50 years! Great customer service and to top it off I got a beautiful flower in my car and a free car wash! Highly recommended Grease Monkey.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had an oil change here after the holidays. Not only was it twice the price of the place I usually go to ($120!) but they didn't even take the time to properly put my glove compartment back in. The first time I tried opening it, it fell in the floor. They also tried to upsell me on cabin air filter and engine filter which my mechanic confirmed did not need to be done. Will not be going back.

They did a great job- they have coffee, popcorn, dog treats, water, free WiFi and a deluxe car wash with the oil change. Everyone is real friendly. The wait was about 1hour and 45 minutes with about 5 cars in front of me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fastest oil change I've ever had. Also, Ron came in, showed me both air filters, and gave me the choice of replacing them instead of doing it without asking and telling me afterwards. Very nice, will definitely go back.

I came in just before closing looking to make an appoint tomorrow if possible. Instead they decided that could get me. What a blessing..With their polite reminder of work that was way past due. I left the car for them to do the extra work. What great polite service with a great since of humor. Thank you all!

I went on a Friday. They were extremely busy. I ended up waiting for my car for an hour and a 1/2, but the service was great! They have a nice lobby for you to wait in that has water, coffee, and fresh popcorn. They vacuum out the inside of your car, and they give you a coupon for a free car wash at their location. When I got in my car, there was a pink carnation laying on top of my dashboard. That made my day! Something small but something special. That's what great customer service is all about.

These folks were great! At no point did they feel like pushy sales people nor did I feel "scolded", but they nonchalantly informed me of their concerns on several points of maintenance. You even get a coupon for a free carwash. :)As I got in my Honda to leave, there, on the dashboard, was a beautiful "Thanks!" carnation.

disappointed. i was told their oil for my car would be $30 cheaper than mobil 1. when my car was in the shop. i was told they did not have their oil for my car. $30 bucks more i guess. i paid another $39 dollars for the convenience of them replacing the air filter . . . a $10 or $15 dollar purchase at walmart or home depot. on the plus side they were friendly and speedy.

I waited for an hour and a half to get an oil change done on a Honda CRV and this was my first time to visit them. Not a great first impression but the manager was apologetic and finally just got the job done. They were backed up with problems on other vehicles but an hour and a half is a long time to wait for an oil change. I ll go back one more time to try and give benefit of doubt and hopefully give a better review next time.

Best oil change place in town. I can t say enough about the team that is professional and quick. They are hands down the most honest and transparent cat place I ve ever been to. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee and popcorn that my kids love. The flowers they leave on my dash board always make me smile. Then you get a free car wash. Great place!

Brought my RV in, the team took extra care pulling in and out of bay with tight clearance with large vehicle. Liked the review of lights, wipers, lube, coolant, etc. They took the extra time to clear behind the RV so it could be backed out vs making a tight corner for an longer vehicle. I definitely recommend the Durango Grease Monkey team.Services: Tires, Electrical, Wiper blade installation, Battery, Oil change

Visiting Durango for the weekend, and had some car trouble. 8 hrs away from home, last thing you want! Took the old rav 4 to grease monkey and the team was stellar. They were short staffed but still made time to have a quick look and give me peace of mind that the car would make it back home. If you find yourself in Durango with mechanical needs, I highly recommend you make grease monkey your pit stop. Thanks again, guys.

Wow! Exceeded my expectations. Friendly, quick, professional, and includes a complimentary car wash. First used them before an emergency cross country car trip. They made a mistake and promised to make it right. They did so and went beyond. What a lovely experience! Even though the line of cars was long, they still got me in very quick. I got an oil change, transmission fluid change, and front&rear differential fluid changed. I know little to nothing about car mechanics but the team walked me through everything and even showed me what they did under the hood once they were done. A touching surprise was the flower and dog treats for my pup waiting on my dash :) Will definitely be back !

Took my car for an oil change. So much better than their competitors down the street. Didn't try to upsell, even though they could have taken advantage because I asked for inspection before cross country road trip, and they actually told me truthfully, nothing needed. Staff was friendly, professional, and honest. I also had no wait, and they were so efficient, I was in and out quickly.Service: Oil change

I was very pleased with the service I received from Grease Monkey in Durango. I got there at lunch time but the mechanics still got me in & out quickly and efficiently :) The head mechanic showed me the two dirty filters from my car s engine that definitely needed changing, which I had no idea were so bad. They checked absolutely everything and gave me a list of what they had done. I drove away feeling confident that my car was serviced thoroughly by people who knew what they were doing.
