I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first car, and I was fortunate to be assisted by an amazing team, especially Harold! Harold was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing me with the information I needed to further inform my decision. He is a very patient and understanding guy, and never felt pressured or uncomfortable, which I appreciated as a first-time buyer.The process itself was smooth, with clear communication at every step. I was amazed at how efficiently everything was handled. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for such a successful and stress-free experience, and I am very thrilled with my new car. Thank you.

My wife and I decided to trade in our vehicles this weekend and were greatly impressed with the customer service Z. McGarry provided. He was personable and honest throughout the process. He was not pushy or arrogant like many car salespeople are (in my experience). We were happy to be able to leave feeling comfortable and confident with our purchases. The whole team at Durango Value Autos/Durango Motor Company were helpful, especially the Zach duo on Monday! We will definitely be back.

Really 4.5 stars, but couldn t figure out how to do 1/2 Out of state buyer here.Solid purchase experience! Top tier communication and no hassles during the process.Zach M was professional, easy to work with, answered questions quickly by email, phone, and txt. He s a credit to the dealership and his preview walk-around video was very helpful (including the color commentary about the ride)The half star subtracted for used vehicle delivery prep. The car was up front / ready for pick-up. The exterior was clean, but was a bit surprised by the interiors sub-par detailing (dirty center console and former owners info was still in the infotainment system). It had been cleaned, but a little more detailing would ve made this 5 starsSuper ease of doing business, great communication, and selling me a great gently used car that we intend to drive the wheels off!Buy with confidence from Zach and Durango Motor Co!If I m back in the market anytime soon, I ll definitely check their listing.

The Team at Durango Value Autos was awesome. I called the Manager (Alec) about test driving a truck that I was looking at., when I showed up, It was warmed up and waiting for me. Johan was the sales person that worked with me. He was very helpful and insightful; both Johan and the manager helped me through every step of the buying process and I left with a new truck on the same day I came in to test drive it. Overall, the best vehicle buying experience I've had. Would Highly recommend Alec and Johan to anyone in the market.

After having bad dealership experiences in the past, I didn t have super high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. Zach went above and beyond with ensuring everything went smoothly. He was kind, friendly and very relatable. His efficiency in the process made everything feel smooth and seamless. I was ever so grateful to have him on this journey. Hello!We had the extreme pleasure of working with Johan Stokstad in buying my new to me car on Monday, January 22! After a pretty rough and rigorous car search for the past month and a half (that even included a trip all the way to Moab only to look at what I can only describe as a polished turd literally, it WAS that bad!) Enter Johan.The day before we went to Moab, Johan had connected with my husband, Shawn, regarding a Mazda CX5 that was just about ready to see. Shawn called Johan on our drive back from Moab. And in 2 short days I had wiped the turd from my shoes and was driving out the lot in my stunning gray 2015 Mazda CX5! I even love saying that because it sounds like a race car!Johan s customer service was absolutely on point! Such a knowledgeable, personable, and friendly person to interact with and absolutely no slimy salesman pressure! Ive bought vehicles from dealerships before but can honestly say that durango value autos is top of my list!!!! I had the pleasure of purchasing a used/ pretty much new f250 with the help of Herald as my sales person. He was very easy to work with! Any questions were answered and I never felt that I was a bother to him (Which is very rare when working with a car salesman)!! I had took my new vehicle for a test drive and decided to think about the purchase for a few days. During that time Herald did not pester Me a hundred times and was not pushy waiting for me to make my decision in any way. He was courteous enough to let me make my decision in peace. After making my decision we were lucky enough to work with Tanner in the final aspects of signing and all the extras! He was fantastic. Both herald and Tanner are A++ in my books. Really treated me great as well as were super helpful and informative during the process. I felt nothing but openess and honesty from the two of them. (which is not what I have experienced from other dealerships that I have worked with). I would highly recommend working with the duo (Herald and Tanner) when looking to find a new vehicle!!!!! They both made the whole process so great and memorable!!!

I had a very successful, stress free buying experience at Durango Motor Co yesterday. Thanks to Zach McGarry, my sales pro, I was made to feel like a long time friend instead of just some customer. He literally spent all day with me showing me the vehicles I was interested in and arranging for the trade in of my current vehicle. It did take me a long time to dial in all my vehicle needs but the end result was all success! Over the years, this has been my third vehicle purchase here and I keep coming back due to people like Zach making their business model work so well. I highly recommend talking to Zach at Durango Motor Co.

Jordan and the sales team were really helpful! I needed a car right away and they got me into the one I had been looking at online. They helped me obtain proof of insurance as I could not access my phone. They also got me a payment that I am comfortable with and includes a warranty. I will likely go back next time I need a car.

We just had another great experience with the guys from Durango value autos. Harold Santillan was a blessing to work with . He walked outside to greet us and helped us out tremendously. Sam was amazing. Found a vehicle we liked online and he took the time to make us a video outlining all the details since we live out of town. When we arrived, we test drove and signed papers. Was a quick and easy process. If your looking for a new vehicle go see Sam Latham.

Jordan was an absolute delight to work with and not to mention he is the complete package, handsome and knowledgeable. He helped us through the whole purchasing process start to finish and made it simple and fun. If you re looking for a stud to help you get into a new vehicle I would highly recommend and he is now my personal consultant for future vehicles.

We bought our Nissan recently with Jordan. He went above and beyond to help us get our car with the payment we needed. When we found mechanical issues the next day he made sure (even on his day off) to help us get back in to the mechanics and get everything taken care of quickly! Thank you to Tanner our financial help too (and for being patient for so long). This is the second vehicle we have bought here and we always have good experiences.

When we walked into the dealership, it smelled like cotton candy and s mores - which was perfect because we did walked out with a pretty sweet deal.Extremely friendly, very upfront about the vehicle we purchased, not forceful or pushy like most sales people. Highly recommend.Also, Johan, our salesman, is from Iowa and you can always trust people from Iowa (I would know, it s my home state too )! He truly was great, personable, cared about our best interest.Thank you to everyone who helped us!

My wife and I were out prospecting for another vehicle for the family and while cruising the parking lot for a likely prospect, we were approached by a young man named Jordan Stanley. He was unassuming and approached us in a non-aggressive manner. He asked if he could help and inquired into what type of vehicle we were looking. After just a few moments of discussion, he pointed out a vehicle he felt was a great value. Although we hadn't considered this type of vehicle, it met all of our requirements and was an incredible deal. Jordan interrupted what he was doing to make sure our questions and interests were met. His demeanor and attention to us including taking us on a test drive sold us.We were only looking but ended up buying. Everyone through the process from Jordan Stanley to his fellow sales staff (Harold Santill?) and finance team member (Kestrel Chaney) were fantastic. Even during the waiting periods, we were engaged in relaxed conversation which helped us pass the time. Thank you all for making this experience one that was relaxed and pleasurable. If you are in the market for another car, at a great price, make DVA or DGO Motor Company your destination. They are also each funny in their own way.

What a great day! We walked in to the lot and met a guy named Zach. We were looking for something very specific and it was a quick conversation and we were test driving a car. It wasn't long before we felt like we found a friend and got put into the best thing for our family with the reassurance of being taken care of if it doesn't work or something goes wrong. There was absolutely no pressure. We had lots of laughs and shared stories back and forth and walked away with something I'm super happy with. I won't deal with anyone else! Thank you Zach!!! P.S. Skippy had a blast making new friends and monitoring the business going on around him and even enjoyed ice cream.

Just got a certified used 4 Runner. Good deal but a few bumps in the road. My salesman Sam Latham was awesome and it was his professionalism that got me through the process.I will definitely use Mr. Latham for any vehicle purchases in the future. Heck, would have been a star or two if not for Sam.

Had an excellent experience purchasing my 2014 Mercedes Wagon. Sam Latham and his team were friendly, professional, transparent and a pleasure to work with.The purchase was straightforward and smooth. I flew in to pick up the car and they picked me up at the airport, dropped me off at the hotel then picked me up the next morning to take me to the dealer! I was impressed with the condition of the vehicle. I drove the car all the way home from Durango to California!
