Bought a truck from Derek Romero. He is a young kid working hard to come up in the sales world and is doing a great job. Helped with the easy stuff like showing the truck but also walked us through the paperwork like a professional and asked all the right questions. As someone who started selling when I was his age I was very pleased with the whole experience. Truck was clean, tank was full when we picked it up. Thanks Derek!

Fantastic experience working with Beau in sales and Tanner in finance** Beau - Went above and beyond to find the right car for us(1 month)! He took time to answer all our questions and even stayed after to show us all the features on our new car.** Tanner - fought to get us the best rate, which way lower than any competition. He explained all the forms and warranties well!Durango motor - Thank you to the Beau, Tanner, and the sales managers for ensuring our vehicle was/will be above expectations! By far THE smoothest and easiest process I ve had with getting a vehicle! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!!! My sales rep was Caleb Newman and he s made today very easy for me. He made me feel welcome and reassured me of everything I was unsure of, as well as promptly answered any questions I had! Yet another great experience with Durango Motor Company today. I needed an oil change for my truck and they were just changing procedures to make things more efficient for their customers. I came back later and they fit me in, finishing the job--as usual--with superior workmanship, reasonable fees, and hospitable service. I purchased a 4-Runner this week-end and I m so very pleased with the decision. I feel more secure and safe sitting up higher and having 4 wheel drive versus my old SUV. This review is not about a purchase. But about the amazing act of kindness from a parts person who went out of his way to help me. Long story short.. I was on a road trip and got a flat in the middle of nowhere with no service. I'm about 5ft nothing and drive a lifted truck.I was struggling with my big tires,Thankfully Derek from Durango motor company stopped to help me.He was so kind and finished up the job..I owe him a huge thank you and Bless you for stopping to help because that kind of kindness is hard to come by these days. Jordan Stanley at Durango Motor Company was so thorough and patient helpingme purchase a beautiful pre-owned Audi with low mileage. He explained allthe car features, and described to my satisfaction the after-marketwarranty that I purchased, along with the bumper-to-bumper inspection.Jordan helped coordinate the purchase and installation of the accessories Iwanted, too. Went in yesterday with a specific vehicle we wanted to look at, and as we walked inwe were immediately greeted by Eric (Simon. Want you to get credit in the case there's another Eric bro) He was super cool and calm, he answered any question we had being sort of inexperienced purchasing a car from the lot. (CONTINUED FROM ELIER GUTIERREZ�S OPINION) 2/2I went back ONE MORE TIME to the dealer and let them know, I asked them if anyone had checked that and they just said that only they had reset the lights, but no one had actually checked what was happening and why these lights were coming on. I have to be there one more time tomorrow to have someone check these lights and the AWD system. This has been exhausting for me in time and money, since I live in Pagosa and every time I have to go to have my vehicle "inspected" I invest travel time and money in fuel and food. Not to mention that every time I take my vehicle I leave there with one more problem. You have all the records of what I have mentioned here and you know it is true. Throughout this process, Brenda from the service area has always been very friendly and attentive.

Kamil was amazing from the start of the transaction. We live in another state, but fell in love with the truck on Auto Trader. From the start he was very attentive and completely went above and beyond. When we got to the dealer, the experience was A+. The finance manger at the time was also great (not what I usually expect once it gets to that point). They made us feel welcomed and our business was truly appreciated. Top notch customer service at Durango Motor Company! Even 200 miles away, it will be the first place I look when I m ready for my next vehicle!

I'm very picky when it comes to car shopping, but I found exclactly what I wanted at Durango Motor Company. The only problem was, I live 12 hours away! Zach M. was amazing through the entire process. He took a thorough video of the entire car, inside and out and checked every feature for me, making sure everything worked. He went above and beyond to help me through this entire process, which made the whole experience so easy. He even checked on me during my travels to and from the dealership to make sure I made it safely. Even though I live 12 hours away, I would definitely consider buying from him again!

I came into Durango Motor Company with quite a large wish list and not much knowledge, as I had never bought a car from a dealership before. Caleb was so kind and patient as he walked me through the car buying process. He was very knowledgeable on all the different vehicles I wanted to look at, and he was so patient with me as I asked a wide variety of questions to ensure I was making the best choice on a vehicle. I cannot express enough gratitude to him for making the process as easy as possible and being so communicative with me before and after I left the dealership as well. I highly recommend him (and the dealership as a whole).

Recently purchased 2024 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition from Durango Motor Company (DMC). Couldn't find one in my own state, so shopped online. DMC's website was complete and up-to-date. I bought a van from this dealership. They attempted to prevent me from test driving it. They also ordered the van for me without me asking them to order the van. The van that they ordered ended up being a vehicle that I wanted to use, however, so I bought it after they buckled and allowed me to test drive it. Now they are bombarding me with spam to purchase some mechanical coverage that I turned down when I bought the van. If Tom Orlando and all of the other sleazy marketers don't stop spamming me to buy mechanical insurance for my van, then this review will stay up permanently. In January of 2025, if I haven't received any further spam about extending mechanical coverage for my van, then I will remove this review. Otherwise, it will stay.

Love love love the Nissan Altima I got! Cannot say enough thank yous to the team at Durango Value motors! Little did I know it was Freddy's first sale... would've thought he'd been doing this awhile! I also left a review on the Durango Kia page, however I wanted to leave the same review for Durango Motor Company, we absolutely love our experience with this dealer. Here is the same review from our experience on the Kia side. We visited Aug 17,2022"Loved this dealer! I called them back in January while hunting for a Telluride. I spoke with Martin, and he was able to order one for me exactly how we wanted. The wait was long but well worth it! They did not charge any markups like all my local dealers are doing, no mandatory addons or secret extras. These guys are the best. Thank you Martin, Jason, and Vanessa! 10/10 everyone here is beyond amazing."

My husband and I were looking for a 2023 Toyota Rav4 and actually decided on a 2020 Toyota Rav4 through the Durango Motor Company. It was such an amazing experience! Our sales consultant was Nate Hague. Nate was absolutely awesome! He was very knowledgeable, confident and helpful. We learned a lot from him about the vehicle and the differences between getting the 2020 as opposed to the 2023. When we went out for a test drive Nate went over all of the features with us. He answered all of our questions like he was the previous owner, which blew us away! The test drive could not have gone any better! Nate made our car buying experience one to remember! Everything went smooth. He also took the time to connect with us and our granddaughter Hailey. He made us feel at ease. When it came time to complete our paperwork we met with Deven Beam. He also did an awesome job! He explained everything to us clearly and was able to answer the questions that we tossed out to him. After our purchase and before driving off, Nate took the time to go over the features on the car again! Thank you Nate and the Durango Motor Company Team!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Nate Hague to purchase our new truck. I must admit we were both rather jaded having had bad experiences at several other area dealerships while we were in the process of looking for a new vehicle. Simply put, I regret not starting my vehicle search with Durango Motor Company. Nate was upfront and honest with us, and was able to get us in a vehicle we initially thought would be above our price range, but the numbers worked out to be well within our budget. Nate and the team at Durango Motor Company got us the absolute best possible deal for our situation and we couldn't be happier with how things worked out! Aside from leaving the review here I have been singing Nate's praises far and wide since we drove off the lot. Hopefully we wont be looking for another vehicle anytime soon but if we are, there is only one place we will looking.

Durango Motors got it right. After purchasing a used vehicle, I pointed out the front driver and passenger windows were unsafe due to scratching. Dealership Service Manager Charlie and Marketing Director Steve worked together to resolve the issue. Thanks for honoring a repeat customer!

This is the first review I've ever written, which exemplifies how terrible this place is (service/mechanics dept). We had work done on the 4WD of a truck 1.5 years ago, 4 low literally never worked again after they worked on the truck and 4 high went out a year later ($4000 transfer case replacement). When we returned the truck to them to look at it again we were quoted that the same issue was not recurring and that it would be an $800 fix. At this time they highlighted some additional issues (which we spoke to them about and opted in for some and out for others). One to two weeks went by and we called to inquire about picking up our vehicle- at which they seemed very confused/completely unaware of what we were talking about.... we were passed along to several people via phone, all of whom knew nothing and promised we'd be called back. We were not. We called back 2-3 more times before being told 1) they hadn't EVEN STARTED working on the vehicle and 2) the initial quote was incorrect and that we actually did have to re-do the same $4000 worth of work they'd done the year prior. When asked why we hadn't been told about this they had no reason. Frustrated with this answer, we asked them to go ahead with one of the other issues (brake-related) we had talked about initially and skip this major 4WD one (since they seem to be unskilled with fixing that) and we'd pick it up the following day, which we did. A week and a half later the brakes seemed to be acting strange so we called and they explained that THEY DIDN'T WORK on the brake line issue and said that this was our direction to them, which is completely not what we had discussed. So in the end it turns out nothing was fixed and the truck instead sat in their lot for 2.5 weeks for a $200 oil change, which is a service we could have literally done ourselves. Maybe good salesmen but an awful service department, don't get your vehicles repaired here.

A HUGE thank you to Gage,Jordan,and the whole Durango Motor Company Team for making me feel like family during both my Kia purchases. Since my first purchase they always call to make sure everything is going smooth with the vehicle. Since that first purchase Gage knew I was looking at a Stinger and always kept me updated with what they had on the lot.
