If I could give 0 stars I would! What an experience! We purchased a truck from Durango Ford while vacationing in Durango and traded in a beautiful vehicle. They sold us a lemon. We drove the vehicle back to New Mexico where we live. The vehicle started messing up halfway home. We made it home to find out that the truck needed severe engine work, a tune up, radio replaced, and 4wd fixed. We were told to schedule it in to get fixed at the closest Ford dealership. After going through the truck, we decided that we no longer wanted to keep this piece of junk. It took a long process to get my trade in back. When my trade in arrived in New Mexico, it was missing parts that the dealership took off! I went back and forth with managers for a man to tell me that the light bar was broken and that they threw it away! He also informed me that the dealership spent over $1000 to transport my trade in vehicle back to new Mexico! They were upset that I was requesting a new light bar! (It was never broken just connected to my aux) BEWARE of this dealership. So many things went wrong during this deal. Yes, they eventually made it right for my family. But the amount of time wasted here was absolutely ridiculous. And for their employees making me feel bad for their mistakes what a shame. Never again Durango ford. I hope others see this as well!

My husband and I just purchased a Ford 150 Lightning from Durango Ford. They were great to work with, and communicated throughout the entire process. There were some delays getting the Lightning shipped, and each time Durango Ford was quick to let me know and keep me in the loop. Once it came in we were able to test drive, review, sign for it, and drive it out in the same day. The whole process was smooth and the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I really hate owning 2 new Fords knowing that this is my closest servicing dealer I m new to the area and have been in 3x for service/warranty work and each time has been an issue.1st time in was for an oil change/ tire rotation on a 23 Superduty. No real issue other than that the tech forgot to reset the oil life on the dash, it happens, no biggie.2nd time was for an oil leak diagnosis and recalls by Ford. They picked up the truck in the AM but by late day they had to call to ask what they had it in for as they had no record of why its there, keep this in mind..3rd time was to fix the leak and recalls and diagnose why the keyless entry suddenly stopped working. I also asked to have the tires rotated/balanced while there along with speedometer reprogramming for oversized tires if they are able to do so. The service advisor said they could probably do it as they have Forscan programming to do so. Was also told they may need it overnight which I said was fine. I got a call later that day asking about an oil change as the truck says its due for one. I told the advisor it was done by them recently and not due, the tech simply forgot to reset it. 2 days later I called for an update and was told they still had to diagnose the keyless entry then rotate the tires and program for size but they would need it another day (saturday) to do so. By the way, you need an oil change to which I explained again. No problem.4:30 Sat I get a call that the diagnosis is done, need a part but because its late they couldnt get to the tires and would it be ok to keep until Mon morn and would call by lunch when its ready. By the way, you re due for an oil change . Ugh, let me explain again since you don t know how to put notes on my service records No call Monday at all so I stopped in Tues AM to pick it up. Guess what was never done? The tires and programming, the whole reason for keeping it over the weekend. Plus the leak that was fixed was left an absolute mess, the oil that came out of the replaced hose was not cleaned at all and looks as if it exploded vs being a small wet spot like it was when I dropped it off. Ugh I called and spoke with a manager, nice guy but no real solution such as when and how can we remedy this for you just an I ve only been here a month and a half and we re all humans and we make mistakes . He could have kept me as a future customer by offering a solution instead of excuses but instead I m writing this reviews as I sit at Discount Tire (they are awesome BTW!) getting my tires rotated.

Very happy with my car-buying experience at Durango Ford! Everyone that worked with me was friendly, professional, and helpful. The got me through the whole process quickly and they answered all the questions I had. I feel like they went above and beyond to make my purchase smooth and easy. Really glad I got my Mach-E at Durango Ford!

A very pleasant buying experience. I found the Mustang GT convertible online and also completed the majority of the purchase remotely. No hassles and very upfront about pricing and terms. Corrine went out of her way to make the entire out-of-state buying process a worry free and memorable experience.

I waited 2 months to get my vehicle in. Charged $1000 for a part that didn't fix the problem at all. I've refrained from saying anything because I felt like it was partly my fault.. but it wasn't.The code was for TPS, I told the guy to tell the mechanic I already changed that part.. so he said "Then it's the PCM" so instead of starting at the TPS and going from there he just changed the PCM and it fixed NOTHING.I HAD to leave that day to AZ, 7 hours away I had issues and overheated 3 times. Because it still had the same problem that got me stranded in Durango for months. Please do your own research before spending $1000 dollars and waiting 2 months.

Had a ford computer programmed. Was not done correctly they refused to do it right. Ford service writer and tech could not follow the simplest of instructions highly recommend going somewhere else

Great service! A very positive and unique experience. Imagine a service department that does what they say they are going to do and treat their customers like they matter. Residents of Durango you are fortunate to have such a fine Ford dealer! Service Advisor Beth Brickey is wonderful!

Best dealership in Durango! I brought in my Lincoln Navigator for routine maintenance, and they were ready when they said they would be, did the servicing - which took exactly the length of time they said it would. They are very polite, eager to help and provide great value for your money. I trust this dealership and you should too. Keep up the good work!

I m from out of town, and Durango Ford got my truck in and fixed promptly even though their schedule was full. I think they went above and beyond to get me taken care of and would recommend this dealership to anyone needing service. While there, we also talked to sales personnel, and it looks like an overall great dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new Ford

After a difficult ordering period with Ford, I was not hopeful. That said, the sales staff at Durango Motor Company went over and beyond what they needed to do to make my auto purchase a good one. They anticipated every problem and had solved it before it could become an issue. Wonderful group of people, and Ford is lucky to have them.

I was extremely happy with the service I got at Durango Ford. My extreme gratitude goes to them for getting my truck back on the road so quickly so I could make it home from my vacation. I was very stressed out about being so far from home, when I encountered problems with the check engine light coming on. They got it fixed for me, and I made it home to SoCal.

July 6 2023 - My F250 is having starting problems, its hot and 6 PM closing time when I pull up. I bang on the window and a management person came out to see me. After explaining he took my truck around back to a service and asked my wife and I to wait inside. No more than ten minutes later he brought my truck back out front. He explains a starter wire was loose and sends us on our way No Charge. Thank God, we had to leave back to New Hampshire the next day.

I love my Lincoln purchased in Denver. Since moving to SW Colorado I use Durango Ford for my vehicle service needs and they have out performed other dealership with their commitment to service. I drive 1 hour each way to bring my car to them and usually get a loaner car to run errands while in town. Great people

Our pickup went into "limp mode." They quickly rented us a new 23 to drive as ours was repaired. Slightly over 24 hrs later we had ours back & on the road again. THANKS

Ford of Durango provides an excellent customer experience. They provide great prices and value to their customers, keep customers apprised of developments during their vehicles build process as well as incentives from corporate regarding their vehicle. Ford also complementary provides a robust array of swag and vehicle related enhancements. Service and follow up after vehicle purchase are excellent and trustworthy.

Unfortunately I have to say I've never had a "Good" experience at Durango Ford. Not during the purchase, not when attempting to have aftermarket equipment installed and not for service work. When I've sent in bad reviews to Ford corporate I'll get a call from Durango Ford. But it quickly becomes obvious that they as long as they continue to sell vehicles there's no interest in fixing their problems. But they're not unique. Of the local dealerships I've purchased from, Morehart-Murphy Subaru is the only one I can recommend.

We had grown so frustrated with the car-shopping experience, but our experience with Durango Ford changed all of that. Our salesperson (Derek) made us feel like all he cared about was getting us into a vehicle that met all of our needs and that would make us happy. Durango Ford will be our first stop for all of our future needs!

My experience with Durango Motors was the best. I had a new set of tires put on my F150. The price of the tires was two hundred dollars better than the price quoited by Discount Tires. Partly because I could use my rewards from Ford Pass.

I loved buying my truck here! The sales team was very personable and worked with me extensively. I had a financing issue with my auto loan and the sales team made it possible to work within my budget and went above and beyond to help solve my loan issues with my bank. I was able to walk out with the vehicle I really wanted and I am thankful for their assistance. Would 10/10 recommend buying a vehicle here.

Ford motor company in Durango is by far one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with.They really work diligently on their customers needs and give the most information they can to better suit what it is that you're trying to get into for a vehicle.
