Doug s Auto Body has been amazing to work with. DJ prepared my estimate incredibly accurate & quickly. I never once had to wait for a call back or a response. DJ is truly amazing Very professional, & excellent customer service/care. I ve used Doug s a couple times after hitting a deer & having someone rear end me. They will always be my first choice.

I went to 3 places in town to get an estimate and Jason was by far the most professional, helpful and thorough. As I navigated my insurance options he was also helpful with suggestions.

Once they got my car they took great care of it. The process took a lot longer than I expected but most of the issues were sourcing parts that were still backlogged throughout the country.Jason and Max are stellar employees who communicated with me constantly and always in a professional manner. They set the bar high for Durango service and it would be hard to go anywhere else!After a wide range of repairs my car looked great and ran great for a long cross-country road trip.

What a great business! Fast, professional, kind, courtious, and excellent work on top of it all. Bobby Sue is the greatest customer service person I have ever spoken to at any business anywhere. It's worth wrecking your vehicle just to do business with them(; Doug's Auto Body may be the last bastion for hope in humanity!

I hit a deer with great impact and extensive damage was done to my Tundra beauty! Doug's Auto Body was able to fix, repair everything as well as replace my bumper with a more durable style. Their staff was very credible, reliable and friendly. They were knowledgeable and kept me informed on a step by step basis for each process. I'm thankful for their quality of work as well as the customer service that I received. I recommend them when ever I can.

We ve had some poor luck with our car, but couldn t be happier with the work done at Doug s Autobody. Customer Service is always great as well as the quality of workmanship, and they always go above & beyond. Great to have a local shop run by a local family.

My husband has been taking his vehicles here since he got his first car at 16, and I've been going to Doug's for close to ten years myself. We've always had satisfactory experiences there. These guys are top-notch. Great customer service and great work.Got rear-ended earlier this year and Brandon worked directly with my insurance company (Nationwide) to deal with everything. They looked over the estimate we got to make sure it would cover everything, and then they did amazing work to fix our car.Today, I stopped by (with my two small children in the car) to get a brake light replaced and these guys stopped what they were doing to help me get out of there quickly.I cannot recommend them enough!

Update 6/10/21: My second time back to Doug s after I hit a deer this time. At least I knew where to go since they handled body damage for me so well prior. Again another fantastic experience from Brandon and team! It was so seamless through State Farm insurance the body shop and insurance just handled it all. In a few weeks my 4 runner was all put back together and in better shape than before the accident. A few days after I picked up my vehicle a turn signal light went out. I called up Dougs and they told me to come in at my convenience and replaced it no charge, I guess occasionally bad bulbs happen. Excellent service and repairs. Found my local body shop!Original Post: I had a very positive experience working with Brandon at Doug's Auto Body. I dropped in for an estimate on some minor front end damage and a new windshield. I was surprised how quickly I was put on the schedule and they acquired my parts. They worked directly with State Farm to get all the billing handled. It was a seamless process and the work was completed a little faster than estimated. I would recommend especially if you are working through State Farm on a claim.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These folks were great! I got in touch with an other body shop in town. This "other body shop" said it would be three weeks to get in, just for an estimate. Doug's Auto Body got me in that same day. Then it was just two weeks to get the truck fixed. They got me my estimate and fixed my truck faster than the other shop would have done just the estimate. They even buffed out an other an extra scratch that happened between estimate and fix date at no charge. These folks are legit. Thanks DJ. You run an awesome shop. If I ever need body work I will definitely come back to your shop. Tanks for the work! Cheers y'all!

These guys are AWESOME! This is the only shop that has worked on my car since I have purchased it...and will continue to be so. They have done work on my car twice! I went here in the beginning because they were the most affordable (have been for everything I've needed). They always get the parts in quickly, and have never taken more than a day to complete work. I've had my wheel well replaced and my skid plates underneath due to harsh Colorado weather. DJ was wonderful with communication through the whole thing. I love how personal they are with you. THANK YOU TEAM!

They got the piece in my car needed and got it on my car within days. Very happy with their services and will be going back if needed. Max and BobbieSue are the best!!! Highly recommend.

I didn't end up getting my car fixed here because he doesn't work with Geico at this time, which is the insurance company handling my claim. I still gave him a 4 review because he gave valid reasons for not working with Geico, sounded genuine and professional, and took the time to refer me to another body shop that got me in right away! From our brief interaction, I would definitely take my car here for body work in the future if Geico is not involved in the claim!

Brandon did a great job with the estimate and expectations of how long it would take. He also helped us by ensuring we had what we needed for the rental car. Dj had great customer service when we had to reschedule a couple of times. This is our families third car here and the finish on the paint was great. No orange peel and they were able to blend the paint to look oem.

My great aunt and I took her car here after she was rear ended. They replaced the whole bumper, and we were initially told it would probably take several days to fix.It was done the next day in the morning! Very quick service, and the bumper is now the nicest part on her car

Paul at Dougs Autobody worked on my one-year old beautiful car. I had hit an electric a pole and sadly crushed the front and right side. I was worried if it could ever look good again. I was so surprised and pleased when I saw that it looked like the day I bought it. This is a family business and every member of the family Is hard working, helpful and professional.

Doug's Auto Body did an excellent job with a dinged up back door of a Jeep we own. Their work was as expected, fast and reasonably priced. We'd definitely return to them if we needed body work on any vehicle.

My repair was quite isolated and minor on my truck's body. It certainly wasn't a $10,000 major accident restoration, yet these guys were polite and helpful nonetheless. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes with a complete and accurate quote of what they needed to fix/replace along with how they would do it. In my opinion, ease of getting a quote will make or break a sale for the businesses in this industry. After all, many people like to shop around for the best deal. In this case, it certainly won these guys a repair job.It took them 2-3 days to get the parts. I dropped off my truck the next morning and guess what? I had it back the morning after that, good as new. Paint was matched well, even with consideration to the apparently very complex color combination my truck is painted with. Then again, my truck is still very new, so don't trust this review to help you make a decision for an auto body job on a rustbucket that's been sitting in the sun for 15 years. Not to say these guys could or couldn't do it well, but my experience is not one to reccomend or dissuade you from this place if you have an older vehicle.In the end, I had my truck repaired and back in my hands before the rather rude folks over at Abra Auto Body were able to give me a quote. If you need some auto body work, I'd say give these guys a call!

Great service painting the front trunk lid of my '67 Porsche. A perfect color match and very nice job. In my case I brought the lid in, and they were quick, and Brandon and Angela were very nice and helpful.

Doug no longer owns this shop. New group did a great job fixing the back after the car rolled into a light poll. However, when Doug owned the shop, he would give a quote and it was accurate. We were given a quote of $5,000 to fix this issue and the bill ended up being just a few dollars short of $8,000. That's not acceptable so we will never again use Doug's Auto Body again.

Brandon and his crew did a great job on repairing a large ding on the hood of my Sprinter van. Repaired the ding, resprayed the damaged area and clear-coated the entire hood - looks great, like new. Would highly recommend.

Amazing auto body shop! My son got in a minor accident while on vacation in durango recently and they adjusted his hood and bumper for free!!They did an excellent job as well, my son had to drive a couple hundred miles home and it held up perfectly.I highly recommend coming here if you jeed any work done whether you're local or on vacation and need a quick adjustment etc.

My Jeep was rear-ended, and the damage went beyond what you can see in the "before" photo I'm including here. Doug's Auto Body did a great job putting things straight. It took some patience all around due to some difficulty with a replacement hard top and a couple of other parts, but in the end the job was done right.

I just picked my car up from them. The rear end was in pretty rough shape. They made it look brand new and I m very impressed with the customer suervice, as well. They were very personable and I will definitely be coming back for any more work that I need done.

Doug's Auto Body has been outstanding. They have repaired a couple of vehicles for me and they are always friendly, work up a thorough estimate and have the vehicle ready when they say. Great staff!
