Terrible experience! I don't even know where to begin. I have been trying to get my window fixed by B & B glass since late last summer. I put down half the cost of the window replacement and never heard anything back. I have called and called, told that it's taken unexpectedly long for the window to arrive, I live too far away and they have to wait until they have enough work in my area to justify coming out here to install the window. They finally got out here and had ordered the wrong size. They left my broken window further damaged and pieced back together with awful black tape. At this point I would have just requested a refund but they went ahead and ordered a replacement without saying anything. It's been a few months since I last called to check in, at that time once again there was a delay in shipment (convenient that this keeps happening to my order). Crickets since then. I shouldn't have to stay on these people to fix my window when I've already forked out over $150 for the replacement. Feeling very frustrated and wish I could just get my deposit back so I could find a reliable company that would take care of the window. Not a lot to choose from in this area. Would not recommend unless maybe you have a large job, smaller jobs don't seem to be much of a priority for B & B.

My wife and I was leaving on a road trip with our horse trailer needed plexiglass in the sides they went above and beyond to get it ready I'm time for our trip

Went down to get some quotes and they were super helpful! Send someone out the following week to do a precise measurement, got me quotes that same day. I ordered and even with delays due to shipping and covid only took a few months to arrive. They put them in quickly, did a wonderful job, and I love how they look! Will use them again to complete the rest of the windows in my house. Very happy!

Dennis & company went the extra mile when we needed to replace the tailgate window on our '014 Subaru Outback wagon (defog & radio antenna included). I highly recommend them !

Had a crack repaired at B&B Glass and it just cracked out more. They said they can't fix it until the next day putting my windshield at risk of cracking to the point it's not fixable and would need to be replaced.It takes 10 to 15 minutes to fix and they don't care about their customers emergency situation. I'll Never going back to them. I advise everyone to avoid going to B&B Glass. Poor customer service.

I needed a piece of plate glass cut quickly. Called it in on a Monday morning and it was ready before lunch. Great customer service. Lee at Mountain HandyMan Services

Whoever answers the phone is completely rude, doesn't care about customer service and they don't care about any repeat business. I am going with another company and would encourage you to do the same. Even the Owner could care less about giving a call back. A 1 star is being overly generous

Awesome service helping local business had a window dropped off at 9 and delivered back at 11 ready to go and install! Great customer service and awesome people to deal with!!!

I called to get some quotes on windshields. They got back with me in just a short time. The prices are competitive. I have used them in the past as well. Will definitely be giving them my business again.

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. I called 3 times in the span of a week to get someone to call me regarding a custom shower door that I needed to have measured. The 3rd time I called, the lady that I spoke to said that if I needed to go somewhere else, that would be okay with her. I wanted to use local businesses for my bathroom remodel, but this type of attitude is exactly why people go to large box stores or out of town businesses.

The folks here are just good people. They have gone out of their way to help me when it didn't make them a dime and the services I have paid for have been a steal. They do good work at a good price and they care. Enough said.
