I bought a cabin air filter at Auto Zone which needed replacement according to my mechanic (when I had the oil changed and tires rotated). Since the mechanic did not have one available, I bought the filter and intended to have my mechanic install it, to give them a little more business. The cabin filter is located on top of the engine, under a shroud and takes about 10 minutes to switch out. When I called my mechanic to put it in, I was told it would cost $120. Yikes! I went back to Auto Zone to see if they could help me out and without hesitation, Mathew went out straight away to install the filter. What a great guy and great staff! Any time I need any car part, I'm going to go to AutoZone first! Thanks for helping out a single gal, Mathew!

I came in this store and bought windshield wiper blade replacements. Marivel helped me install them. She was very nice and courteous. Thank you.

Bought parts for an overheating 2005 Dodge Ram some I ended up not needing. Easy return that I really appreciate. That is one reason I use my local Auto Zone.

Not about the store itself but about the website. Tried to order parts for my 1996 Toyota Tacoma and it canceled the order but still took roughly $200 out of my account. I have now had this happen to me twice within a week. Will not be using the website again. I suggest you don t use it also. Not happy with you AutoZone.

Good to buy your parts at auto zone because of nationwide warranty.You get what you for!Lifetime guarantee...Buy parts online for cheaper price but usually less quality and only 30 day +/- warranty and always have to wait on shipping!

Went in Friday, 6/24/22 about 11am. Looked around for about five minutes, couldn t find what I was looking for. Went up front, only ONE customer in the entire store who was was finished with his purchase. I waited for two + minutes just standing there waiting for the guy behind the counter to finally quit BS n with the only customer. As I walked out, they were still BS ing. I picked up my item just down the road in about 2 minutes. They lost my business.

Thank you Jose G!!! I had bought a headlight kind of in a rush in a different town, threw it in thinking I remembered how to change it out. I didn't. Frustrated I went to A.Z in Delta & Jose was AWESOME!! He was nice to switch it & also took the time to SHOW me how to change it. For the ease of mind I had after leaving there I'll be back

I left here completely irritated today. The manager on staff treated me like I am an idiot and pushed me into buying a stupid lube that I did not need and said I didn't want because he just knew so much better than I. Probably one of the products in their weekly check out challenge.. I've worked on my own vehicles for years. I have personally worked at this store and understand how it works. I am not an idiot and don't need to be treated like one so you can meet your challenge mark.

Auto Zone has excellent service. Friendly staff. I needed a battery and they had exactly what was needed. I personally think their shop is the best in Delta for one reason. They treat everyone with the same kind service. I am a woman replacing her own car battery. The other shops sometimes are not as kind as Auto Zone. I always head to Auto Zone first for any auto need.

They didn't have the parts I needed, but no one seams to. Darn new jeeps!They let me work on my jeep in the parking lot, and kept checking to see if I needed something. I think they even waited around a bit to make sure I was done before they left for the night.I don't give out 5 stars much, but they went above and beyond. Yall deserve it guys!

I have been shopping for car parts and accessories for years. I always get a good deal at Autozone. Today I got what I call WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND service from Sean! I have been helped by him a couple times while visiting the Delta store. He is always cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. Today he not only helped me choose the right wiper blades, he also installed them and filled my washer reservoir. Then he checked to make sure they worked properly and made a few adjustments for better windshield contact. He refused a tip which he richly deserved. Thank you Sean! Thank you autozone for as always having the right part at the right price and the right people to help me!

The store is clean and we'll lit. The employees are very knowledgeable about the product's. And they offer a few options for car parts. The range is good for the cost of your parts. They range from good, better to best. Take your pick acording to your budget. Always a great option in a rush. And if they do not have the part they will order them for you. Come and check it out for yourself.

The young man who assisted me was very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I needed from my crazy nonsensical description. He also went to my vehicle to make sure the part I needed was the correct size before selling it to me.

We like this store it offers a warranty with all most all the car parts. The employees are very professional and find the parts we need fast. The prices are great on most car parts. The store is clean and well organized with plenty of space in the isles. And has a public restroom. They also lend tools to help out the public. If they do not have the part they will order it and call you.

We were camping far away from home when my car battery died. I went to three different auto shops before going to Autozone. Every auto shop told me they could not replace my battery for me because of the extensive work involved without even looking at my vehicle. When I went to Autozone, Gideon helped us out with no hesitations! Gideon saved our whole weekend! He was very helpful and walked me through how to change my own battery for next time. Fantastic service - can't thank Gideon enough!!!

My car s engine was in need of motor oil and I couldn t get the cap loose.Jose provided great customer service and went above and beyond. I m thankful that you can still find places and people who are willing to help someone in need assistance.He was kind enough to come out, loosen the cap, add the oil, and even checked the transmission fluid for me. Now I can keep driving my car a few miles longer.

If you are a female do not go to this location. Apparently you are not as important as the dust is. The employee was showing me something, but then walked off when I started asking questions. He totally ignored anything else I had to say or ask. This is the last time I will ever spend my money here. Until today ibhave never sent anyone anywhere else. Now I will send people everywhere, but here. Do not spend your money at a location that ignores half of the population in the world. Sad customer service, and he showed no regret or apology for doing it. Hope that dust spends enough money to pay his paycheck.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable and the big guy Dakota is always super helpful. I normally go here for my parts. They normally have what I'm looking for.

Andrew E. and all of the entire team at Auto Zone Delta are the most helpful guys and gals in the industry! They have helped Me order parts for my car and have helped me Fix my window shocks! They are truly the beat in the business!!!! I will be a loyal customer to them forever!!!!! Thank you Team Autozone ans Andrew E.!!!!!!!

Andrew came out in his own car and brought me parts to help me get off the side of the road. He went the extra mile and went to Napa and Orileys just to get all of what i needed to get me back on the road. Huge thank you to the Delta Auto Zone staff who has always offered great help and great service.

Favorite parts store! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Also they are very through about making sure you are getting the parts for the right auto. Plus thet have lots of cool extras like flashlights and even some clothing.
