Full of excuses. Ultimately I got my new tires, but it was a lengthy process. Over 11 days.... Next time I will definitely choose another business.

Bought a new set of tires from TireMax last November on my road trip. Had me back on the road in no time. Still rolling happily down the road. These guys are awesome and I recommend them to everyone! Efficient and friendly.

Had tires rotated (Somewhere else) and one tire was showing low. We stopped in and Caleb helped us out by getting all four tires to the correct pressure and resetting TPMS to show correct pressure for the correct tire. Very helpful!!

These guys were absolutely amazing! Helped us out in several ways! Caught unknown problems and helped get them fixed so that we could continue our trip to florida! Thanks to nick and his team we are back on the road and safe!!! Hard working American badasses here!!!

On my way to Utah, tire max staff really helped me inspect my tires last minute. Every other shop in town was closed, expect tire max. The inspection was quick and staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you all

We discovered a screw in a tire in the first 2 hours of a 7 hour road trip with 3 toddlers in the car. We were feeling stressed, but these guys got us in with little wait. They were friendly and helpful when we called ahead and efficient in the shop. We were back on the road in 30 minutes and with only a minimal dent in the wallet! Great service and a great deal. We are very grateful!

I have a Ram 2500 4x4 and had been in Oklahoma and tried to have a valve stem replaced on one of my tires before I drove to Colorado. Ended up using the spare for the trip. Tried 4 other shops along the way. Wasted several hours. Called Tire Max Cortez location and they said ya bring it in. (My tires are a real chore to install on my wheels. )But these guys were determined to get me back on the road. They tried several things to get it on. Everyone in the shop put their efforts together and they never gave up. I left it with them and said I would understand if they couldn't get it. Got a call after hours and they did it! Great service. I am back in town and will be paying another visit! Only in my car this time! I choose Tire Max over any other shop.You guys are great!

We were in a tight spot passing through town with while on our Airstream vacation. We had a couple issues! One with our trailer and one with our truck and the team got right to work to have us back on the road within 30 minutes! We couldn't be happier with the service and work! Thanks y'all!

Guys up front were very nice and helpful and fast service. Not the cheapest tires, but took care of our blown tire within 10 minutes when other places said they were booked hours out and wouldn't take the time to replace one tire.

Tony, Daniel, and especially Teo were all so helpful. I had not a single question unanswered and being new to town found myself really relieved to know where everything is now. References to different shops Theo knew a lot about pricing. Everyone was very professional in the shop and engaging with the customers. Seriously these guys deserve whatever they want in the company because they were the best even with other guest in the shop.

What a great bunch of guys! What excellent customer service! I had a blowout while on vacation 1000 miles from home and could not find a replacement tire anywhere in town. The crew at Tiremax got new tires in for me within 24 hours, got them installed and balanced and had me back on the road within an hour of the tire delivery. And they even recommended an excellent lunch spot.

They do fantastic work I've gotten new tires from the before and when I got a flat I couldn't patch their road hazard protection saved me alot ofoney getting a replacement

Friendly people very nice and helpful I was just passing thru this town and low tire pressure light was on so I stopped. And the guys checked all four tires for me completely compliment of them and they got me in the road very quickly ..Thank Y'all from Texas

I was disappointed with service only because I was in search of some tires which they had and I was gonna purchase. I called on the phone and they told me I could take the tires home with me. When I got there they told us the only way we could take the tires was if the vehicle we were gonna put it on had to be there. We did t have the car with us cause tires were bad on it. Which now I understand it's for liability reasons. I was very dissapointed cause we live 2 hrs away and left with no tires. Next time be more specific about what it needed to take the tires home with us. First time customers don't know what is needed to get tires from a Tire Max store.

I've had flat tires repaired here in the past and chose TireMax to repair my daughter's flat trailer tire. They couldn't find a puncture, remounted the tire with bead sealer, and refused payment. Good business procedure!

I had a small tubeless tire with a broken sealant, I brought it in and the guy immediately grabbed it and had it fixed within a few minutes, and didn't even charge me! Amazing customer service!

Great place to get tires. Love the 4 months same as cash makes it easy to afford tires. Great staff always friendly and willing to answer your questions.

I have to say every time I go in there they are respectful they do anything and everything to help me with what I'm looking for they don't try to sale me on just whatever they have they get what I'm looking for extremely fast and they are easy on the new wheels there easy with my truck they take care of my stuff why they are working on it. If I could give 10 STARS I Would thanks TIREMAX FOR ALL THE HELP
