5 stars for Peterson's. Jim helped me with damage to my car (from a deer) on my way through Cortez. He answered all my questions, took time to discuss all my concerns, and handled the work with professionalism and good humor. He and his partner were knowledgeable, skilled, and easy-going, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend this shop.

Was referred to him by AAA even though not in network. Went for an estimate and he was a very nice man. Said he would call next day with the estimate. He did not call so waited until after the weekend and called on Monday. He said he would get on it and call me back. We'll it's been two weeks and still no call or estimate. Now I have had to travel on to AZ. So tell me what this tells you!!!!!

Mr. Peterson did a fantastic job on our vehicle. He wasn't able to get to the repair quickly but his workmanship was worth the wait. I appreciate that whenever you call his shop, you always speak directly to him.

I have used Peterson s before and was extremely happy with their workmanship. This time I used them because the hood, mirrors and the top of the car started oxidizing. I wanted to take care of my 2008 Toyota Yaris so I paid $1100 to get those areas sanded and painted. At first I was happy with the results and felt like I had a new car even though I could noticed the side mirror were darker than the rest of the car. When I picked up the car I had just been notified of a family emergency which required me to leave town immediately. Then I also noticed that the hood was a different shade of red from the rest of the car and the side mirrors. When I was able to talk to Jim Peterson he said that there was nothing he could do about the mirrors and that it would be very expensive for me to correct the different color of the hood. I told him I was very disappointed and left. I won t be going back to Peterson s I m sad to say! They are hard working good people, but I didn t pay $1100 for my car to be 3 different shades of red. I am sad and disappointed that I now my car looks so bad. I do not feel I should be the one to correct this very poor quality paint job! L.K
