The owners son was amazing to us last night! Even though we had ordered a different tow truck company through AAA, he stopped to check on us and let us sit in his truck to warm up while we waited! He stayed on scene to warn oncoming traffic with the safety lights as we were on a blind corner! Bravo to this level of care!

This shop do excellent job! This mechanic makes excellent job .fast finding problems, was blown water pump. They are fast finding parts and 3 hours parts come to shop 11:30am and 3:30pm was done and we are on the way to delivery. They are professional and great people.price was reasonable . Kustom towed us from the middle of nowhere to their yard, in the middle of the night, then, when I couldn't find a shop they used their contacts to find me one and then towed me there. 36 foot RV rear wheel drive, so the driveshaft had to come out.... I expected something in the range of $2k well I was pleasantly surprised... Guys, thanks... If your stuck in Cortes Colorado to Telluride area, the kustom towing folks are the guys to call

My wife and I hit a deer coming out of Mesa Verde National Park. The car was immobile and we were stranded. We had a hotel in Durango that night, and tickets for the Durango/Silverton train the next morning, and in a tight spot. Darnell and crew met us and were absolutely incredible. They were hospitable, professional, efficient, and caring. They were willing and able to not only safely tow our vehicle, but also get us to our hotel in Durango (Over 50 minutes away from the shop). Special shout-out to Cadence for getting us to the hotel. You don't know how much we appreciate it! We agree with another rater below 10 stars if possible.P.S. We made the train the next morning.

As a full-time rver it can be hard to get your class a in to get work done. Nobody likes to work on them. KDR got me in got me fixed when an unexpected Complications happened. They recommended a motel and even helped save us some money on the room. I would like to thank them for getting me on the road as soon as they could and would highly recommend them for any service work needed

Clay helped our family out this weekend and I d give 10 stars if I could!! Got to us within 20 minutes of calling, part was ordered and arrived within minutes of arriving at his shop. They went above and beyond what we could have expected from any towing/repair company and they are just good good people. Thanks again Clay for your help!

Love these guys, and after getting royally screwed by Chase's Diesel service of Odessa TX (make sure to never break down there) I've got a bit of PTSD with truck shops...Had a big vibration on my Peterbilt coming into town on a Sunday and their man met me in a parking lot, examined the problem and gave me some advice. On a Sunday! That's service! Pulled into the shop Monday morning and they spent half a day going over the truck with a fine tooth comb. Ultimately they determined the problem was deeper than what we could solve today and I elected to limp it home, but we eleimated a lot of what if's!In a town full of out-of-business diesel shops, they have a great place with a nice parts department and friendly folks. Refreshing.. Breaking down sucks, but if your close enough to this place to get it here, you probably won't be disappointed.

Great customer service and fair and honest price. Would definitely recommend their services. We were driving by in our RV and noticed a strange noise. Stopped here and the were able to squeeze us in and have us back on the road the next day. Had to wait overnight for our part. Thank you!

We were stranded with an electrical issue. These guys went above and beyond to not only tow and repair our rig. They cared for us as well. Save yourself the frustration of calling shop after shop (like we did).These guys will help you!

Very professional, very prompt, felt very comfortable leaving my truck in there care.But not only did they fix my semi when I needed a ride from the motel back to the semi they were there immediately and picked me up. I live in Washington Sate, but my Sister and Brother in law, recently retired and were on their way South when their huge motor home broke good, starting in Idaho. They had huge problems finding someone to help them until they found Kustom Diesel. Because of their awesome hard working morals, they turned a 2 week fix into a few days. I am so grateful to them for taking care of my family. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Broken down in AZ in a large truck with my family two hours from Cortez. Called multiple tow companies and nobody could help us. Kustom Diesel drove two hours to pick us up and get us safely to a repair shop. They were professional, fairly priced, and our saving grace. Friendly people and enjoyed the mechanic but watch out when they present your bill. They did not install any parts but just one hour labor. $270.00 plus tax! Ouch, or rather double ouch.

Out of town traveling thru to Yellowstone and engine on our RV with a 400 Cummins was overheating. They flushed our radiator and put on a new fuel filter. Problem solved and back on road.
