This is my favorite place in town to go to! They always have me in and out and are incredibly friendly. They also are one of the only businesses I have been to that doesn t try and overcharge and work in integrity!

I prefer the guys and especially the supervisor of Airport location over all other locations. All emplyees personable to all custoners when I've been there, winter,spring, summer or fall. THANKS EVERYONE! !!!!!

Love the place in and out. They really involved you by showing you what they did, how the engine looks, what's needed and they did not try to up sell me anything. I will continue to take my vehicles there. They even vacuum my car and cleaned the windows no extra charge.

Took my CRV for an oil change and was greeted immediately by several friendly folks. A complimentary cup of coffee was a plus while waiting. The oil change was done as it should be and in a timely manner. It's a great place for an oil change, especially for someone who is on the go. Greetings from California!

I went in for a break inspection this morning and Ron helped me out tremendously. Apparently when I had my breaks done by B&M auto on hugo street. They did not put the bottom bolts that hold my breaks on . However Ron was able to find some replacement bolts for me.

The customer service on my initial visit was great. Unfortunately I did not double check their work and they overfilled my oil significantly. I called them to see if there was anything they could do to help remediate the issue and they.... *checks notes* "did not overfill it" and just kept defending themselves instead of trying to find any resolve. Now my engine with 28k has a valve tick after driving, needs to go to a real mechanic and I have to pay. Attached image of dipstick.Either they didn't fully drain it or they overfilled it but either way they are attempting to deny liability. Significantly overfilling the oil like this shop did to me causes it to get whipped into a foam by the crank shaft. As a foam it cannot properly lubricate the engine and will cause damage. Don't get caught in the same scenario and just stay away from grease monkey. I will be following through on this to try to prevent it from happening to anyone else.Follow up: changed to two , Ron from this location contacted me a few days later and was a bit more receptive to my issue and is at least refunding the oil change. After re doing the oil it came out clean so I'm hoping no damage was done. Oil was a qt + filter capacity over.

Good service and polite customer service. Plugged a tire with no issues, came back for a tire plug again and no problems. Service times are average, and the waiting room is a tad bit small, but free coffee!

don t waste your time going here they charged $92 dollars for an Oil change on a 2015 Dart which most places charge 45-65 for the type of oil my car takes 10/10 DONT recommend.

This trip to the Monkey was okay, usually when you get an oil change you get full service, fluids filled, windows cleaned, wipers checked, and so on. Not this trip, the bare minimum was done and after I did an inspection the next morning I found a few things disconnected that don't just disconnect themselves, coincidence?Staff was friendly.

The customer service on my initial visit was okay. Unfortunately the work was not great and needs to be double checked. They either overfilled my oil significantly or didn t replace everything correctly. A few days later I begin to notice puddles of oil under my car that where not there before. I went back and they told me it was because they didn t wipe everything clean. After they ensured that was the problem and things should not leak. It s been a week. I parked in a different area and no change. They say there is nothing they can do.Stay away from this place. This used to be an honest and great shop. Not sure what happed. I will be going to a real shop to prevent and stop any damage that was done here.This was a waste of $147.Service: Oil change
