I took my car here after the Mazda dealership said I would need to pay $1800 for a new bumper and splash guard. They told me that my bumper was damaged but not a safety issue, and my car could safely drive without a splash guard. They recommended replacing it when I could get to it, but they made my car drivable when the dealership wouldn't. All of their prices are clear and given upfront. I really appreciate them!

These guys very dependable and knowledgeable on all aspects of automotive repair. They let me know what the problem was how much it would cost to fix and all the issues I should deal with immediately and all the small things that could wait. The repairs were fast and alot cheaper than all other shops I went to 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable new shop.

Thank you EXO for taking care of my truck. They fixed a couple different problems on my truck, and even though it took a couple weeks, John kept me informed about what was going on. He even called me during a recent snow storm to inform me that there were no part deliveries those days. Overall, I ve had a good experiences with EXO.

Love working with EXO! I ve been a loyal customer with them for all my maintance needs for a few years now and they have always kept me in the loop on the issues and been very transparent with what my vehicle needs. Highly recommend using them.

Exo helped me with my warranty job on my vehicle. Even when these warranty companies took forever with my approval. John helped so much fighting for me and making sure that they took care of me. I can t thank John enough for all his help and his team

While they weren't able to complete the work I needed, (niche computer work needed) they offered a very affordable diagnostic and gave me great service when I went in. They explained everything to me until I was comfortable and were fast and accurate. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle there for any future work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I definitely don t recommend to anyone. My truck has lived there for almost 3 months. Many excuses no one was on the same page on my vehicle tons of confusion. I finally picked up my vehicle from them probably about a week ago. tons of lose hose clamps that cause over heating from the coolant. I won't bring my vehicle back there. I am also missing my OB2 senser I normally leave in my vehicle. They offer me a free oil change to make up for my losses but quite frankly, I wouldn t allow them to change my cat litter. A hard lesson learned. I will only be taking my vehicle to the dealership.

Mike and his team are absolutely AMAZING!! My 1st visit was the absolute best! He not only fixed and corrected a problem that the dealership had created, which I might also add I took my car back to them 3 times previously prior to bringing it to Mike and his guys, he did an amazing inspection check on my car to be sure there were no other problems! I was leaving for Texas the next day! You will not be disappointed with the quality of the work and the economic value! I m a forever customer!!!

Terrible experience with this place. I don t know much about cars but they seem to be dishonest and terrible with communication. I ll stick to the dealerships.I m the one with the tan Jeep that had to come back 3 times and the last time I said I just wanted to know which coil pack was changed and didn t have any more money to pay for repairs and then your mechanics offered to look at it for free which then ended up with your mechanics keeping it over night with no communication when it was suppose to just be a couple hours and then charging me for the faulty coil pack that you put in the next day. You can t find me by name cause Mike spelled my name wrong.

Overall an excellent service, the only downside was the delays from BMW shipping parts out to their shop(which wasn t their fault). Once everything arrived at their shop the vehicle was ready within the hour.

My wife's car broke down and was able to make it to Exo. They took it in and was able to find the problem even though it was not evident.. Got the part on the next day and put it together. Very good price too. Thanks guys

Every time I go to EXO, they treat me like family. They have my back with getting my car in ASAP, explain all of the little things to me, and they don t lowball me. As a woman, this is way too common everywhere else and I m telling you, they are nowhere near capable of lowballing in the slightest. I wish more car shops were like them. I m moving to Denver soon, but I d still drive the miles to get my car looked at by them. A THOUSAND percent recommend EXO to anyone and everyone!

My experience at Eco Auto was disappointing from the very beginning. From the moment I called for some information and the lack of information that was given to me before I even got there. I needed to get my car to be inspected so I called them up and the guy at the front desk they will be able to get me in that day which was early afternoon on July 3rd which was a lie. I was never told it was just a drop shop so I had to wait around to get picked up, not even realizing these guys were going to keep my car over night. around 330 that day I asked if my car was done and they said no they weren't able to get to it and they were just about to close. I asked them if my vehicle is going to be secured and safe and I was told it was going to be secured but that too was a lie. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought nothing of it. July 5th came around and I asked if my car was ready and they said yes, so I make. my way down there and I tell them before you guys work on it I need to get some things out of my vehicle, as I go to my car I noticed everything that was in there was missing and I brought it up to the owner John and he said he has no idea that none of his guys notified him about that. Long story short the car was broken into on 4th of July weekend and John stated he was not going to take responsibility for what happened due to the fact he did not want to seem like he's at fault or guilty of what happened. I filed a police report and continued business with them. While they were working on my car I experienced a lack of professionalism and communication. I used my warranty and apparently this company does not use warranty parts which was never communicated with me until the day I was told my car was ready. So instead of me paying a few hundred dollars my bill ended up to be over 1200 out of my pocket, not including what my warranty was supposed to cover. All because the lack of communication where exo auto did not let me know they would be using their own parts apart from warranty parts, if I would have known or would have been communicated with this information I would have taken my car elsewhere. This was one of the worse experiences I ever went through with a repair shop.

Run for the hills. Don't ever take your vehicle here. It'll sit there and never get worked on and then when it does the problem will never be fixed.

Michael and his crew took care of me 2 weeks in a row. First week i could tell my clutch as starting to slip in my car, which I use for work so I had to get it right in. They replaced it and my front brakes (I had been planning on) and had my car back to me by the end of the day.I was only able to afford this because they offer financing. My clutch was $1500 parts and labor. The application was easy to complete and I received immediate results. Fortunately I was approved for more than I need, so I was able to cover my expenses.The following week my starter went out. They had the car back to me in a matter of hours and I was able to roll the cost into my previous credit approval.Big thanks to Michael and all his guys!! They did an excellent job! Completely unsatisfactory. Front desk attendant is lippy and impolite, and the staff stop working hours before closing. Your car will sit here for days, they have no sense of urgency. When they get to it, the vehicle will be given the bare minimum treatment.

I'm going to be real here, I came to this shop because I needed a cheap oil change, and these guys have the best price in town. I was not expecting much for the price, but boy, was I WRONG. The service was fast, everyone was extremely friendly, and they even did a couple extras for me! When my vehicle required a special tool, they ordered it right away, and got the job done perfectly. I was so happy, I scheduled my next maintenance for later the same week.These guys are the real deal. I've been looking for a new mechanic since my buddy started working out of town, and I am happy to say, I found them.

So, I don t even know where to begin. I had the most awful experience. At first Micheal was gonna replace my timing chain and my turbo for 3800 dollars and I said go ahead and fix it and then he took my whole car apart , Called me back and said that my engine needed to be replaced so he advised me to call my finance company and insurance company to see if they would fix it our total it out which wasn t even an option. So I told him to put it back together and I would trade it in. So he said he would put it back together . He put it back together but it was way worse then when I dropped it off . The only thing wrong with my car when I dropped it off was you could here a little noise from the chain when you would first start it in the morning and then it would go away . When I picked up my car my check engine light WAS on ; and he told me not to drive to Denver and that my car wasn t reliable . My was reliable when I dropped it off I had been driving it all over from point A to B. I get close to woodmen and my car lit up like a Christmas tree, my battery assist came on, my windows wouldn t go back up my car was pouring smoke and my power steering went out . The guy at the dealership told me my car was leaking differential fluid . It was pouring oil. I thought my car was on fire at one point . The dealership told me they were gonna let me leave in that car. The fact that YOU MICHAEL let me leave inside this car and drive it away knowing you didn t put it back together correctly could have killed me the day before my daughters birthday . I am completely appalled by all of this and you should give me my money back . You charged me 1,800 dollars and almost killed me . Do not do buisness with this man .

Once again, another first rate experience. Took my Ford Escape in for an oil change and transmission flush, and they caught my rear brake pads almost metal to metal, saving me the cost of new rotors. This is the kind of going the extra mile that causes me to keep coming back. I look forward to my visits there as I m always met with a smile and a welcoming attitude from all the staff. Additionally, they are professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. I am a customer for life!
