Great shop! They do it all from lift kits to speed work to regular maintenance. The owner Geoff is Super friendly and honest, and his guys are awesome. They actually look out for your wallet and best interests concerning the longevity of your vehicle. That kind of integrity has built my trust. So much so that I take all my cars in for regular maintenance to avoid the big problems that come along if you don t maintain your vehicles. Family owned and local. My favorite kind of business!

Geoff is fair, honest and works his business with the highest of integrity. He has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to take care of our cars. He has helped us save thousands of dollars by discovering problems we were having were either recalls or still covered under warranty. We appreciate and trust Geoff - 10 out of 10 recommend him to everyone we know.

A referral from Buzy Bee Heating and Cooling A.Thomas. I am very satisfied with their diagnosis on my Tucson Hybrid and they will be performing the auto repairs. Staff members are courteous, attentive, listen to all concerns, taking into account what others could not find, 3 inspections from 2 companies could not diagnose the issues, and Waters did!They were able to accommodate me for my appointment at my convenience and quickly assessed my vehicle.

Waters Auto Repair Shop is hands down the best repair shop I ve ever visited. After taking my car into Christian Brothers for a rattling sound and bad smell, they said I needed an entirely new engine for $11k. I took it to Waters for a second opinion and they got my problems taken care of without an engine replacement for $3000. It s been months later and my car hasn t had a single issue since! The guys there were so nice and professional and I plan to come to them for all future car problems.

These guys do amazing work. They took my car in next day and performed the work in record time, even gave me a loaner car. The work was done quickly, but no shortcuts were taken. Can't recommend enough.

I brought in my 2018 WRX and ended up replacing my transmission with these guys. They told me it would be done in about 3 weeks and just about cut that time in half. I got a call and figured Geoff was going to update me on how my car was doing. He started the conversation with are you ready to come pick up your car? 10/10 would recommend to a friend for Subaru repairs. Geoff and the team know what they are doing when it comes to diagnosing and repairing vehicles. They are very committed to doing a good job in a timely fashion, and communicate with you throughout the whole process. There was no hidden fees at the end, in fact he gave me a bill that was $900 less than I expected to pay. If you have a Subaru that needs a repair, I highly recommend these guys.Service: Transmission replacement

I had a weird issue with my car and had a hell of a time finding a shop that would fix it. These guys took me in same day and fixed my issue as fast as humanly possible. Even had to order the part, and finished it within a day.Awesome service, highly recommend Waters Auto Repair

I went to Christian brothers just because it was close to me, for a problem. They provided a very very costly estimate with random problems too. I could not afford it and wanted to look for a smaller family owned business. Luckily I found Jeff! He explained to me my cars problem and literally helped me save over $1000. I really appreciated his transparency with everything. He also offered me shuttle service and texted me updates throughout. I will definitely come back for other car issues!

Geoff and his team are very knowledgeable and diligent in their work on my cars. I've recommended people to him as well and Waters Auto Repair has not let me down. It is a small shop that is just starting out, and a little hard to find, but this is the type of shop everyone dreams of finding. Great mechanics at a fair price and will only have you do the repairs you need.

I was having an intermittent problem with my clutch pedal on my 2014 Ford Fiesta ST getting stuck after depressing it. It was somewhat difficult to reproduce, however when it occurred in traffic it was challenging at times.I called around to a few different shops in the area and decided to take it to Waters Auto Repair on July 12, 2023, as Geoff and Zac said that they could look at it later that day and diagnose the issue and then provide me with an estimate.I received a call later that afternoon and Geoff and Zac recommended to replace the clutch master cylinder and to also bleed the clutch hydraulic system. I picked up my vehicle the next day and it has worked perfectly since then as the clutch pedal no longer intermittently sticks when depressed.I will definitely use the expert services of Waters Auto Repair when the need arises in the future for any of my vehicles. Pricing for their services were very fair and quite a bit more inexpensive than the Ford Dealerships.Service: Transmission

Great service. They were able to fit me in their busy day and even made sure i had a ride to and from my home when it was time to get my car. They were all very helpful and even sent me a text to approve any additional changes. I attached the pictures that were sent. Apparently, some creature had decided my car was a safe and warm place for a night. They even replaced my window washer fluid. All in all, very impressed.The only thing that made today a little difficult was finding them. They are tucked away in the back parking lot. Just keep your eyes open and you will find them.

We had our car towed to Waters Auto Repair on the recommendation of a neighbor. The car had shut down on the side of the highway and we had no idea what the problem was. Geoff was very responsive and helpful. After looking at our car he discovered there were several unrepairable issues with the engine. He recommended we contact the dealership as there have been recalls on the hybrid engine for our specific model, and there was a chance the engine would be eligible for replacement vs us paying $9k for him to replace. I appreciate his honesty and advice, and genuinely feel as though he cared about my best interests. Geoff has earned our business on our other two cars, and I will be happy to recommend him to others.

Geoff and his team quickly took care of a problem that I thought was going to impossible. They got the car on Friday and was done with the repair needed on Monday, this includes other items they found wrong. I was very happy with the communication they had with me and the final price. Would recommend them to anyone for the work they did for me.Updated 3/3/2023. Just wanted to add to my review that they continue to be awesome. Took my car there and they had it looked at within a day. Great service and amazing communication.

These guys were amazing. I did not have a designated mechanic until I met these guys. This is where I will take my car from here on out. The whole staff was extremely friendly, transparent, and fair. This is a top tier auto shop.

Geoff and Chris do a phenomenal job at Water's Auto! They are very friendly and personable and have extremely fair pricing. Above all, they really care about their customers and actually take pride in their work. I was impressed with how well they know each of their customers by name and take a genuine interest in their lives.It didn't matter to Geoff that I don't drive the nicest/newest car in town, they still took just as much pride in fixing it and helping me get back on the road as with the brand new cars they were working on. I have typically done my own work on my vehicles as I have seen so many other mechanics take advantage of their customers time and time again.I did a lot of research before trusting Waters Auto, and I finally found a mechanic I'll come back to! Geoff and Chris are hard workers, personable people, and honest mechanics. I will definitely be coming back to Waters Auto!

I actually found Waters Auto Repair from a Google search and all of the reviews were right on. I went there for the first time today and I am so happy I found this place. Geoff was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was very appreciative that he was able to get the work done in a timely manner as well. His pricing was fair and he just made a not so fun thing (having to spend money on your car) a great experience. I will for sure be back and I would recommend to anyone I know. Geoff is knowledgeable and honest. This shop was recommended through Facebook and right away I could see why. He is great at communicating and truly takes pride in his work. Depending on where you need to go, they have shuttle service - you can't beat that! Also, his staff was extremely friendly. My car needed a handful of repairs and Geoff kept me updated along the way, which gave me a huge piece of mind. They truly went above and beyond to provide an awesome experience.

I was passing thru on a road trip when my Jeep started leaking some fluid from under the engine bay that was hard for me to diagnose on my own. Jeff (one of the owners I think) was willing to work with my schedule to get it looked at it ASAP and they were even able to get the repairs done same day so I didn't lose any time on my trip. Great price too. I talked to one of their mechanics Chris about the work he did and he pointed out some things to keep an eye on, and everyone in the shop was really nice which isn't exactly common for a mechanic, especially one that does good work.I'm referring all my CO friends and family here, and if I'm close enough next time I need work done I'd probably just make the trip up for it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So glad I found this place! I always try to take my car to small businesses that do honest work. Geoff was super helpful and personable. I was told I needed a ton of work at the dealership and came here for a second opinion. So glad I did bc I got great service for much lower cost. They gained a loyal customer today. Will be coming back for future services needed on my car!!

I WISH I COULD RATE 10000 STARS. You don t understand!I drive a very old Ford Escape that every month gives me a headache, I spent all my savings fixing the car since I got it from a dealership that scammed me.They are not only the most honest people I ve met but also extremely professional and EMPATHETIC PEOPLE, empathetic. They don t try to take advantage of you charging for things you don t need, very transparent and efficient.I honestly recommend them to everyone.Jeff is literally the best and he went above and beyond to provide me the best experience.Need any mechanical repair? Say no more, they are the best.

Geoff is a good hand. Communication is next level, honest in every interaction. Waters Auto has done a couple of jobs for me including a transmission that was at 3 other shops. I should have just let Geoff do it in the first place. Do yourself a favor. Just let Waters handle it. 10 stars. Still with them 9/1/23

Geoff Waters is awesome. I took my car to him because another repair facility and told me I needed to replace the entire steering rack, the outer tie rod ends, and the power steering pump. Although the power steering pump did need to be replaced, Geoff determined that the other leaks were from an axle seal. I saved $800 and got the correct work done!12. 18. 18 updateMy car is running beautifully since the work was done by Waters Auto Repair. I recently told them how pleased I am with the work, but Geoff Waters asked a lot of follow up questions and I told them that the power steering pump seemed to be making a whining sound, even though the steering is working smoothly. He immediately told me to bring the car back in so he could replace the pump. That is the kind of commitment to excellence and customer service you get from Waters Auto Repair!!4. 9. 19 UpdateMy experience with Waters Auto repair gets even better! Months after the second power steering pump was installed it was making a noise. I mentioned it to Geoff Waters and he said that he hasn't been happy recently with the remanufactured steering pumps. His solution was to install a new factory power steering pump without charging me for labor and with only a slight charge for the difference in his cost for the factory pump. I used to only hear about this kind of service, but with Waters Auto Repair, I am experiencing it personally!

Outstanding customer service. They were running a little behind schedule on a timing belt for my truck but still banged it out for me by the end of the day even past closing time. People appreciate this kind of work, quality, on time, and trustworthy. I got an appointment super quick and was able to leave the truck the night before. Very nice shop, very nice people, and very nice work.
