i recently had a problem come up with my car & went to 3 different mechanics to find out the issue / a quote. This is really the first time I feel that I found a COMPLETELY honest mechanic who was looking out for my best interest. The turnaround time was very quick & my car is running beautifully. I m so thankful to have found the mechanics here & plan to use them for future work. 10/10 recommend

We have used Broadway Estates Conoco for 30 years. Paul, Jim, Tim and now Mike not only perform repairs on our vehicles they care for us. I have been going to Broadway Estate Conoco for years. I thought I had a scary transmission leak this time, but Mike found it was just a seal. He replaced it cheaper and faster than I could do it myself. BEC is an honest and reliable shop that communicates well with customers.

Brought my vehicle to Estates Conoco to have what i thought might be expensive repair work. However, Mike quickly pointed out that no repairs were needed; just a quick adjustment. Wow what honesty. Now that's a business I can trust!

I've been a customer for over two decades and spent a great deal of money on repairs and service. When the ownership and technicians changed there was a change in attitude and the customer service once received began to diminish. The most recent incident involved them ruining one of my front tires during a routine oil change. It was an accident and they offered to replace the tire. The tire did not arrive, as promised, in time so I was unable to use my vehicle for a scheduled trip. When I came back a week later the tire had arrived. I asked the technician (Mike) if he was concerned about safety by only replacing one tire. He commented that "it wasn't ideal." I asked it there was a safety concern and he developed and attitude and said, "I can't replace $1200 of tires." With that I told him to replace the tire and left. The customer service has declined but more importantly, the concern for customer safety seems to be gone. Regrettably, so has my patronage to this business.

We were referred here and now I know why. Our experience was great and Mike will continue to be our go to mechanic from here on out. He was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and all of our options. Would highly recommend!

Update: Referred 2 other people to Broadway and they had a similarly great experience....These guys are so good it's almost unreal. I would put money on them beating anyone on price, quality, AND communication. (1) You'll deal directly with a service manager who is a master mechanic and takes full ownership of your case. (2) You can trust them to be honest about what does and doesn't need to be done. (3) They won't gouge you with weird charges for things like bolts and 10% "disposal" fees... Christian Brothers, which does solid work, quoted me $5k for a job Broadway did for half that. They spent about a dozen hours over 3 days changing out my Explorer's water pump and timing chains, and Jim called me several times before the scheduled appointment to ensure that they had all the parts ready to go. Jim called half a dozen times and texted me pictures while working to keep me informed, and, for a very reasonable fee, they troubleshot, researched, and corrected a weird relay issue that was caused by another repair shop. Compared to shops like AutoNation where your vehicle will sit for a week before anyone bothers to look at it, there should actually be a different word for what these experts are. It's not fair to call them both mechanics.Service: Engine repair

Broadway Estates has friendly, respectful staff. They replaced my radiator last summer and since then I've decided to go to them for all of my auto repair needs. I went for an oil change and they looked over my entire car. They went in great detail explaing the issues my car was having. He even drew a picture to help me understand. I highly recommend Broadway Estates. Broadway Estates was recommended to us by a family friend. Now my brother and I both go to Broadway Estates.If you want honest trustworthy mechanics that's where you should go.Service: Oil change

I came for an oil change as I have for years. I asked them to check my brakes/rotors, but they turned out to be fine. I love how I can trust them to do only what is needed and not do any extra or try to oversell me. I have recommended this station to others and everyone has been happy. I came in to get an oil leak checked and repaired. Mike told me that the leak I was worried about wasn t something to be concerned about yet and to keep an eye on it. I really appreciated his honesty and his unwillingness to try and sell me a service that wasn t necessary. This tells me that this is a business I can trust and will definitely go out of my way to support for all of my mechanical needs in the future. A true gem!! A friend recommended Jim. I'm so happy to find a mechanic I can trust. I took in my Infiniti to get new brakes because the dealership said they were bad and one needed new rotors too. Jim took a look and my brakes have 5-10,000 miles left. I've been coming here since I've been in Colorado my parents used them for years like 15 or 20 years. I highly recommend them. They're all kind and considerate and they know a lot about cars, trucks and vans!!
