Having battery problems. They escorted me to the correct row and even suggested a great product. It worked great! Also met a fuzzy puppy and asked if there was a groomer in town for my puppy. They were a source of knowledge... Found the dog store and my dog got a bath!. Great day in town! Thanks NAPA!

I suddenly had trouble getting my gas cap to click shut after I had filled up my tank that day. Since I was up in the mountains with my two kids, I was somewhat worried about driving it around like that. Caleb, the salesperson, was nice enough to take a peek and troubleshoot what was wrong. He recommended a new cap and helped me put it on right then and there, despite it being a busy day. I'm grateful for his help. Everyone at the store was very friendly.

Talk about wonderful service here!! The employees are awesome, the service is absolutely super, and they treat you with utmost respect. Our vehicle was in need of a major part while on our vacation. We called in to Napa here, and within minutes we were told they had the part in stock and ready for us to purchase. Talk about service with a smile - there you have it, folks!

We needed a new thermostat after buying a new one at another auto parts store a few days earlier. The guys at Napa were knowledgeable and got us the right part and gasket we were able to install it right in the parking lot and continued with our trip!

Came in to get some power steering fluid. The young lady working there help me find the proper fluid I needed for my power steering. She was very informative and help me get in and out of the store quickly. Great place friendly people

The staff is so helpful! Went in looking for a low beam bulb for my Subaru and wondering if I would be able to do it myself, next thing I knew I had bought the part and the guy working had called his son in law to come by and help me!

Allen was amazing! Helped this girl with ordering parts, advice and works closely with Ron Diesel Dawg (Who is also an awesome mechanic in BV). Would recommend this napa highly!!!

Tourist town, do not have a code reader to loan. Must go to their shop in the back so they can charge you $25. Take advantage of the tourists. Love NAPA, disappointed they feel the need to take advantage. For what it's worth Car Quest does the same thing.
