My headlights went out, so I called to see if I could find the fuse at this NAPA store. I spoke with an associate named Cody, who was extremely patient and helpful. He guided me through finding the right fuse in my fuse box over the phone. Later, I went into the store, and he helped me replace the fuse. It wasn t the fuse, but that wasn t his fault. Cody helped me through the painstaking process of finding the proper headlight bulbs. He detached one of them, so we could make sure I was getting the right one. I came away from this evening with a new fuse and all new headlight bulbs.He was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and I am so grateful for his help.

I was prepared to leave a very positive post about this place because I had a very good experience about a month ago but I have been in there 3 times since then with a very different experience. There's a gentleman that wears a hat with dark glasses that was friendly the first time but has been extremely unfriendly every time since. He's completely disconnected on his phone the entire time I've been there and asked bothered that anybody comes into a store so he has to look up from phone. When there was a problem not being able to find something he made zero effort in helping. The rest of the crew there is very responsive but definitely not this gentleman and sadly I have to leave this review based off of my experience with him solely because he does not represent the Napa brand well at all. If he doesn't want to be there he shouldn't be.

Great service and unlike other auto Parts stores these guys know what they re doing right Parts the first time. Definitely recommend Napa and Broomfield.Matt, the manager is always prompt and ready to help with some of my hard questions and hard to find parts

Cody at the University store is AWESOME!!! He is very knowledgeable, sincerely helpful and he is a super communicator. We will never go anywhere else for auto parts!!!

Placed an online order for a battery it told me was in stock and a couple of other items and the battery and one of the other items was not in stocks when i arrived. It said it would be available in 30 min or less and i hadn't received an email so after getting there I was told they had just received it. The younger guy with the my paperwork was cool and helpful and just provided an explanation of what was happening then got my refund processed. The one sitting next to him had a snooty comment along the lines of that's why you wait for the email, when obviously there was some issue in the system that delayed the order getting through. I've been a service advisor for a shop that ordered from these guys quite a bit and it was always constant issues and nothing has changed. Also not a good look vaping in the store and sitting on your phone when a customer is approaching. I would take my business elsewhere for anybody reading this.

My battery in my car died at the gas station next door. I walked over to the Napa and Eric helped me with finding a battery and replacing my dead battery. He showed exemplary customer service. I highly recommend this location, I was treated like a human being not just money walking through the door. Thank you Eric!

We needed a radiator for my brother who is on vacation. He picked something up on the road & it popped the radiator. We found 2 at this store. The box was open. We were told it was because they checked it and it was good. We drove it all the way Laramie, WY and went to put it in. It was twisted and a bracket was busted clean off. We made it clear that it was going to be put in in Laramie & thusly needed to be good. I really hate when people lie to your face to make a sale. I hope she at least made a good commission off screwing someone in need. I would highly recommend that other people not risk buying parts from this store, I know I won't!

Very helpful in selecting power steering pump and pulling hardware off the old one. Swapping cores saved money plus I got $5 off for being a member.Excellent store, staff.

I came in for a damaged wiper blade and within five minutes it was fixed. Russ was tremendously helpful, couldn t recommend him more.

Night before I came in unacknowledged while employee and ? were watching some video on computer. I said "Excuse me." and got no response, so I left.Today I went in and actually was acknowledged. Bought my oil and left. Place is extremely, if not too, casual. Almost run like almost a business.

These guys are awesome and very understanding. I have been having such a rough time finding parts for my subaru, and they helped me not only figure out that my engine had been swapped, but exchange my parts for exactly what I needed right then and there. While they are a bit out of my way, I will for sure go to them before the advanced auto across the street from my house; that's how good I feel about going there.

I visited the Napa here in Broomfield when I gave a lift to my brother's friend who was stuck due to a U joint problem in her American full size truck. I will just sound like a fool about it as my particular expertise is geared towards the Japanese small car arena and nowhere near the drive train.I was impressed by the quality of service she received. Outstanding, which is par for the Napa course - even when a particular seal called for a referral to a different store to get the job done when she needed it - and also by the fact that at no time did any person there send that Energy that most women are all too familiar with.I was grateful for the time that was given to my friend also because I had time to remember I needed wiper blades and got them there.If only my favy NAPA had the right part for my memory. Ha!Thank you so much for taking the time and making the effort. You are appreciated muchly.

Great service, store is clean and updated. Clerks were knowledgeable and happy to help. They had every part I needed and even a few choices to choose from. 1/3 of the price if the dealer and their service is better than the big auto parts chains.

I drive past several other auto parts stores to go to this one. The staff is excellent, especially Rick who has been a big help as I look for parts/advice for my classic. A+ big guy. You're da man!

I go here usually when there is a specific part I'm looking for, which they will usually have compared to other stores. I always go to other stores when possible, however, so I don't have to deal with antiquated attitudes and being talked down to because I'm young and a woman. I get they're trying to do their job but dismissing what I ask for just to take another ten minutes of discussion to get to exactly what I asked for in the first place can get very annoying as a customer.

After the loss of the best parts guy they had a couple years ago, not too friendly anymore. Fella named David was absolutely great with helping find or figure out what was needed. Still my go to parts store though

The only thing better than the warranties that Napa has on parts you buy is the service that this particular store offers. While troubleshooting some electrical problems on my daughter's RAV4 was having, they warrantied not only the battery (which had been bought at this store by the previous owner) but also the alternator which I had purchase a year ago. I feel like they trust their customers and that goes a long way with me.

I went to this napa to get coolant for my Audi a4 and I had a lot of questions about what to do and the two men working there did not want to help me with anything and acted like it was a hassle to answer my questions. Also as I struggled to put apoxy on they two men proceeded to smoke cigarettes and watch me not offering me any help. To say it nicely they were douches. If I could give no stars I would but Google review wouldn't let me post with no stars.

These folks are really nice, and they beat competitors prices often enough to keep them on your list. I always caution people from getting maintenance advice from retail specialists, but for parts and tools this Napa is awesome.

These guys are great, beyond helpful in every way and that is not just a one time review, its consistent. Be prepared that customer service on this level may make your wait a bit longer than expected but it will be worth it.
