I am so satisfied with Red Mountain that I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was looking for a realizable car with 4WD and it was on really short notice. Shane responded to a post I made on Facebook looking for a car and had a killer deal for me. The car is amazing and so was Shane and all the staff. They really gave me an insane deal on a great car. If you re local and looking for something reliable that doesn t break the bank I highly recommend you go to Red Mountain they will take great care of you

I recently bought a car from Red Mountain Auto for my son. The price was well below Kelly Blue Book and they took extra time to inspect the car and replace the brakes and tires. They even let my son pick out the snow tires! For a mom of a new driver, that warranted 5 stars! Thank you for being honest and responsive. The process was so easy and the price was more than fair!

Shane and Co at Red Mountain really got us out of a jam. My daughter s car died and we were in a rush to get her reliable transportation on a somewhat limited budget. Red Mountain had a good selection of reasonably priced vehicles including a Nissan Rogue that worked perfectly for us. Best of all, we didn t have to leave Summit County to make it happen. We would definitely recommend Red Mountain Autos.

Shane was able to squeeze us into a full schedule after my girlfriends car broke down upon arriving in Breckenridge. Got us fixed and running just in time for us to leave! Would recommend them to anyone, they were kind and understanding of our situation, which no other shop was. 10/10

I needed to sell my vehicle before returning to home. Found Red Mountain Autos online and after reading the reviews decided to see if they had any interest in purchasing it. What a pleasant experience dealing with Shawn at Red Mountain Auto. Very professional in assessing the vehicle and made a very fair and reasonable offer to purchase the vehicle. Did a handshake deal and was able to close the transaction the next day. Great to see there are still professional, honest people to make a successful transaction. Highly recommend Red Mountain Auto, I will certainly bring my vehicles to them for any service needs in the future.

Shane @ Red Mountain Auto is an absolute blessing. He helped my husband and I get into a car when our car broke down. He worked with us on the down payment and got us into the car just before the snow storm. We are so thankful for him and everyone at this carlot!! Just awesome! We were coming in from Denver when the tire pressure light turned on. Turned out we had a roofers nail in one of our tires. We could not have been more fortunate, this shop was fantastic and Patrick fixed us up quickly. Hands down the spot to go to when you need help with your vehicle. Thank you guys!

These guys are the biggest waste of time and money. Please for your sake, go anywhere else. Made an appointment over the phone and explained everything in great detail that I needed for my car. They even told me someone would drive with me to see what s up with my clutch. Day of the appointment, they have literally NO NOTES about my car, and say we only do drop offs, we don t drive with someone . Then they agree for a dude to drive the van 50 yards. The guy (one of the ones who works on your cars) didn t know to put the car back in neutral to turn the car off, or to put the ebrake on when you turn it off. It s a manual. That s the guy who is supposed to work on my clutch? If he ever parks on a hill in a manual and you re the car behind him, you have my deepest sympathies. Then the guy at the desk tells me we need to order the part to give you an estimate . WHAT!? You re supposed to look up the part and combine it with the probable labor, and give the estimate BEFORE YOU ORDER IT. I told him to give me my keys so I could leave. Everyone there looks like they hate their lives and don t care in the slightest to be nice. If you don t know what dumb is, go to red mountain autos and literally everyone there is an amazing, in-person example.

Great experience with Shane & Tim at Red Mountain Autos! My primary vehicle was in the shop for over a week with many issues and no estimated return to service date. This beauty was on their lot, one owner, low miles and priced right. Thank you all.

On August 01, 2023 at about 3:30 PM, my car would not start. It had been working fine until then. I live in Breckenridge and had an important appointment in Denver the next morning, so I was in panic mode. Justin Wilton and his team at Red Mountain Autos were incredibly helpful. Even thought they had a backlog of work and no appointment openings for many days, Justin said he would try to squeeze in a look at my car. Once I got my car to their place, they did, in fact, make time for me. It took quite a while for them to do a very thorough check of my car. (They probably ended up working after closing time.) Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Because of them, I was able to drive my car to Denver the next morning with no trouble at all. THANKS does not begin to say how grateful I am to Justin and the other people at Red Mountain Autos.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the first message to signing on the dotted line, Shane made sure I felt welcome coming into the lot and comfortable leaving the lot in my "new to me" car. Very down to earth and honest. So many good things to say about this place. My car started leaking oil after an oil change gone wrong in the city. 5 people, 1 dog, camp gear for 3 days and on my birthday and these guys saved the day. Got my car in and fixed with only a 3 hour turn around. They were more than fair priced, customer service top notch, abiding by covid requirements and most of all turned what could have been into a disaster into a wonderful detour! Thank you guys!!

Red Mountain fit me in for an emergency tire repair. They take care of locals. And they also service diesel vehicles, including Audis.

Not only the BEST experience I have ever had when needing a repair, but I will purchase my next vehicle there! The owner Shane, is not only professional and super friendly, he was completely honest with me, and for the first time ever, I felt that I could trust somebody in the auto industry. Called the Breckenridge location for a service appointment. The guy on the phone suggested I leave my car at on his lot indefinitely and he would get to it when he could . Not only is that ridiculous but the guy was exceptionally rude. I have never been treated so poorly when attempting to give someone money. Will never darken their door again.

My friend and I were visiting Breckinridge from Canada when we noticed our tire light on and having no idea what to do we googled places nearby and stopped at Red Mountain Autos. They were super busy and had a full schedule that day, but they still took out rental car in to the shop checked all of our tires for us to make sure there were no leaks and filled enough, then sent us safely on our way without even charging! All three men that took care of us were so kind and helpful they made me believe there are still some really good humans left in this world!! If I lived in the area they would get all of my business and if you do live in the area you should give them your support it s well deserved! From the bottom of our hearts Thank You!!!

I went here to purchase a car that caught my eye on their website. I test drove it twice & ended up loving it! I was a first-time buyer not knowing much, and Shane, along with the rest of the team, were wonderful! So helpful, knowledgeable & attentive. They answered all of my questions with ease and made what could have been a very stressful experience for me, a great & memorable one! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

THUMBS WAY DOWN! If I could give this place a Negative 100 I would and save anyone from going here! Horrid experience!!! AVOID THIS AWFUL place!!!! 2,500 dollars later and they gave me faulty parts. Got my truck back wreaking stained with grease and oil marks. They trashed the truck inside and didn t EVEN fix what they set out to do. They didn t even replace the engine cover, but left it sitting in my passenger seat to do myself? A job unfinished and yet they received payment?!? Something is really wrong here. Why do I feel like they robbed me blind? I shouldn t feel that way after a so called repair. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! Not good ppl in general to do this to anyone.

My experience at red Mountain auto with Shane has been extremely well. The used vehicles they carry are in very good condition and not unreasonable in price. Shane did everything he could to make sure our visit was successful And pleasant. The banking institution That lended to us is working well with us. I hope to return to red Mountain auto to pick up another vehicle and soon.

The team at Red Mountain is absolutely fantastic. My right front tire blew on Saturday and my spare wouldn't disengage so I could replace it. They had to spend almost 2 hours to get my spare off so I could use my truck over the weekend. They then ordered me a new set of tires and told me they would be here midday today. They were there when I dropped my truck off at 8 on my way to work, and they were finished installing them and balancing them before 9:30. I HIGHLY recommend them and they will be my permanent mechanic from now on.

I had a great experience at Red Mountain Autos! Shane was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. They gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in car, and I left with an amazing deal. They even set up a service contract so I don't have to worry about any major issues. I'd highly recommend trading in and buying here. Even though the car I bought was a 2005, all my coworkers thought it was a brand new Land Rover!

Hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. Shane was professional and easy going with my family. We drove 2-1/2 hours to test drive a vehicle and were prepared to spend most of the afternoon going through paperwork. The price of the SUV I was looking for was fair at market value. Shane worked with my credit union and had everything lined up when we arrived. I was on the road in no time and we've enjoyed our new SUV. I would absolutely purchase a vehicle at Red Mountain Autos again!

Shane and the guys took care of us even thou they were in the process of moving to a new location. We had brake problems when driving down the mountain to ski Keystone. They had our brakes replaced before we drove home that week with a driving tip for driving the mountains. They also went out of their way to give us a ride to and from shopping while our van was fixed. Excellent service!

I had a great experience with Red Mountain Autos. I posted on a community Facebook group about needing to replace a wheel, and how the big box store where I d bought my tires was jerking me around & wanting to charge me $500. Shane reached out to me and went out of his way to find a wheel and saved me nearly $300. I will use & recommend RMA to anyone in the high country. Thank you Red Mtn Autos!

This place is a rip off. Our car sat there for over a week and when they finally looked at it we didn t get a detailed estimate or information that was needed. We had it towed to another shop, who charged us 50% less. They also didn t treat my wife well and then charged her after the fact for the estimate without telling her. She felt intimated and taken advantage of. Would avoid unless you had no other choice.

I have lived in the county for many years and owned many vehicles personally and for my delivery business. Red Mountain Autos excels in their turnaround time, prices,, and (most importantly) communication. They actually call you back and do what they say they will do. Justin and Tim are great to work with. Thank you RMA!
