It s a bit of a trek to get my Prius serviced here but it s worth it. I ve worked with many of the service people and they were all friendly and knowledgeable. I don t go to the Toyota dealership that s more convenient for me anymore because my experience here has been consistently better and pleasant every time. Highly recommend!

We on our holiday getaway with cross country road trip. We on our way back from west to east. Heading back home to east coast. We did the all the services we need for our 2021 Toyota 4 Runner but we drive so much 5000 mileage was up when we come across Denver, CO. Just before Christmas Day. We use google to find the nearest Toyota for service and we found the CORWIN Toyota. I just go up there service lane early morning after Christmas Day. No appointment No call ahead. The older gentleman come out and told me they will be open in 7 am and they take care our 4 runner from there. Seth was the service advisor and they was able to help what our 4 runner need without the appointment. Hour later we are back on your vacation and continue the cross country road trip. These guys were amazing to work with. The salesman Zach took time to sit down with me to go over everything i was looking for. He even went the extra mile to showed me his own personal truck to let me get a better idea of what i could expect. Just an overall awesome experience. To the point that im scheduling my 30k annual service with them. So far the service department has been just as great to deal with. I ll definitely be recommending these guys to any of my family or friends looking for a new or used Toyota.

I have been a customer here for over 20 years and have also purchased my last 4 vehicles here as well. It has survived new ownership and a massive renovation. The service department here has always provided terrific customer service. I like the text feature so you can be updated immediately on the service of your car. The new customer waiting area is also comfortable with plenty of seating, free wifi, water and coffee. Clean and bright. Will continue to come here even if I don't own a Toyota.

New and much bigger than before. I bring my Tacoma and 4Runner here for Service even though I purchased both vehicles elsewhere. I like the way they check in and out and you get phone and text updates as you wait in their spacious TV loaded waiting area.

Scott Laur did his best to close a great deal on a used Tacoma. Unfortunately,the truck did not meet there standards and was unable to close the deal. He kept me informed about the vehicle and had the used GM manager contact me. Louis,explained there used car policy and did offer a great deal on another vehicle. I'll definitely send friends and family to Corwin for a great car buying experience!Great experience.

Terrible and shady experience with Corwin Toyota. I had my regular battery replaced. And only when I left Toyota and after asking twice they told me that I had to replace the hybrid battery too. The initial information that I got was: "Just drive and the lights at the dashboard will turn eventually off. The program needs to be reset only." What a scam.The offer for replacing the hybrid battery I got was $3800. I had it done in the Bay Area for $1800. The morning after they replaced my regular battery I asked if I could have my battery and they told me they could not find it.When I picked up the car two of my windows were no longer working (they worked before) and I was informed if I want to fix them it costs $800. The mechanic in the Bay just reset the program and the windows thankfully work again. So Toyota actually lied to me!They also exchanged the oil, but after 2 days of driving the light at the dashboard showed that I needed to refill the oil.I checked and I have no engine leak. I don't know what they did, but I needed to refill the oil.Overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience. They are failing in all accounts of customer service. I will not be doing business with this company again and would NOT recommend them at all.

I would say be VERY careful for the following reasons.Shady fees that don't get announced until deep into the process, that being a theft protection package for 500$. (Possibly others we didn't get that far into the process)Lone policies of no less than 10,000$ to finance at the dealership.Intentionally misleading behavior.The dealer handling fee is NOT included in the price of the carDisrespectful employee behavior if they think they can't sell you.And finally, be warned, if they say car price is negotiable at the dealership, it certainly was for us. In fact, the first thing they said is they were firm on price.

I would leave a zero star review if I could.I brought my 4runner in for an oil change and issue with my window. They inspected my car and said I needed almost $8500 of urgent work. I had my oil changed and had to pay an additional $180 for a diagnostic fee but did not let Corwin Toyota work on my 4Runner. I subsequently took it to a reputable mechanic in boulder county who disagreed with the dealer s assessment and did not feel the majority of the work was indicated. I instead spent $400 with the other shop and had green great service. I will not be coming back to Corwin Toyota.

Angela, my advisor was great. My issue is with the scheduling system. I made an appointment the day prior to my service for 1230pm the next day. I show up and its like I'm just a walk in. I needed brake pads and wound up not having the total service completed until the end of the day after my appointment and it was close to needing to go into a third day. Granted we added some work but had the system worked they should have been prepared for my arrival with the bare minimum parts ready and possible contingent parts for the extra work ordered. Again, Angela was great in getting everything pulled together and getting the work completed just seems like a massive improvement to the online system is needed.Then 3 days later I get a text from their system stating the parts have arrived and to schedule a new appointment. I left thinking all repairs were made. I certainly paid for them. Leaves little confidence.Service: Brakes

I had a very poor experience at this dealership. I went there to address a paint issue. I was there twice in one day and the service manager was too busy to see me. Another manager came out and was very rude and clearly wanted to just get rid of me. I was so disgusted I just left. Stay away!

An appointment that they said on the phone would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours took a little over 5 hours. We were told on the phone they would have their specialist in installing airbags do the job. Turned out the tech had to read the instruction book to figure out how to do the job. I assume the job was done correctly because we had no personal contact with the tech or anyone explaining how the airbags should function. Their communication skills with the customer were quite poor considering we checked back 2 to 3 times for updates on a completion time and the possible times given turned into additional hours. The 2 service managers we talked to were made aware that we were not satisfied with the entire process. We left with the feeling that Boulder Toyota kind of has a take or leave it attitude. Basically it is what it is. Nothing close to our expectation of user friendly service. Maybe it is because I am old school and am totally unaware of how business is done now-a-days. My experience in the past with other Toyota dealerships was much more user friendly and I would say more professional.Service: Suspension/lowering & lift kits

Everyone was very nice and helpful! Service was getting a new car ready for us to take home (just off the truck). We did keep getting our pickup time pushed back, but, to be fair, they were short on staff. They did their best to get us our new car ASAP, and we had it the morning after originally quoted, so not that bad at all! Will be returning for scheduled maintenance!

Quoted a 1.5 hour wait for basic oil service. I was there 3 hours with no update- no apology- rude staff- no response from manager- this place has gone way downhill since it was changed from being Larry Miller Toyota! Avoid this place!!!!!

Pick another service department. I've been to this location 4 times and every time had it's unique issue. Each of these issues requiring me to drive back on another day to get their mistake resolved. Completely unacceptable service and below par relative to other local Toyota service departments.

I really lucked out on Tuesday afternoon (around 4:30) when your service department fit me into your schedule to change my dying battery, check the air pressure in my tires and do a quick oil! Boulder Toyota service department is the best. They always take care of my needs and are so friendly while they do it. I've had many visits between my previous car and now my new one and they're great every time. Today, my car was going to take a couple hours to fix so they even ordered and covered my Lyft home while I waited! Generally pleased with the service, with caveats. Surprised that a battery replacement required leaving my car for a day, but probably just bad timing with their schedule. I was disappointed to find electronic settings were lost, due to power being completely disconnected during the process. I assumed a pro shop would keep minimum power supplied to preserve settings. Also, I requested a $20 discount on the battery, advertised on the website, when I left the car, but the service writer forgot to note that, so I'm waiting for a refund check in the mail. All in all, not the level of service I usually expect from this dealer, but got the job done for a reasonable price.Service: Battery

10k service and fixed the Tire pressure indicator light that had been on even though tires were holding air.We dropped the car off about 1 1/2 hours early as the weather in Boulder was icy and awful and they were able to complete the work in about an hour and get us back on the road to home 2 hours away. I can t tell you what a relief it was to head home in daylight with my wife and dog. Superb service by Boulder Toyota! We ve bought two cars there and I assume we will buy more in large part to their service dept.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

There was a lot of incompetence when using their service department.From; Mis-diagnosed the issue. Part was ordered and hadn t received a phone call to tell me that it was in. I had to call two times and wait on hold for an extended amount time while they located the part, which they couldn t find the first time and I had to call back the next day. Fortunately they found the part at that time. Dropped my vehicle off to have the part installed to find out the wrong part had been ordered. Although, the master tech that was to install the part found the part was not the issue and was able to fix the issue quite easily according to the notes.So, I had wasted another full day with out my work vehicle, being that it could have been diagnosed correctly. I feel pretty lucky it was an easy fix that didn t need the part, otherwise I would have another day with out my work vehicle.Fortunately, this was all under Larry Miller s warranty that came with my vehicle.I have heard many issues and complaints from associates of mine that have and use Larry Miller services. The isn t the first time I ve used them either and every time I do, they fall short.I would have given them 1 *, but their master tech came through. Give that person a raise!

The service was thorough, timely and over-all excellent. Blake was very helpful in assisting me in adding my mobile number for texting. I had requested the change at check-in but my husband kept getting the text messages. Blake figured out the problem and corrected it.One question - We understood that oil should be changed every 3000 miles but when I arrived they told me it was 5000. Incredibly challenging to get in to get work done. It was a repair of a warranty they mis-installed. Now everyone makes a mistake now and then, but it took them 4 days do look at my car, then when it was done, on day 5, I left messages to arrange a ride to pick it up. Didn't get back to me until late in the afternoon then didn't use a staff driver but opted for Lyft who cancelled the ride, then didn't notice the ride was cancelled before it was almost closing time on a Saturday and I had to leave town the next week. So they have had my car for like 10 days to fix a mistake they made. Quick hint - if you make a mistake, that customer should get priority to get it fixed and back to them. Don't make them wait in line again while you "get to it" In their defense, they were very polite.Service: Vehicle maintenance

I have been using Boulder Toyota since January 2008. The service department is always great. I rely on them; I trust them to take very good care of my car. They also are informative and supportive. I ve bought my Tacoma into this dealer for most of its regularly scheduled maintenance. Most of my experiences have either been lackluster or poor. This time I made a reservation for the 50k maintenance, and to replace the roof trim. When I showed up, they didn t have the parts and needed me to come back for a 2nd appointment. Why didn t they order the parts before I got there? Why didn t they reschedule my appointment for when they had the parts? Poor service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Love this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I thought getting my car fixed was going to be upwards of $500 but it ended up being around $100. The turn around time is also amazing and the staff is very nice.

The personnel at this Toyota Service Department are pleasant, professional and helpful. My only suggestion is more instructions to the customers while scheduling these appointments due to your construction. It would have been helpful to have been given a heads up and where to turn in to start following your signs. I arrived during bad weather and found it stressful to find the entrance.Service: Oil change
