Hands down 1 of the best!!I had to replace the windshield in our work truck and from 1st call to completion of work was seamless and fast (less than 24 hours). Chad and summer were great and their price was so much better than anyone in this area (I called 6). Needless to say, I highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome people to work with! Used them last year on my pickup truck and they did an amazing job! OEM glass, new seals, and everything was installed properly (with no leaks). They worked with my insurance and I was able to get my windshield for no out of pocket costs. Used them this year on my MINI and they were quick, professional, and super convenient. Love that they came to my house and took care of everything right in my driveway. Didn't use insurance for the MINI and they were super affordable!If you're looking for a windshield replacement in the Bailey area I would highly recommend them!

By far the best experience I have had hands down! Wonderful guy and did an amazing installation job and was very professional. We had to have one windshield replaced and another that needed a few fills. The customer service from Summer from the initial quote to scheduling and further communication was fantastic! We were able to get both cars worked on at our home on at the same time.There was a mix up on which windshield needed to be replaced... But the guys made it right immediately. We ended up needing both windshields replaced due to the mistake, but they made sure to find the new windshield for the second car the same day and it was fixed within 3 hours of when they originally got there. Considering they had to go over an hour away to pick up the last minute windshield, I was very impressed. He has had the new windshields now for two weeks and no issues, they were was a friendly and did a clean job. Mistakes happen, but they made sure it was made right and did so in a very quickly. I will add that this was on a Friday afternoon as well, and these guys were working till 6pm to make it right.Will definitely be calling them again for future repair needs and will be recommending them to anyone I can.Services: Installation, Glass installation, Auto windshield replacement

Rather disappointed with a recent windshield install from them. We had prices quoted on two vehicles that they could come to the same work location saving them money. I had requested a particular brand of glass and they said they could do that for the quoted price. The day before the install I get a call saying that they could not get the glass and substituted it for a less desirable brand. it was not the worst glass so I went with it.... no discounts of course from the change.After the install, both of us noticed that the pricing was $20 higher and they explained that was for glass disposal...being in the glass business myself for many years I know that was a stretch and was simply more profit added.The other person who got their windshield replaced at the same time found that his antenna was broken off during the install....they denied it at first but then agreed to reimburse him.Not the worst install I have ever had but I think they need to improve on communication and professionalism before advertising themselves as they do. This is the kind of stuff you see from fly by night companies.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I am very happy with the service of this business. I needed my windshield replaced on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I called on a Friday and they were able to come the next Tuesday but that was to soon for me so they came on Thursday to my office. I ended up getting sick Thursday morning and thought I was going to have to cancel but I decided that was not an option. I called their office and talked to Summer who is super nice and told her my situation and asked if it was possible to have the installers come early so I could go home since I was sick. She said it was unlikely since the schedule for the installers was already predetermined and I was looking at installation towards the end of the day. That was kind of a bummer but I accepted it and understood, being self employed for 20+ years I get it. Next thing I know I get a call from the installer and he informs me that they will be at my office in the next 45 min. This saved me at least 2 hr. if not more so now I can go home and be sick. Thank you so much Summer and Summer's husband, Jeep wave to both of you.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great service! I called around 9am and my windshield was repaired by 2:30 pm the same day. They called to let me know when they were on their way and had everything taken care of quickly. I needed my back window repaired ASAP. I was going to be unable to drive my car until it was repaired. I was able to call them get a quote and then get a repair service member to come out and repair it within about an hour and a half. I reached out to Safelite and others that couldn t do it for up to five days. They came out to my home and did it within 30 minutes. Everything looked great when they were done and it was amazing service. Would highly recommend again.Service: Auto windshield repair

Fast at home windshield replacement, only giving 4 stars for a few reasons.-The quote didn't include molding so there was a $60 surprise upcharge, making them the same price as the national brand in the red and black trucks, plus the new molding does not look factory.-There were scraps from the old rubber molding strewn about inside and outside my car.-There were Smudges of adhesive on the hood and drivers door that were easily wiped away since it was still fresh, would have been much harder to clean if found later.The staff were friendly, but taking a few minutes to clean up after their work would have resulted in 5 stars.

Chad and gerald are amazing! They were here perfectly on time even with implementing weather and our very tricky driveway! They were fast , efficient and very professional. They put new molding on as well. In and out in twenty minutes! Highly recommend!

I got 3 quotes, and these guys were way lower then anyone else I spoke to. Super fast install (thanks, I had a full schedule), got me in a half hour early, and out in about 35 minutes. A new windshield is one of the best things you can do for your car. It gives your car new life, even if it is only seems like it, from behind the wheel. I cant say enough about their customer service. Thanks again....

Love this company. I had them replace my windshield. They got me in earlier than my appointment time and did an excellent job. However, about a week or so later, I realized the molding was coming out on one side of the windshield. Chad came out to my house on a Saturday afternoon and fixed it for me at no charge. I would definitely recommend them.

Chad and his team are awesome. They came to our house (up a confusing dirt road) did an amazing job and had a great conversation. Took them only about 20 minutes. They beat everyone's price in town and beyond. I highly recommend going through Auto Glass Unlimited rather than spending almost twice as much elsewhere.

Auto Glass Unlimited is the BEST! They came to my home and replaced my windshield with no hassle! Summer contacted my insurance company and helped with filing the claim and I paid nothing out of pocket! Best customer service both in the office and out in the field. Highly recommend you give them a call!

Absolutely horrible costumer service and communication. I spoke to a man on Friday, and explained that my window on my passenger side door needed to be replaced. Somehow that got lost in translation and they had me down for chip repair. I spoke to a woman on the phone this morning to clarify what I needed done, and thought I was set to go. They came by today with a windshield, not a window. The woman I spoke to called me back, and instead of apologizing for the confusion about a clearly frustrating situation, she proceeded to blame me for not communicating what I needed done to my car. I clearly stated to both people that I needed my passenger side window replaced, because I m going on a road trip soon and it will be raining on the drive, and that I can t not have a window. She then began to gaslight me and said I never told anyone that (why on Earth would I call a place to get expensive work done on my car and not explain what I needed done? Clearly I wasn t being listened to.) The conversation ended with her yelling at me and hanging up. I ve worked in costumer service for years and I know that is not the way a professional would handle this situation. Horrifying.Service: Auto side window replacement

LOVE my windows!!!! - It all started when I got a rock chip in my windshield. Chad fixed it same day and as he was doing that we started talking about tinting the car to pass time. I had windows that had NO tint what so ever, and ever since I bought the car, wanted tint, but even the Groupon deals other places were too expensive for my car! Once we started talking, he gave me a great price and scheduled it for a couple days later. I could not be happier!!! The tint is even with no bubbles, (which honestly I was concerned about at such a great price!) and has not only improved the look of my car, but the temperature inside is so much easier to maintain! I have recommend many friends and family to Chad and all have come back happy, including my own son who had to have a window replaced due to a canoe going through it! Quick, reasonable and always with a smile!!!

Auto Glass Unlimited was great! It's nice not having the hassle of going to a shop and waiting around. They were quick with their replacement and even helped out with a new weather seal! Would recommend

This was my first time using Auto Glass Unlimited and found them to be extremely competent. They ended up coming to my home and I was surprised at the quality of the glass for the price. I have a 07 Nissan Titan truck. Completely satisfied with the work, the timing of the appointment (even with dealing with horrible weather) and the price. Will use them again.

Awesome business! Amazing price! Great communication from Summer (who sent the guys with an upgraded version of my old glass with visor tint!!!) and Chad replaced my windshield in only about 20 minutes. I'll be bringing my RAV into AGU for some tinting, Soon!Thanks (old friends)!!!You're the BEST!

Friendly, welcoming, reliable. They were straight up with me, so to speak, and didn't try to sell me on anything I did not need or ask for. They got my windshield replaced fast and at a very reasonable price and were very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Auto Glass Unlimited replaced my very cracked windshield in July. They came out to the location that was most convienent for me, replaced my windshield in a timely manner despite the wicked heat and were extremly professional and pleasant to work with. My windshield was amazing! Then a couple of weeks ago, as I was driving down I-25, a large rock from a truck flew into the bottom left corner of my windshield causing unrepairable damage again. I called Auto Glass Unlimited to see if it was repairable but alas, it was not. They helped me work through my insurance company to replace once again and came out two days later. Thanks to Summer and her crew for being so helpful and responsive! I highly recommend this shop!

This company is hands down the best auto glass company in Colorado!! I have an older Durango and the automatic windows break down periodically. I have used other companies before I found Auto Glass Unlimited. The service is impeccable. Chad came to my work and fixed two windows in the Fall. One of the window cables broke this month and he came as soon as the part arrived. The outfit that sold the power window mechanism would not warranty the part and Chad did it all for no additional charge!!
