John is a true hero! He saved me from a dangerous, potentially fatal, situation. I was stranded on I-70 and my vehicle was halfway in the right lane because the shoulder was filled with 3 feet of snow. Who knows what could have happened if this man had not come along and rescued me. He deserves a raise and a metal of honor for the act of kindness he showed to a complete stranger. I am forever grateful and I highly recommend his service. He truly is one of those good people that you sometimes read about but rarely see in real life. Thank you so much. God bless you.

Very fast, friendly, and so easy to work with this company. Our car broke down 5 miles east of Silverthorne, and they arrived quickly on a Saturday night. They also helped us work with the car rental company to speed up authorization of the tow. Great people to contact. We highly recommend.

John saves the day. We had been waiting for a tow company and Eagle Vail pulled in and I asked him if his company could help. He didn t hesitate, he said absolutely even when it was after hours. He helped us set up the tow and made sure the truck was taken to get fixed. I m so grateful he saved me from waiting three hours for the next company to show up. I will use them if I ever need a tow again. Thank you John

Carl was absolutely the best guy for the job, super kind and knowledgeable pulled over to help us before we even called the tow company! Saw us overheated and pulled over to offer help and directions, left his card with me and wasn't pushy or trying to sell me a service he was just kind and talkative, super genuine guy, fairly priced, will be looking for Carl next time I need a tow!

Benjamin and Carl helped rescue me! My car broke down on side of i70 and I had no cell reception. Benjamin parked his truck behind mine and kept his 4 ways on, protecting me and my car. He called Carl to come tow my car and Carl was there in less than 15min. Benjamin stayed behind my car and directed traffic away from the vehicle to give us space. Their pricing was very reasonable and both men were very professional and kind. Plus, Carl had this awesome puppy named Cash that I got to hold and it helped me feel less stressed. So thankful for both of these guys and their help! Highly recommend this service!!

We will be forever grateful to Carl, one of the drivers from this business, who happened to drive by my son s car, which had just seized up in the far left lane of I70. Without hesitation, he pulled over and got my son, and his vehicle, to safety. His care and quick response may have saved multiple lives that day. Thank you, Carl , and Eagle Vail Towing.

Karl from Eagle Bail towing is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!! We were in a 15 car pile up and he showed up like an angel. Answered all our questions, had us in the tow truck with his puppy Cash Money, life was good. Long story short we love Eagle Vail towing and Karl deserves a big ol raise.

My kiddo landed in the hip deep snow depth ditch on i70 after a trucker ran her off the interstate. The process to get her towed was seamless. I have not had a good experience with another reputable towing company in the valley so was happy to find eagle vail towing. These guys are pros. Highly recommend Phillip Brady the tow driver. Checked in with me throughout the process and made sure to add some extra safety advice about snow being packed around the brakes. They had a full day of towing bmws but still came to the rescue of our Subarus first time in the ditch.Thanks Phillip you re our hero today

Carl pulled up behind us right after our accident. He was quick to help and even offered to give us a ride to Denver since he was already headed that way. He was friendly and compassionate. This is definitely a high quality towing service with good people.

I had a freak thing happen with my car door lock, it looked unlocked but the door wouldn t open. Thankfully a bunch of strapping men walked by, I flagged one down, he got the lock guy but the pit lock guy couldn t find his bag so he called another set of guys who came SO FAST and got my car open in mins. Carl was so kind in pulling over and offering to help us when we were stranded on the side of the highway with our camper! He towed our whole family and made sure we got where we needed to go. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and ease our worries when we were in a stressful situation. Carl arrived in our time of need, towed us safely to our destination, and filled our drive with wonderful conversation! We started in Vail and set out with our travel trailer for Denver. After 15 miles our truck broke down and the tow truck we contacted was multiple hours out. Seeing a family of four with a puppy in need, Carl pulled over and helped ensure the truck AND our trailer to Denver safely. On top of that, he accommodated multiple drop offs with a smile. Semi over heated and stalled on i70 blocking the right lane of traffic and Steve from Eagle Vail Towing was exceptionally fast and professional removing my truck from traffic and getting it up and running again!

John came and helped me with my car as the tire was damaged from a pothole. He helped to jack up the car safely and securely for us. He taught us good knowledge too especially with being on the side of the highway just past the tunnel on a downhill.

I would give Phil 10 stars out of 5. He saw me on side of road working on my car. The area had no cell service and i had been there for 5 hours with nobody else stopping to check. Carl is fantastic. Responsive and friendly. Car broke down on I70 and waited 4 hours for AAA. AAA said dispatch would reach out and they never did. Waited from 8pm to midnight on the side of I70 for AAA and never came. Called Eagle Vail and they picked up right away and were flexible in getting my wife and I taken care of.
