Terrible service!!! Guys I was changing oil with you for a years, but since today you will not see me at your location anymore!!! Please see pictures how they changed air filter ( they broke locks)and also they left my interior and steering will with oil spots on it. How do you train your employees??? Actually I think it is a rhetorical question

this was a really bad experience i was told i would be able to be given an apointment, for oil there was no line, except one car, it was 3pm on a tuesday, and the same lady after answering the phone she said oh we have a spot for you come on down. then she turned around, and said oh i was told no more cars were closing in an hour, (the shop closes at 7pm) i have worked at walmart auto centers before, thats 4 hours, you just split tasks between oil tech, and the tire tech, so the work continues to be done, they had enough employees too i saw them wandering around, slowly as if they were on break, some were not even working. ill be calling the manager about this since this is inexcusable, for walmart employees it was a joke.

got all 4 of my tires changed. i scheduled an appointment for service at 2pm and my car didn t start getting serviced until 3pm. it was complete at about 3:57i was there for about 2hours for what i thought would be an hr appointment. besides this the service was great and the desk informed me of the delay.

I placed the order online and i got an email saying my order is ready for pick up, went to store and the lady at the counter told me straight that i have no tires for you here, even though i showed the email saying the order is ready for pick up. Waited 2 days and called the store to make sure they have the tires, i was told that the tires arrived and you can come in anytime. I went to the store and i showed again the email showing that my tires are ready for pick up, and that i called and i was told that they are ready,the same B****H is telling me that she cannot see any order in my system. She went in the back of the store and checked again and told me that she cannot see any tires. I got mad and I saw a gentleman by name SAUL, explained him the situation and he went in the back and came with my tires. The tires were sitting in the back of the store for almost a week and everytime when i was inquiring the lady at the counter would not care.Definitely double Check and dont listen to this lady. Im not sure if ill be back for another service

They re trash . Took our car in for a oil change , they had it all day and then lied and said my oil tank was broken . Then when I get there they say they just couldn t get the cap off . Took it to big ol tires and they said they had no problems. Walmart even tried to lie and say I never got a oil change since 2022 and I had just taken my car to them a couple months ago . Moral of the story they had no intentions on changing the oil and they just blatantly lie to customers . This happened yesterday . Very recent . They don t deserve your money . Weird place , weird people .

In and out in an hour! Oil change and tire rotation. Great job and very quick. Full synthetic oil. Total charge of about $75.00. Much less than anyplace else I contacted.

This place is a joke. Had an appointment for tire installation and they had nobody to do the work. Avoid at all cost.

I had an appointment for 4pm. I got there early and I was told that "the computer cancelled my appointment" and that her "crew" were gone for the day. The lady refused to give me her name. I tried to speak with the store manager and was told he was gone for the day.

Here right at 7:00am to get a new battery installed when the night previously I was turned away as they need 2 people in the shop to install a battery. No one is here and all doors are locked at 7:10am. Once they finally showed up they said it would take 10-15 min, it s now been 30 min.

Don t recommend taking any ones car there, Toni was extremely rude, came there to get something for her to tell me it s over there, and overheard them giving the wrong key to a different customer for a vehicle that wasn t there s, I m a Manager myself and there customer service and service doesn t meet the needs of customer satisfaction for anything for that matter.

It was a Sunday afternoon, at the last minute decided to do oil change. was told will take about 3 hours wait. It was done less than 2 hours. Really appreciate that they are open on Sundays. Great service! Thanks!

Not only did I change locations because the shop on Chambers and Parker screwed up my tires, and rotation by replacing new tires and refusing to correct it. Now this show has put the wrong size tires after waiting for 2 hours. The tires are two small, and now we have another 2 hour wait for a correction. Had to wait forever when they aren't busy. Employees casually walked back and forth making eye contact but then just standing around talking. Not efficient at all, employees struggled with how to manage customers in what order. Phone rang forever. Literally go anywhere else.

Went in to get a tire to replace a flat and then brought my car in to get the other 3 done. They sold me a 15 initially because that s what my car requires. Then when I brought it in to get the other 3 done, they said it needs 16 even though the original tires are 15. Then they said it needs 15 in the front and 16 in the back. What?! But they don t carry 16s in the brand of tire that I already paid for. These people were very rude and not once apologized for the mixup or gave me other options. They said they would only do the front ones and no refund since the car had already driven on the wrong tire size. I told them to take the new tire off, put my spare back on and I d talk to a manager when I got off work. The managers at customer service were just as surprised as I was about the multiple size tires on a 4 door car. There were also 3 people waiting behind us at customer service to complain about the auto center as well. I luckily got a full refund. I would be much more understanding if they weren t so rude. Jordan has horrible attitude and people skills. I kept trying to voice my concerns and it was constant there s a line we need to get you out of here or snapping at me. Do not go here. I went to discount and the look on their faces when I told them what happened! They did all 15 tires since that s what my car requires.

Two times in a row now. I ve had my oil changed and expressed the fact that after they change the oil there is oil dripping on my garage floor. Twice in a row, I ve had to tighten my oil filter when I find the oil. Twice in a row, there is oil all over the top of my motor. And twice in a row, I ve had to wipe down the entire underside of my motor. You won t get me a third time. Just ridiculous. If I could give you zero stars and leave a review, I would.

The employees at this Auto care center have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. I attempted to have tires put on my Tesla model 3 & the gentleman who was the department manager refused to install my new tires due to them being too wide and them not having the specs for them. He also tried to tell me my tires that still have the tread paint on them because they have not been drove on are getting low on tread . I m a service advisor & tire machines do not require specific specs . Also the 245/50R19 tires are NOT to wide for any machine. Not sure if the employees and department manager was just too lazy to take on the tire installation or if they are genuinely that uneducated.

This is something the makes me really mad i came to buy tires is 6:00 pm the guy said they are closing early you should chance your business hours you just make people waist their time buy the way your employees didn t wanted to give me any information.

came in today limping as 2 of my tires where flat.... and the manager has great customer service.....and I was able to get all 4 new tires and oil change really good customer service! To the manager who helped me today thank you for your service!! I wasn't able to get his name but I really appreciate it!!!

By far the worst Walmart Auto Center I ve been to. This is the third time they have more than doubled the estimated time I was quoted. The first issue was they let my truck sit here for over an hour and when I came back to pay, they told me they didn t have the filter needed to change my oil. No phone call or anything. Now, after waiting the original 30-35 minutes, they are scrambling to find the right oil for my wife s car an hour later...

I wish Walmart can increase the customer service quality. Just called for tires information and unfortunately, he sounds like no tone, no greetings with comments not tires in stocks . I have to say thank you to him yet he has no manners and no response at all, wow! Please go to somewhere else.

If Auto Care Manager Dennis is working the customer service is great. If he isn t working the customer service is terrible. Jordan is about as useful as a box of rocks but the box of rocks will give better customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I didnt even have to get my oil changed to experience the way they treat their customers. I was told it was first come first serve. So, I pull up in the open station and wait for some kind of instruction. Then a mechanic pulls up on the side of me and starts pointing. I didnt know if he wanted me to pull forward or what. So I inch forward and decided to roll down my window and ask. Instead of actually telling me what to do he just continues to point and get mad that I didnt know he wanted me to move so he could pull this car in. He continued to shake his head the entire time while pulling in and mumbling stuff to his coworker.Needless to say, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So much, that Id rather go somewhere else and skip the convenience of being able to grocery shop with my kids while getting that $40 oil change.Literally all he had to do was ask me, instead he treated me like Im a problem. Yeah, Im going to have to pass on a place that has guys openly treating you like that.

The store hour is 7am to 7pm. I went at 8am and waited until 9am, and no one is there. I went back again at 4.30 pm. They said they stopped taking any customers.

While the CSR at the front desk is nice and will gladly listen to you, the manager is a complete jerk and the entire department is a joke. I brought my car in for a standard oil change. When I came back to pick up my vehicle they asked what was wrong with the drivers side window, I said, it doesn't work why..The mechanic responds, "ohhhhhhhhh..man if you would have told us it was broken we wouldn't have rolled it down." As my anger grew at the fact that it was -2' outside and my window was now stuck down and I am told its my fault. I tried to ask why they would need to roll the window down and or how I would ever know they would do that and to ask them not to. Their response was "for security, so we don't lock the keys in your car, we roll the window down." There are so many ways to prevent this from happening, I am blown away and in shock by the fact that they wouldn't just take the key out OR realize that cars after the invention of key fobs that when the key fob is in the ignition or in the car, the car will not lock with keys inside the car as a pre built security measure. I am now out 60$ for an oil change, a window repair, that is my fault, and the loss of time to get this taken care of. Make your own judgement before you enter this place to do business..

I have to say. Dennis (the manager) is a wonderful guy. There was an issue and he completely rectified the situation and then some! He is an asset to Walmart. He now has a customer for life. Thank you very much for taking the time to care.
