I was blown away by the efficiency of the car service dept.I pulled up and they took my car in immediately in contrast to other Walmarts I have been too. (Some have told me it could be hours while having no cars in their service bays). I am a traveler who drives all around the USA just to see it and put so many miles on that I pretty much get at least one oil change each time I go out and spending the day at Walmart is really not appealing, so I m giving these guys an A+

Alberto (the manager) and Alex (the technician) provided excellent service for me and my vehicle. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, and they even spoke with my father who was out of town so he could be in the loop of what was going on with the car. They went above and beyond for me today, and I feel much safer with my car having been serviced by this team today.

Went to get a oil change. Got the most expensive one. They declined every optional service, didn't put washer fluid in my windshield blades.Didn't even call me when my car was done. Now taking my car to be looked at because I'm struggling to believe they actually did the oil change

I showed up for my install but My order for tires got delayed by ups and was never delivered. It was difficult for me because I had to special order the tire online so I had to drive on a spare for 2 weeks while I was waiting. Luckily Alberto and the rest of the team were really helpful and understanding and took care of me. They took down my number and called me as soon as it arrived. They were able to squeeze me in the next afternoon without having to set up a second appointment and it was a quick easy process. Great job guys.

A three hour wait for this location today but it's like that with every location I've used. I tend to switch up locations to see which one has the shortest wait time. I don't mind waiting because they do a good job and take care of my family's vehicles with a sense of professionalism, care, and respect. I appreciate it. Shout out to all Walmart automotive service techs who go the extra mile.

I got winter tires installed here on my Honda Pilot and got them balanced twice. They installed the tires incorrectly on opposite sides which caused the car to vibrate and pull to the right. How do I know this? I had to take it to the dealership for them to diagnose and remedy. Also, it seems high schoolers work here with little knowledge or experience. When I initially took the car back to them they became defensive and refused to look at the car saying I should take it to the Honda dealer for warranty check, while the car is brand new!!! And there was no manager present for the whole two weeks I brought my car back.I would never take my car here again!

So far, highly disappointed. I am expecting Sam, the manager, to call me at 4pm today - we'll see if he does. I have FedEx tracking that says my tires were delivered to the store TWO DAYS AGO, yet I still received notification that the installation I had scheduled for today was cancelled due to parts not being delivered. I hope they compensate appropriately for THEIR MISTAKE.

The guy that works at the front desk of the tire center can't understand what I say over the phone. He was very disrespectful and hung up the call on me. He definitely does not respect the customer. Walmart does not deserve to be represented by someone like him.

If you need a oil change or service, you need to show up in the morning before 9 am. It not the staff fault they are way under staffed. You are looking at like 2 hr wait by 9 am. Which may turn into a 3 hr wait. By 11-12pm it more like 4-5 hr wait. Plan ahead, maybe decide what you will do while you wait.The staff was great. They where friendly and kind.

They have great prices on basic automotive services. I got my oil changed there recently and it was done very quickly. The staff was friendly and effective.

Dropped my car off for a oilChange an hour later they called and canceled the service and said they don't do oil changes on foreign cars. My biggest issue is that should have been disclosed to me when I dropped the car off. On top of the fact that it took an hour for them to figure out that they don't offer this serviceThis is clearly a auto center with inadequate staff working on people's vehicles.Service: Oil change

Just pulled up about 20 mins ago, and the hours online say they were updated 8 days ago. They should be open, but every door is closed and roped off. Oh well, I've been here before, and they take far too long to do a simple tire rotations, let alone an oil change. Go to Grease monkey or Jiffy Lube, nicer people, and they do more for the same cost. Don't waste your time or money here.Services: Tires, Oil change

Horrible. Went through like a 2 week process just to get my tires in and then i get them on and they re defective. They didn t want to warranty the tires so it was a mess getting my refund. Majority of the problems came with the system that walmart uses. A couple of the workers were extremely helpful such as the manager Mac. Other manager Sam was extremely unhelpful and just gave me the run around and sent me to the manufacturer. In the end problem was solved but went through hell to get it resolved. They got the job done but lost my valve stem caps and didn t change the valve stems or give me the package I paid for. They also didn t fill my tires to the proper pressure so I mean just more time and money I have to spend.

Took my car to get a flat tire replaced which was payed for with a warranty, left with a broken passenger side mirror and scratches to my 2010 Lexus. They would not take accountability for their actions and are not reimbursing me for the damages. They said they can t prove or deny that the damages were done but the young man Andres 100 percent knows he put damages on my car. I hope him and Macario are both fired these people are inexperienced. I usually watch them when they work on my car but on this particular day I was in the store with my friend. I have heard them have a hard time replacing my oil because it s a Foreign car. Just don t take your car here if you do make sure you watch absolutely everything and record absolutely everything.Services: Tires, Oil change

There is no reason to take your vehicle here. They have so many rules to follow from Walmart corporate that prevent them from doing normal tire repairs and etc. Basically, someone who doesn't know about cars made a bunch of rules for the service techs that really restrict what they can do. I waited 40 minutes for the tech to tell me that they couldn't repair two nail holes in my tire because they weren't 90 degrees from each other. Then I went to Paris tire and had the repair done, and the tech at that reputable store laughed and told me that's what I get for going to a Walmart.

I had a nail in the brand new tire I got here. I came in to get it replaced and they wouldn't even look at it because I didn't have an appointment. I was in a huge bind and had to drive to Grand Junction the next day. They refused to help. There was literally no one there and I was almost in tears. It was a complete 180 from the last time I was there. I understand it may put your schedule behind by 15 minutes or so, but you just didn't want to help me. It literally would have taken you 20 minutes to replace the tire I bought from you less than a month ago.

Worse customer service experience of my 45 years on this Earth.I walked into an empty 6 Bay shop.I have lifetime rotation and balance.I was trying to get my tires rotated. 3 men standing around not doing one thing. I asked to get my tires rotated. Their reply was that unfortunately I need to make an appointment . I left because if they don't have enough common sense to Rotate tires in?An empty shop with. Made an appt 6 days ago for tire. Drove 30 minutes here, then took them another 30 minutes to figure out they dont have my tire. Waste of an hour and a half. I will never be back to any wal mart auto center

Terrible serviceThey stripped my oil pan bolt and refused to acknowledge it. They say 3 hour waits for 3 cars for an oil change. The literally had a hand written sign today that says no oil changes. Worse service center ever kids don't know what they are doing at all.

We have asked a few times for them to do an oil change and were told that no one showed up to work to do them. We later asked if someone could change a battery and again we were told that no one showed up to work. We were told to do it ourselves. This is disappointing because we have for years gone to this Walmart for these things.

We were heading home from Denver and our tire went flat with the screw still in it, with it being 4th of July and no place to go, everywhere else was closed, Walmart was our hero. The staff were AWESOME for being short 5 people even, only one guy working the back and 1 guy in the front,they got us in and out in 30 min. THANK YOU SO MUCH, you both ROCK!We are on the road again

This place is absolutely awful and I will never even think of using them again. I ve been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for a tire change with no explanation or anything. The man at the front gave me no information or time frame (the original time frame was 45 minutes) and he was rude about it. Awfully ran and lazy employees. I ll never be back and don t waste your time, not helpful or good at their jobs.Service: Tires
