Hit a pothole pop the tire and bent the rim tire shop said it would be close to $200 to replace found my replacement part at the pull n pay for $50! And the part is almost new thick tread shiney rim,and it matches! Great place to shop great prices,but wear your work clothes very muddy due to rain but in the it was well worth the trip.

Went looking for some parts and had a few vehicles in particular I was looking for. Went to the Colorado Springs location before I came here and found what I was looking for. The good thing is if you pay to get in one, you get in all locations. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Let the ladies at the counter run that place they have respect for customers no matter their status.. have all them guys shut their face and they won't run good pay customers away over six dollars with the parts do you think somebody's going to steal you watch them get their plate number and then call the law instead of harassing paying customers it's pretty bad when you get accused or treated like you're gonna steal when you have no intention of it maybe they don't understand the feeling that's why they shouldn't be in customer service huh

I got into a recent fender bender. All my parts was extra cheap specially on Saturdays. They always have sales and other vehicles. They also sell cars here I bought one.

The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, helpful, and professional. I found the parts that I needed in the well-organized lot. They are also very Veteran friendly!

Good prices, a great selection of cars, although their website hasn t been working correctly and it wont let me check their car inventory, hope it gets fixed soon

I can not recommend to any of my friends. They stole my tools and would not assist with giving them back. When I tried to do a return, the cashier Jessica would not give me a full refund. Credit for store only.

This parking lot is the absolute worst. Been this way for years. Huge massive vehicle size holes all over. Was an absolute mud hole after snow storm melted. Overall experience was good. Friendly staff.

[Updated Review]:Someone working at this location went to Home Depot and got a bunch of nice Husky two-wheel wheelbarrows, following their little wheelbarrow shortage, and I believe this shows they care. So I have updated my rating accordingly.[Original Review]:Need. More. Wheelbarrows.It's a simple thing. Yet many times I come here and have to lug my heavy tools and finds around by hand because this location is too cheap to purchase the basics.

They have a lot of auto parts but you have to pick them off the vehicle your self so bring your tool box, also bring something to drink even if it's cold bc you'll dehydrate.

This place is a RIP OFF ! THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 50 DOLLARS FOR A LIGHT HOUSING THAT WASNT EVEN COMPLETE THAT I COULD BUY ONLINE BRAND NEW FOR 44 DOLLARS. COMPLETE WASTE OF THE 3 DOLLAR ENTRY FEE. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF !!!!!

Good business, I was looking for a back glass for my Ford Taurus wagon and was not having any luck, then I tried U-Pull-& Pay and found what I was looking for. Staff was friendly and finding the window was way cheaper.

Prepare to pay 75% - 125% of 95% of new parts by the time it s said and done with the additional taxes fees fines core charge environment tax admission and your time wont catch me there unless I wreck a car and find color matching parts. Worst place for tires they re advertising dry rotten and frankly unsafe treads check dot Numbers the last 4 are the date 1417 would be 14th week of 2017 you don t want over five yr old

The online website is pretty accurate. If they have your car, then They probably have your parts too. This one and the one on 66 are very organized and usually are busy. I myself have picked up many parts for my sonic and usually are very good parts. They also have little wheelbarrows and boogies. To help you carry your tools and parts.

Great place, well organized and friendly staff. We were especially interested in classic trucks but they don't have many in the yard but that doesn't affect my opinion that this is a great place.

Their website is a complete mess. The check inventory feature does not work and neither does the price list search. I tried calling the phone number and their phone software is also a mess. It say's press 1 for vehicle buyer and 2 for parts specialist. Both options take you to vehicle buyer line and then it goes straight to voicemail. They are in serious need of some technical support on their site and phone line. I am not going to drive there if I can't check to see if they have the part I want or at least the car it comes from.

Good selection of most makes and models. The best selection of parts is when a vehicle first arrives. Odds of finding your part diminishes as the number of days in the yard increase.Bring your own tools, and I advise bringing cleanup rags. The ground can be muddy or worse, so I bring an old towel to lie on.

Cars are too close to each other. Rear bumpers are literly touching and can't get some parts off because of that

Good parts if your willing to go ti a vehicle the same day it gets there. Staff is always nice to me and I return a lot stuff for the store credit which is fine because I go often.i rate only 4 stars because the pricing keeps going up. Used to be able to get a cluster less than 30 now it's over 40

Very friendly and helpful staff pricing is 3.00 to enter and they give you a list of matching vehicles with locations on the yard. Will be coming back once they have other parts I need
