Your service department was able to get my car in early and I was on my way much faster than anticipated. Thank you for great service. I also appreciate the team cleaning my really dirty floor mats.

Being updated more often would have been helpful. I rented a car while mine was being worked on. I had to call the service department to check on the status to know if I could return the rental or needed to keep it another day. A loner car would have been nice as well. Renting the car was an extra 400 dollars on top of the repair cost.

This might have been one of my best experience I've had with my auto service industry. My service was exceptional and Tynan's took care of all of my needs the first time.

I did bring my car for 40K Mile service without any issue and I got my car back with a Coolant leak. It was very frustrating for that day how we found out. The day we went to pick up our car, they brought the car in front thr shop for pick up location and as soon as my wife turn the car on, she saw a coolant warning on the screen. Imagine the service person didn't pay attention to it and it was all empty. After they filled it my wife drove 9 miles for her work. The same day afternoon around 3 pm my wife called me for the same warning on the screen and the coolant water was all empty. I did call the dealer and the first day said it would be fine the drive back to the dealer 9 miles and drop off the car.Imagine they asked me the drive 9 miles with empty coolant water and then probably the engine was going to burn but they didn't think about it.Luckily I give them options for someone from the dealership to drive up there and fill the water then drive back. It was frustrating for a couple of hours.

Calysta Johnson was very friendly and helpful while I was there. I waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced and they were very fast and the area was clean - other employees were very friendly as well.

The service was closer than the place I bought the car and I needed to get the ignition recall taken care of. Had dealt with Tynan way in the past and it is close. Didn't consider ratings for the recall. The oil change came up later - before the appt so I just included it for convenience

Had a minor warranty issue on my new Atlas and as always, whether it be an oil change or a small issue, Tynan s treated me with nothing but respect and as a member of the family. They kept me informed every step of the way and took care of the issue in a timely manner.

I always get 5-star service at Tynan's. The service department is fast and competent and always do a fantastic job on my wife's Jetta.

Worst experience ever go in for a simple key that's it and 500$ at that. Cool no problem I get a call a week later like the guy said go in. We'll first things first key wasn't even cut right. Secondly the box didn't work for my car and they told me oooo there's a fee for programming. whatever I need my key bc I been living starting my car with pliers for a year. I wait another 3 months before they can figure out getting the other key which didn't work either when I go in they say no problem they will have my car done In a n hr or 2 they call me back to tell me the same thing with the key and keep my car for 2 recalls of which I never approved. All in all I never got a key for my 500 dollars and they just gave me back my car this year a whole year later no work done but the recalls. By the way it was vw in Germany they said need my ignition and on the report they said ignition had to be replaced I bought the car at 50,000 miles and the only owner before me I knew and no one had changed any ingition top it all off the very first key I did get my eyes on was the exact copy cut of my key except this it was reversed and mirrored which I imagine on vw in Germany end when they were saving the copy for my Vin it accidently got mirrored and reveresed. But I guess it's my fault 500 down the drain and no key to show I would fire everyone in this department and start over because the ppl ain't it not from the technician to the manager. I didn't even sign for a loaner car or anything when I came in they just gave me keys hell when I came in to pick up my vehicle I don't even think they knew I had there car bc they gave me my keys and I'm just standing there they didn't ask me for anything as I turned away I said yall might want this the keys to the vw they gave me they just looked at me dumbfounded

To sell me the new car everything runs smoothly but when the car broke with 100 miles on it was a nightmare to give me a loaner with the customer service lady them I wait like 3 months in order to Tynas buy the car back because it was a lemon!

Awful service! Took over a month to get in for an appointment. They didn't even look at the car until 4 days after the appointment. We authorized the work and 1 week later we called and they say none of the work is done because the mechanic assigned has been out. This shop is horribly managed. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Tynans VW service center is the best!! They take care of all my service needs better than other places I ve been, and typically add a coupon when available!

I am not a customer, I work for a security company whom serves them but the employees there are a cool team of people. And they keep a fleet of nice vehicles with different trim levels to choose from so if you're looking to get into something new or something different they're definitely worth a stop in.

Not a pleasant experience. Once you've bought a car from them don't expect any good customer service, because they just don't care at all. This is not the best way to do business. Very disappointed and would not recommend working with Tynans at all.
