in 2019, we bought a new Nissan Leaf from Tynan s and it s radio malfunctioned. We d bought several service warranties from them. I was trying to see if any of them would cover the repair/replacement of the radio - the Nissan dealership in Golden confirmed it needed to be replaced. I left two different detailed voice messages including VIN & date of purchase asking the appropriate person to return my call. But no one returned my call. Likely I didn t have insurance that covered the radio this much later but a dealership offering good service would have returned my call and confirmed that for me.

My company bought 2 cars t this store last years.And the two last visits that I brought a car for a Services I had an issue.First time they overflow my car with oil and I left the store with a big cloud of smoke. I had turned around and bring the car back so they can drain the excess oil.I was an inconvenient because I was late for a business meeting or anything.No apologies no nothing.I request to the store for incident report because is my company car and he did it with attitude and very poorly.Two days ago took car for services oil change and tire rotation.They star with very poorly costumer services not helpful at all.They took my car did the "services " and when to pay the cashier had such very bad attitude she seems upset .Took my car read the report and on the report they mark that they check level of fluids as antifreeze and windshield wiper fluids.On the report they mark as everything was full ; but this wasa lie I was driving yesterday by Vail colorado and my windshield was dirty.I try to spray my windshield; but it was empty.I have to pull over to the side of the road and spray my water bottle and liter pull over to the nears gas station to fill up my windshield wiper fluid.This action make doubt of there services and suspect that they may didn't even change my oil or rotate my tires.My company was going to n purchase 3 more vehicles this year; but I will suggest my lidership to take our business somewhere else.

Took it in for a leak... Daniel took care of me! They figured out it was just a loose oil filter, tightened it up and sent me on my way, no charge or forced up-sale. I will be doing business for my Nissan here from now on. Thanks!
